Embodiments of the present application provide a display panel, a preparation method thereof and a display device, and relate to the technical field of display, and are used for improving the light-emitting efficiency of micro light-emitting devices and improving the brightness of the display panel at a normal viewing angle. The display panel comprises a substrate, a boundary layer, a micro light-emitting device and a micro-lens located on the same side of the substrate; the boundary layer comprises an opening, and at least part of the micro-lens is located in the opening; the micro-lens is located on one side of the light-emitting side of the micro light-emitting device, and in a direction perpendicular to the plane where the substrate is located, the micro-lens and the micro light-emitting device at least partially overlap, and the surface of the micro-lens away from the micro light-emitting device is convex towards the side away from the substrate.
