[0023] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described based on the drawings.
[0024] In some of the figures, some of the detailed reference numerals given to other figures are omitted.
[0025] In the following embodiments, the directions such as the up-down direction are described based on the state after the construction of the door panel related to each embodiment and the door device including the door panel.
[0026] Figures 1 to 6 It is a diagram schematically showing an example and a modification of a door panel related to the first embodiment, and an example of a sliding door device as a door device including the door panel.
[0027] As Figure 1 shown, the door panel 1 related to the present embodiment includes a panel main body 10 provided with a pet passage opening 29 through which a pet can pass. If such a structure is adopted, even when the door panel 1 is closed, the pet can pass through via the pet passage opening 29. The pet passage opening 29 is provided on the lower end side of the panel main body 10 in a manner that allows a pet to pass through.
[0028] In the present embodiment, as Figure 4 shown in (a) of FIG., the pet passage opening 29 is provided at the lower end corner on the front door side of the panel main body 10 so as to open on the front door side and the lower side. If such a structure is adopted, compared with a structure having a remaining portion on the lower side of the opening through which the pet passes, the pet does not need to step over, and the burden on the pet's body can be reduced. In addition, when the door panel 1 is used as a sliding door panel, even if the door panel 1 is moved to the open side during the pet's passage, since the pet passage opening 29 opens on the front door side, the contact between the pet and the door panel 1 can also be reduced.
[0029] As Figure 3 shown in (a) to (c) of FIG., the door panel 1 includes a side door 30 which is pivotally suspended and held on the panel main body 10 side with the upper end side as a fulcrum, and opens and closes the pet passage opening 29. If such a structure is adopted, even when the door panel 1 is closed, the pet can push open the side door 30 to pass through, and the pet passage opening 29 can be closed by the side door 30.
[0030] On one of the side faces of the rear end side end face of the side door 30 and the side face of the pet passage port 29 facing the rear end side end face of the side door 30 in the closed position, an attracting portion 34 is provided, and the attracting portion 34 attracts the attracted portion 23 provided on the other side by magnetic force. If such a structure is adopted, even if a structure without the above-mentioned remaining portion is made, the side door 30 can be maintained in the closed position by attracting the attracted portion 23 with the attracting portion 34. That is, if the above-mentioned structure with a remaining portion is made, although it is also possible to consider providing an attracting portion and an attracted portion on the remaining portion and the lower end portion of the side door, even if a structure without a remaining portion is made, the attracting portion 34 and the attracted portion 23 can be provided. Thereby, after the pet opens the side door 30 and passes through, the side door 30 that has displaced in a swinging manner can quickly stop at the closed position. An example of the specific structure of the pet passage port 29 and the side door 30 will be described later.
[0031] As Figure 1 shown, in the present embodiment, the door panel 1 is suspended and held slidably in the door width direction on the upper rail 41. That is, the door panel 1 constitutes a sliding door panel constructed in a suspended rail type.
[0032] At the lower end portion of the panel main body 10, guide grooves 14 for receiving the guide portions 7a, 8a provided on the floor side are provided so as to extend in the door width direction on the rear end side of the pet passage port 29. If such a structure is adopted, not only can the pet pass through as described above, but also the lower end side of the door panel 1 suspended and held by the upper rail 41 can be suppressed from swinging in the door thickness direction by the guide portions 7a, 8a inserted into the guide grooves 14.
[0033] An attracting portion 14a that attracts the guide portions 7a, 8a provided on the floor side in a buried and retractable manner by magnetic force is provided in the guide groove 14. If such a structure is adopted, compared with the structure provided with a guide groove for a fixed pin, the effective opening width can be effectively increased, and the gap between the lower end of the side door 30 in the closed position and the floor side can be reduced. That is, when the size of the pulled-out and retained portion of the door panel 1 (the size of the portion protruding toward the entrance 9 in the fully opened position) is reduced and the side door 30 is located above the fixed pin, it is necessary to increase the gap between the lower end of the side door 30 and the floor side so that the side door 30 does not interfere with the fixed pin. According to the above structure, even when the size of the pulled-out and retained portion of the door panel 1 is reduced and the side door 30 is located above the guide portion 7a, as long as the portion of the guide groove 14 passes, the guide portion 7a will sink into the floor side, so that the gap between the lower end of the side door 30 and the floor side can also be reduced. In addition, compared with the structure provided with a guide groove for a fixed pin, it is not necessary to increase the groove depth to absorb unevenness on the floor side, and the groove depth of the guide groove 14 can also be effectively reduced.
