Telecommunication fraud detection method and device, electronic equipment and storage medium

Abstract

The invention provides a telecommunication fraud detection method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining user personal data and user interaction data of a to-be-detected user; the user personal data and the user interaction data are input into a detection network model, a detection result output by the detection network model is obtained, the detection network model at least comprises a first neural network and a second neural network, the first neural network is used for generating user fraud-related features based on the user personal data, and the second neural network is used for generating user fraud-related features based on the user fraud-related features; the second neural network is used for carrying out telecommunication fraud detection based on the user fraud-related features and the user interaction data; and judging whether the to-be-detected user is subjected to telecommunication fraud or not based on the detection result. According to the method, potential telecommunication fraud behaviors can be identified more accurately, the efficiency and precision of telecommunication fraud detection are improved, and meanwhile, the detection manpower and time cost are reduced.
