Abstract

The invention provides a data circulation comprehensive management platform based on data element registration, and the method comprises a base layer, a data layer, a support layer, an application layer and an interface layer. According to the platform disclosed by the invention, data circulation with a plurality of data platforms is realized, platform data merchants are promoted, and a data element product system is enriched; meanwhile, a data right confirmation registration system is established, the traceability of ownership transfer of data in the authorized use and transaction circulation process is ensured, a technical support system meeting the requirements of a data element registration core business process is constructed, and a data transaction portal system, a data transaction business management system and a data element registration OID system are combined, so that the data element registration core business process is optimized.