[0034] The sliding door device A according to the present embodiment includes a door panel 1 and an upper rail 41 for guiding the upper end side of the door panel 1. Figure 2 As shown in (a) and (c), the sliding door device A comprises: a first guide member 7 having a guide portion 7a inserted into the guide groove 14 of the door panel 1 in the closed position; and a second guide member 8 having a guide portion 8a inserted into the guide groove 14 of the door panel 1 in the open position. If such a structure is made, the effective opening width can be effectively increased, and the swing of the door panel 1 in the closed position and the open position in the direction of the door thickness can be suppressed by the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8. That is, since the pet passing opening 29 is provided at the lower end corner of the door front end side of the door panel 1, it is difficult to set the guide groove 14 across the entire door width direction of the door panel 1 itself. For example, although it is also conceivable to make a structure in which a single guide member is used to guide the lower end side of the door panel 1 moving between the closed position and the open position, in this case, the size of the opening retention portion of the door panel 1 needs to be increased. According to the above structure, the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8 can suppress the swing of the door panel 1 in the closed position and the open position in the door thickness direction, and can also eliminate the pulled open portion, which can effectively increase the effective opening width.
[0035] The setting structure of the sliding door device A is provided with a wall body (first wall body) 3 on at least one side of the door thickness direction of the door panel 1 in the open position. If such a structure is made, the door panel 1 can be set in a side wall embedded (Japanese: 袖壁納め) or door pocket storage (Japanese: 戸袋納め) manner. In this setting structure, the second guide component 8 is set to be located closer to the rear end side of the door than the center of the wall width direction of the first wall body 3. If such a structure is made, the second guide component 8 can be used to guide the lower end side of the door panel 1 at the end of the movement from the closed position to the open position and the door panel 1 at the beginning of the movement from the open position to the closed position. In this setting structure, Figure 2 As shown in (b), the first guide member 7 is arranged so that, when the guide portion 8a of the second guide member 8 is located at the end of the guide groove 14 on the door rear end side, the guide portion 7a of the first guide member 7 is located at the end of the guide groove 14 on the door panel 1 on the door front end side. With such a structure, when the door panel 1 moves between the open position and the closed position, the guide portions 7a and 8a of both the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8 are inserted into the guide groove 14, so that the door panel 1 can be opened and closed smoothly. In addition, since the second guide member 8 is arranged to be located closer to the door rear end side than the center of the first wall body 3 in the wall width direction, the first guide member 7 is located on the first wall body 3 side in the opening width direction of the entrance 9, and the first guide member 7 is not likely to become an obstacle.
[0036] In this installation structure, on both sides in the door thickness direction of the door panel 1 in the open position, there are wall bodies (the first wall body 3 and the second wall body 4) that demarcate the door pocket (Japanese: to-bukuro) 2. If such a structure is made, the door panel 1 can be installed in a door pocket storage manner. In this installation structure, on the second wall body 4, which is one of these wall bodies 3 and 4, there is a door pocket inspection opening 5 for inspecting the second guiding member 8 and a cover body 6 for opening and closing the door pocket inspection opening 5. If such a structure is made, even if it is a door pocket storage type, by opening the cover body 6, the second guiding member 8 provided in the door pocket 2 can be inspected.
[0037] Specifically, as Figure 1 and Figure 2 shown, this installation structure is made into a structure in which a single door panel 1 is installed in a single sliding door shape in a door pocket storage manner.
[0038] This door panel 1 is built and installed on a door frame including an upper frame 40 provided with an upper rail 41. This door frame may also be equipped with a sliding door device A. The door frame includes: an upper frame 40; a front door side vertical frame 42, the upper end of which is joined to the front door side end of the upper frame 40; a rear door side vertical frame 44, the upper end of which is joined to the rear door side end of the upper frame 40; and a pair of intermediate vertical frames (center posts) 45, 45 that demarcate the door pocket opening. The entrance 9 opened and closed by the door panel 1 is demarcated by the upper frame 40 (upper rail 41) on the upper side, by the front door side vertical frame 42 on the front door side, and by the pair of intermediate vertical frames 45, 45 on the rear door side. The lower side of the entrance 9 may also be demarcated by the floor or may be appropriately demarcated by a lower frame.
[0039] The upper frame 40 may also be fixed to an appropriate upper frame base on the top surface of the opening of a building such as a residence. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a vertical wall forming a partition wall is provided on the upper side of the upper frame 40, but instead of such an embodiment, an embodiment in which the upper frame 40 is installed in an attached or embedded state on the ceiling may be made.
[0040] The upper rail 41 is fixed to the lower surface side of the upper frame 40. The upper rail 41 may also be at least its upper side part received and fixed in a receiving groove formed on the lower surface side of the upper frame 40. In the upper rail 41, guiding grooves for guiding the sliders (runners) 12, 12 that constitute the guided members provided on the upper end side of the door panel 1 are provided so as to extend in the long side direction.
[0041] The front door side vertical frame 42 and the rear door side vertical frame 44 may also be fixed to appropriate vertical frame bases on the opposing inner side surfaces of the opening.
[0042] A receiving groove (door insertion groove) 43 for receiving the door front end side end portion of the door panel 1 is provided on the door front end side longitudinal frame 42 in a manner extending in the up-down direction (along the door height direction). The receiving groove 43 is provided in a manner opening toward the center side in the opening width direction of the entrance 9. The groove width dimension of the receiving groove 43 along the door thickness direction only needs to be set to an appropriate dimension corresponding to the door thickness dimension of the door front end side end so as to be able to receive the door front end side end portion of the door panel 1. In the example shown in the figure, the receiving groove 43 is formed in a tapered shape with the groove side walls on both sides in the groove width direction expanding toward the opening side (see also). Figure 5 (a)).
[0043] The door rear end side end of the door panel 1 in the fully opened state abuts or approaches the door rear end side longitudinal frame 44. A buffer body for the door rear end side end of the door panel 1 to abut or elastically contact may also be provided on the estimated contact surface (Japanese: 見込面) of the door rear end side longitudinal frame 44 on the central side of the opening width direction toward the entrance 9.
[0044] The upper end portions of the pair of intermediate vertical frames 45 and 45 may be fixed to a midway portion in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 40 , and the lower end portions thereof may be fixed to the floor.
[0045] The door pocket 2 is provided in a manner of opening toward the entrance 9 side which is one side in the door width direction, and constitutes a storage space for the door panel 1. The dimension of the door pocket 2 along the door width direction (storage direction) is set to a dimension corresponding to the door width dimension of the door panel 1 so as to be able to store the door panel 1. In the present embodiment, the dimension of the door pocket 2 along the door width direction is set to a dimension capable of storing the entire door panel 1. That is, the door panel 1 is provided so that no pulled-open retaining portion protruding toward the entrance 9 side is formed in the open position (fully open position). In the illustration, an example of a structure in which the door front end side end face of the door panel 1 at the fully open position and the estimated contact surfaces of the middle longitudinal frames 45, 45 on the central side of the opening width direction toward the entrance 9 are approximately in the same plane is shown.
[0046] The upper side of the door pocket 2 is defined by the upper frame 40 (upper track 41), the two sides in the door thickness direction are defined by the first wall 3 and the second wall 4, and the inner side in the storage direction is defined by the door rear end side longitudinal frame 44. The lower side of the door pocket 2 can also be defined by the floor.
[0047] The intermediate vertical frames 45 , 45 are provided along the end portions of the first wall body 3 and the second wall body 4 on the side of the entrance 9 .
[0048] These first wall bodies 3 and second wall bodies 4 can also be formed by arranging the wall base plates constituting the partition wall in a continuous string shape, or can have a pair of wall parts in the shape of side walls (Japanese: sleeve wall shape) provided separately from the partition wall, or can be integrally formed in such a way as to form the door pocket 2. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the first wall body 3 and the second wall body 4 on both sides in the door thickness direction are constituted by using two wall base plates provided with an appropriate spacer therebetween.
[0049] As Figure 2 shown in (a) therein, the door pocket inspection opening 5 is provided in such a way as to penetrate the second wall body 4 in the wall thickness direction. As Figure 1 shown, this door pocket inspection opening 5 is provided at the lower end side portion of the second wall body 4. The height position, the dimension along the door width direction, and the dimension along the vertical direction of the door pocket inspection opening 5 can also be set to appropriate positions and dimensions according to the viewpoint of the maintainability of the second guide member 8, whether a core head is provided, etc.
[0050] The inner peripheral surface of the opening of the door pocket inspection opening 5 can also be constituted by a frame-shaped member that holds the cover body 6 in an openable and closable manner.
[0051] The cover body 6 can also be detachable with respect to the door pocket inspection opening 5, or one end portion thereof can be rotatably connected to the door pocket inspection opening 5. It can also be that the sliding door device A includes the frame-shaped member and the cover body 6 that constitute the door pocket inspection opening 5.
[0052] The first guide member 7 is provided in such a way as to be located outside the door pocket 2 in this example. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which it is provided in such a way as to be located in the vicinity of the door pocket opening. In this example, the first guide member 7 is configured to be buried in the floor side and have a guide portion 7a that can move in and out freely. If such a structure is made, it is not likely to become an obstacle even when the first guide member 7 is provided outside the door pocket 2.
[0053] The second guide member 8 is provided in such a way as to be located on the inner side (the side of the rear vertical frame 44 of the door) compared to the center in the door width direction of the door pocket 2. In this example, the second guide member 8, like the first guide member 7, is configured to be buried in the floor side and have a guide portion 8a that can move in and out freely.
[0054] It can also be that these first guide member 7 and second guide member 8 are configured to hold the guide portions 7a, 8a so as to be vertically movable with respect to a housing buried in the floor side. It can also be that each of the guide portions 7a, 8a is made into a two-stage telescopic structure. In addition, a structure can also be made in which a attracted portion is provided on each of the guide portions 7a, 8a, and this attracted portion is provided with an attracting portion 14a on the guide groove 14 side (refer to Figure 3In (c), it is attracted by magnetic force. That is, these first guiding members 7 and second guiding members 8 can also be so-called magnetic guiding portions. In this case, magnets, ferromagnetic bodies, etc. constituting the attracted portion can also be buried in the upper end portions of the guiding portions 7a and 8a.
[0055] As Figure 1 shown, the door panel 1 is made into a substantially rectangular flat plate shape that is long in the vertical direction. The height dimension (length dimension) of the door panel 1 can also be set to a dimension corresponding to the opening height of the entrance / exit 9 opened and closed by the door panel 1. The height dimension of the door panel 1 can also be, for example, about 1800 mm to 2100 mm. When the opening height of the entrance / exit 9 is approximately the same height as the ceiling height from the floor to the ceiling, the height dimension of the door panel 1 can also be, for example, about 2400 mm to 3000 mm. In addition, the width dimension of the door panel 1 can also be a dimension corresponding to the opening width of the entrance / exit 9, and can also be, for example, about 600 mm to 1200 mm. In addition, the thickness dimension of the door panel 1 can also be, for example, about 20 mm to 40 mm.
[0056] On both sides in the door thickness direction at the end portion on the door front side of the door panel 1, door handles 11 are provided.
[0057] On both end portions in the door width direction at the upper end portion of the door panel 1, slide rails 12, 12 suspended and held by the upper rail 41 are provided. It can also be configured to provide rotators such as rollers that rotate on guiding pieces provided on the upper rail 41 as these slide rails 12, 12.
[0058] In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a relatively small light-transmitting portion 13 is provided at the upper end portion of the end portion on the door front side of the door panel 1. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the light-transmitting portion 13 is substantially circular when observed in the door thickness direction, but it can also be made square or other shapes, and can also be provided at other positions.
[0059] The panel main body 10 constituting the door panel 1 can also be, for example, a so-called smooth panel in which a surface member is pasted on a panel core material having a surrounding frame. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a mirror plate-like portion having a smaller thickness than its periphery is provided at the central portion of the panel main body 10, but the two surfaces in the door thickness direction can also be made flat over substantially the whole, and various other structures can also be made.
[0060] The guiding groove 14 provided at the lower end of the panel body 10 is provided so as to open downward and extend in the door width direction. The door front end side of the guiding groove 14 is provided so as to open in the inner side surface 15b of the opening facing the door front end of the opening 15 that constitutes the pet passage opening 29 of the panel body 10, and the door rear end side of the guiding groove 14 is provided so as to open at the end surface on the door rear end side of the panel body 10. That is, the guiding groove 14 is provided over the entire width of the lower end of the panel body 10 on the door rear end side of the pet passage opening 29. Instead of such an embodiment, the guiding groove 14 may be provided over substantially the entire width of the lower end of the panel body 10 on the door rear end side of the pet passage opening 29. When the guiding portions 7a and 8a are made into magnetic guiding portions as described above, the groove depth of the guiding groove 14 may be set to about 5 mm to 10 mm. The groove widths at both ends in the door width direction of the guiding groove 14 are set to be larger than the groove width at the central portion in the door width direction so as to easily accommodate the guiding portions 7a and 8a. As Figure 2 shown in (a) of
[0061] Figure 3 Figure 3 , the first guiding member 7 is provided such that when the door panel 1 is in the closed position, the first guiding member 7 is adjacent to the portion with a larger groove width at the door rear end side end of the guiding groove 14 on the central side in the door width direction. If such a structure is formed, not only can it be configured to easily accommodate the guiding portion 8a, but also the shaking of the door rear end side portion on the lower end side of the door panel 1 in the closed position in the door thickness direction can be suppressed.
[0062] It is also possible that the guiding groove 14 is demarcated by a groove member embedded in an embedding groove provided at the lower end of the panel body 10. As such a groove member, the following structure may also be used: at both ends in the door width direction, magnets serving as attracting portions 14a (refer to Figure 3 shown in (a) of Figure 4 Figure 4 Figure 5 Figure 5
[0063] It is also possible that the guiding groove 14 is demarcated by a groove member embedded in an embedding groove provided at the lower end of the panel body 10. As such a groove member, the following structure may also be used: at both ends in the door width direction, magnets serving as attracting portions 14a (refer to Figure 3As shown in FIGS. (a) and (c), at the lower end of the rear-end side cover portion 22 of the door, a recess 22c is provided that opens downward to connect the guide groove 14 and the pet passage opening 29. If such a structure is adopted, not only can the inner top surface 15a and the inner side surface 15b of the opening 15 be covered as described above, but also interference between the guide portions 7a and 8a provided on the floor side and the rear-end side cover portion 22 of the door can be suppressed. In addition, even when the guide portions 7a and 8a, which are set to be freely accessible as described above, are in the process of being submerged, their snagging on the rear-end side cover portion 22 can be suppressed.
[0064] As Figure 5 As shown in FIG. (c), the attracting portion 34 or the attracted portion 23 that maintains the side door 30 in the closed position is provided on the back side of the rear-end side cover portion 22 of the door. If such a structure is adopted, the attracting portion 34 or the attracted portion 23 provided on the side surface of the pet passage opening 29 can be made less conspicuous by the rear-end side cover portion 22 of the door.
[0065] As Figure 3 As shown in FIGS. (a) to (c), the attracting portion 34 or the attracted portion 23 provided on the rear-end side end surface of the side door 30 is provided at the central portion in the vertical direction of the side door 30. If such a structure is adopted, compared with the structure in which the attracting portion 34 or the attracted portion 23 is provided at the lower end of the rear-end side end surface of the side door 30, it becomes a portion with a higher center of gravity and a smaller amplitude, so that the side door 30 that moves in a swinging manner can stop at the closed position more quickly. In addition, a situation where the attracting portion 34 or the attracted portion 23 interferes with the guide portions 7a and 8a of the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8 that are made into magnetic guide portions can also be suppressed.
[0066] As Figure 5 As shown in FIG. (a), a shaft portion 37 is provided at one of the upper end of the rear-end side end surface of the side door 30 and the upper end of the side surface of the pet passage opening 29, and a bearing portion (rear-end side bearing portion) 24 for receiving the shaft portion 37 is provided at the other. At these shaft portion 37 or rear-end side bearing portion 24, a spacer portion 36a for ensuring a gap between the rear-end side end surface of the side door 30 and the side surface of the pet passage opening 29 is provided. If such a structure is adopted, even if a structure in which the attracting portion 34 and the attracted portion 23 are provided on the rear-end side end surface of the side door 30 and the side surface of the pet passage opening 29 is adopted as described above, a situation where the rear-end side end of the side door 30 comes into excessive contact with the side portion of the pet passage opening 29 can be suppressed.
[0067] As Figure 5As shown in Fig. (b), the side door 30 is formed into a plate shape with at least the upper end side portion being flexible. By flexing the upper end side portion of the side door 30, the shaft portions 37, 37 provided on one side of the both ends in the door width direction of the side door 30 and the panel main body 10 side can be disengaged from the bearing portions 24, 26 provided on the other side. If such a structure is formed, the side door 30 in the form of a plate rotates around the shaft portions 37, 37 at the upper end side to open and close. Thus, compared with a structure in which the side door 30 is formed into a cloth curtain or the like, it is not easily opened due to wind, air pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, etc., and in addition, it is difficult to be closed in a bent state, and the pet passage 29 can be stably closed by its own weight. In addition, by flexing the upper end side portion of the side door 30 in the door thickness direction, the side door 30 can be easily detached from the panel main body 10 side, and similarly by flexing it, the side door 30 can be easily attached to the panel main body 10 side. Thus, it is possible to set it to a state where the side door 30 is detached before the pet gets used to opening the side door 30, or maintenance can be easily performed by detaching the side door 30.
[0068] The shaft portions 37, 37 are provided at both ends in the door width direction of the side door 30, and the bearing portions 24, 26 are provided on the panel main body 10 side. For example, if a structure is formed in which the shaft portion 37 is provided on the panel main body 10 side, in a state where the side door 30 is detached, the shaft portion 37 may protrude into the pet passage 29, so it may interfere with the pet, but if the above structure is set, there is no such concern.
[0069] Specifically, the bearing portions 24, 26 are provided in the side door holding frame 20 including the above-mentioned upper side cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22. The door rear end side bearing portion 24 among the bearing portions 24, 26 is provided in the door rear end side cover portion 22, and the door front end side bearing portion 26 is provided in the door front end cover portion 25 that covers the door front end side end surface of the upper side cover portion 21. These door rear end side bearing portion 24 and door front end side bearing portion 26 are opened in a mutually facing manner and along the door width direction. These door rear end side bearing portion 24 and door front end side bearing portion 26 are arranged so as to be in mutually aligned (coincident) positions when observed in the door width direction. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which these door rear end side bearing portion 24 and door front end side bearing portion 26 are provided at the center in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction, but they may also be provided at a position offset to one side in the door thickness direction.
[0070] As Figure 5As shown in Fig. (c), the opening 15 of the panel main body 10 with the side door holding frame 20 installed is demarcated by an inner top surface 15a of the opening facing the lower side and an inner side surface 15b of the opening facing the front end side of the door, and is formed by cutting the lower end corner portion on the front end side of the door of the panel main body 10. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the inner corner portion where the inner top surface 15a of the opening intersects the inner side surface 15b is formed into a concave curved surface. This opening 15 can also be formed by cutting or the like. In the case where the panel main body 10 is a smooth panel, appropriate muntin members can also be provided at positions corresponding to the inner top surface 15a of the opening and the inner side surface 15b.
[0071] When viewed in the door thickness direction, the side door holding frame 20 is substantially L-shaped along the inner top surface 15a of the opening 15 and the inner side surface 15b of the opening.
[0072] As Figure 4 shown in Fig. (a) and Figure 5 Fig. (a), the upper side cover portion 21 and the rear end side cover portion 22 of the door are provided so as to cover not only the inner top surface 15a of the opening 15 and the inner side surface 15b of the opening, but also both surfaces in the door thickness direction near the inner top surface 15a of the opening and the inner side surface 15b of the panel main body 10.
[0073] In this example, these upper side cover portion 21 and rear end side cover portion 22 of the door include: first cover portions 21a, 22a that cover one surface in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10; and second cover portions 21b, 22b that cover the other surface in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10 (also refer to Figure 5 Fig. (c)). In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the first cover portion 21a of the upper side cover portion 21 and the first cover portion 22a of the rear end side cover portion 22 are formed into a continuous string shape, and the second cover portion 21b of the upper side cover portion 21 and the second cover portion 22b of the rear end side cover portion 22 are formed into a continuous string shape, but they can also be formed individually.
[0074] As Figure 5 shown in Fig. (c), the first cover portion 21a of the upper side cover portion 21 includes an upper side plate portion provided so as to cover the inner top surface 15a of the opening, and a front side plate portion provided so as to extend upward from one edge portion in the door thickness direction of the upper side plate portion, and the front side plate portion covers one surface in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10.
[0075] The second cover portion 21b of the upper side cover portion 21 includes an upper side plate portion provided so as to cover the upper side plate portion of the first cover portion 21a, and a front side plate portion provided so as to extend upward from the other edge portion in the door thickness direction of the upper side plate portion, and the front side plate portion covers the other surface in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10.
[0076] That is, the upper side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 21a and the upper side plate-shaped portion of the second cover portion 21b overlap vertically to cover the inner top surface 15a of the opening. Further, the front side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 21a and the front side plate-shaped portion of the second cover portion 21b sandwich the panel main body 10 from both sides in the door thickness direction to cover both surfaces in the door thickness direction near the inner top surface 15a of the opening.
[0077] The first cover portion 22a of the door rear end side cover portion 22 includes a door rear end side plate-shaped portion provided so as to cover the inner side surface 15b of the opening, and a front side plate-shaped portion provided so as to extend toward the door rear end side from one edge portion in the door thickness direction of the door rear end side plate-shaped portion, and the front side plate-shaped portion covers one surface in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10.
[0078] The second cover portion 22b of the door rear end side cover portion 22 includes a door rear end side plate-shaped portion provided so as to cover the door rear end side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 22a, and a front side plate-shaped portion provided so as to extend toward the door rear end side from the other edge portion in the door thickness direction of the door rear end side plate-shaped portion, and the front side plate-shaped portion covers the other surface in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10.
[0079] That is, the door rear end side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 22a and the door rear end side plate-shaped portion of the second cover portion 22b overlap in the door width direction to cover the inner side surface 15b of the opening. Further, the front side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 22a and the front side plate-shaped portion of the second cover portion 22b sandwich the panel main body 10 from both sides in the door thickness direction to cover both surfaces in the door thickness direction near the inner side surface 15b of the opening.
[0080] At the lower end portions of the door rear end side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 22a and the second cover portion 22b of the door rear end side cover portion 22, the above-described recess 22c is provided so as to open downward and penetrate in the door width direction. The dimension along the door thickness direction and the dimension along the up-and-down direction of the recess 22c may also be dimensions corresponding to the groove width and the groove depth of the guide groove 14.
[0081] It is also possible that the upper side cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22 can be applied to panel main bodies with different door thickness dimensions by adjusting the overlapping dimensions of the upper side plate-shaped portions and the door rear end side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portions 21a and 22a and the upper side plate-shaped portions and the door rear end side plate-shaped portions of the second cover portions 21b and 22b.
[0082] Alternatively, the upper side cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22 can be installed on the panel main body 10 by using fixing tools such as appropriate adhesives, adhesives, threaded members, etc. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which spacer portions 25c and 27 are provided between the upper side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 21a of the upper side cover portion 21 and the inner top surface 15a of the opening. The spacer portions 25c and 27 are provided in such a manner that they do not interfere with the upper side cover portion 21 at the inner corner portion of the inner top surface 15a and the inner side surface 15b of the opening formed in the concave curved surface shape as described above. In other words, they are provided in such a manner that the door rear end side cover portion 22 can abut against the inner side surface 15b of the opening. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the spacer portion 25c on the door front end side is provided on the door front end cover portion 25 and the spacer portion 27 on the door rear end side is provided on the upper side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 21a.
[0083] A attracted portion 23, which is one of the attracting portion 34 and the attracted portion 23, is provided on the door rear end side cover portion 22. The attracted portion 23 can be a ferromagnetic body such as a steel plate attracted by a magnet serving as the attracting portion 34, or can be a magnet. In the illustrated example, the attracted portion 23 is formed into a thin plate shape whose thickness direction is the door width direction. The attracted portion 23 is provided along the back surface of the second cover portion 22b of the door rear end side cover portion 22 facing the inner side surface 15b of the opening. It is also possible that the attracted portion 23 is fixed to the back surface of the second cover portion 22b by an adhesive, an adhesive member, etc. A notch-shaped recess for receiving the attracted portion 23 is provided in the first cover portion 22a of the door rear end side cover portion 22. Instead of the embodiment in which the attracted portion 23 is provided on the back surface side of the second cover portion 22b, a structure can be adopted in which the attracted portion 23 is provided so as to be exposed on the surface side of the door rear end side cover portion 22 facing the door front end side.
[0084] The door rear end side bearing portion 24 is provided at the upper end portion of the door rear end side cover portion 22 so as to open toward the door front end side. In the illustrated example, the door rear end side bearing portion 24 is provided so as to penetrate the second cover portion 22b and the first cover portion 22a of the door rear end side cover portion 22 in the door width direction, which is their thickness direction. In the case where the overlapping dimension of the door rear end side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 22a and the second cover portion 22b can be adjusted as described above, the door rear end side bearing portion 24 of the first cover portion 22a can also be elongated in the door thickness direction.
[0085] The door front end cover portion 25 is provided such that the door front end side surface facing the door front end side is substantially flush with the door front end side end surface of the panel main body 10.
[0086] As Figure 3 in (b) and Figure 5As shown in Fig. (c), the front door cover portion 25 includes a portion covering the front door end faces of the upper side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 21a and the second cover portion 21b of the upper cover portion 21, and a portion covering the front door end faces of the front side plate-shaped portions on both sides in the door thickness direction. The portion covering the front door end face of the front side plate-shaped portion includes standing piece portions 25b, 25b standing along the two side edges in the door thickness direction of the front door end face of the panel body 10. It may also be a portion where chamfered portions are provided along the two side edges in the door thickness direction of the front door end face of the panel body 10 on these standing piece portions 25b, 25b.
[0087] As Figure 5 As shown in Fig. (a), the dimension of the front door cover portion 25 in the door thickness direction is set to the dimension obtained by adding the thickness dimension of the panel body 10 and the thickness dimensions of the front side plate-shaped portions on both sides in the door thickness direction of the upper cover portion 21. The groove width of the bottom of the receiving groove 43 of the above-mentioned front door side vertical frame 42 is set to a dimension corresponding to the thickness dimension of the panel body 10 to suppress the swing of the front door side of the door panel 1 in the door thickness direction. Therefore, the front door cover portion 25 is formed such that the dimension in the door thickness direction on the front door side thereof is a dimension corresponding to the groove width of the bottom of the receiving groove 43, and the dimension in the door thickness direction increases as it goes toward the rear door side.
[0088] The front door cover portion 25 is provided with a tab portion 25a that protrudes downward from the portion covering the front door end face of the upper cover portion 21, and a front door side bearing portion 26 is provided. The front door side bearing portion 26 is provided to open toward the rear door side. The front door side bearing portion 26 is formed as a bottomed hole so that it does not open on the front door side surface of the tab portion 25a facing the front door side.
[0089] As Figure 3 As shown in Fig. (b), at least the two corner portions in the door thickness direction of the lower end portion of the tab portion 25a are chamfered. If such a structure is formed, it is possible to prevent a pet from getting caught on the corner portion of the tab portion 25a or being injured by the corner portion. The two corner portions in the door thickness direction of the lower end portion of the tab portion 25a may also be C-chamfered, may be R-chamfered, or in addition, the entire lower end portion may be in a polyhedral shape or a convex curved surface shape.
[0090] Regarding the dimension of the tab portion 25a in the vertical direction, in addition, from the viewpoint of strength, etc., it may also be made into an appropriate dimension so that the shaft portion 37 described later can be held in the front door side bearing portion 26. The dimension of the tab portion 25a in the vertical direction from the lower surface of the upper cover portion 21 may also be about 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0091] The dimension of the tab portion 25a in the door width direction may also be set to be approximately the same as the groove depth dimension of the receiving groove 43 of the front door side vertical frame 42.
[0092] The front door cover part 25 of the door can also be such that its spacer part 25c is installed on the panel main body 10 by fixing tools such as appropriate adhesives, adhesives, threaded members, etc. Instead of the structure in which the front door cover part 25 of the door and the upper side cover part 21 are provided separately, a structure in which they are integrally provided can also be adopted.
[0093] The front door cover part 25, the upper side cover part 21, and the rear door side cover part 22 of the door can be made of a hard synthetic resin such as ABS or can be made of metal.
[0094] As the toilet door holding frame 20 for holding the toilet door 30, it is not limited to the above structure, and various other structures can also be adopted.
[0095] As Figure 4 shown in (a) of the figure, when the door panel 1 is in the closed position, the upper and lower sides of the pet passage opening 29 are demarcated by the upper side cover part 21 and the floor, and the left and right sides in the door width direction are demarcated by the front door side vertical frame 42 and the rear door side cover part 22. The height dimension along the vertical direction and the width dimension along the door width direction of the pet passage opening 29 can also be set to appropriate dimensions so that the pet can pass through. The height dimension of the pet passage opening 29 can also be set to a dimension corresponding to small dogs and cats that tend to be raised indoors. For example, it can also be set to about 250 mm to 400 mm. Similarly, the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29 can also be set to a dimension corresponding to small dogs and cats. For example, it can also be set to about 150 mm to 300 mm. The height dimension and the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29 are not limited to the dimensions corresponding to small dogs and cats, and can also be set to dimensions corresponding to medium-sized dogs, etc.
[0096] As Figure 3 shown in (a) of the figure, the height dimension along the vertical direction and the width dimension along the door width direction of the toilet door 30 for opening and closing the pet passage opening 29 are set to dimensions corresponding to the height dimension and the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29.
[0097] Alternatively, the height dimension of the side door 30 can be set to be smaller than the height dimension of the pet passage opening 29. If such a structure is adopted, since the guiding portion 7a can move in and out freely as described above, the lower end of the side door 30 has a tendency not to interfere easily. Even when the retraction is not smooth or the opening speed of the door panel 1 is relatively fast, interference can be suppressed. The height dimension of the side door 30 can also be set such that its lower end is located slightly above (e.g., about 2 mm to 10 mm) the lower end surface of the panel main body 10. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the side door 30 is made to have a height dimension such that its lower end is approximately at the same height as the bottom of the guiding groove 14 (more specifically, slightly below the bottom). Instead of such an embodiment, the height dimension of the side door 30 can also be set such that its lower end is at the same height as the lower end surface of the panel main body 10, etc.
[0098] Alternatively, the width dimension of the side door 30 can be slightly smaller than the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29 so that the both ends in the door width direction of the side door 30 do not interfere with the front side vertical frame 42 and the rear side cover portion 22 of the door.
[0099] The lower side portion 35 of the side door 30 is harder than the upper side portion 31 including the upper end side portion. If such a structure is adopted, the upper side portion 31 including the upper end side portion can be made to have a flexible structure, and since the lower side portion 35, where there is a tendency for more contact with the pet, is hard, damage to the lower side portion 35 can be suppressed. In addition, a structure that is easy to wipe and clean can be achieved.
[0100] As Figure 3 shown in (c) and Figure 5 shown in (b) of the figure, the upper side portion 31 has flexibility to flex moderately when the pet opens the side door 30 to pass through or when the side door 30 is disassembled and assembled relative to the side door holding frame 20. The upper side portion 31 can also have moderate flexibility so that the user can flex it with the force of the hand when disassembling and assembling the side door 30. The upper side portion 31 can also be made of a soft acrylic resin such as a soft acrylic polymer or a soft synthetic resin such as a polyvinyl chloride resin. The Shore A hardness of the upper side portion 31 measured using a Type A durometer in accordance with JIS K7215 can also be about 70° to 90°, preferably about 70° to 85°.
[0101] The lower side portion 35 only needs to be harder than the upper side portion 31 and can also be made of a hard synthetic resin such as ABS. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which hook-shaped piece portions are provided at the lower end portion of the lower side portion 35 so as to bulge toward both sides in the door thickness direction, and the hook-shaped piece portions define a groove opening downward, but the shape is not limited to this. These upper side portion 31 and lower side portion 35 can also be formed of an opaque resin or can be formed of a transparent or semi-transparent resin.
[0102] The thickness dimensions of these upper portions 31 and lower portions 35 may also be about 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, for example.
[0103] In this example, these upper portion 31 and lower portion 35 are joined at a joint portion 33 that is approximately at the center in the vertical direction of the side door 30. The upper portion 31 and the lower portion 35 may also join by fitting a fitting convex portion provided at one of the lower end portion of the upper portion 31 and the upper end portion of the lower portion 35 that constitute the joint portion 33 into a fitting concave portion provided at the other, and using an appropriate adhesive or the like. Instead of the embodiment in which the lower portion 35 is made harder than the upper portion 31, the lower portion 35 may be made to have the same degree of hardness as the upper portion 31. In addition, the lower portion 35 and the upper portion 31 may be formed from the same raw material into a continuous single string.
[0104] As Figure 4 shown in (b) of the figure, the attracted portion 34 attracted by the attracted portion 23 of the door rear end side cover portion 22 is provided at approximately the center in the vertical direction in this example. As Figure 3 shown in (b) of the figure, the above-mentioned attracted portion 23 is provided in such a manner that it coincides with the attracted portion 34 when viewed in the door width direction with the side door 30 in the closed position. The attracted portion 34 is provided on the door rear end side end surface of the joint portion 33. The attracted portion 34 may also be provided to be embedded in a recess provided in the joint portion 33 so as to open toward the door rear end side, or may be provided in a buried state. The attracted portion 34 may be a magnet such as a neodymium magnet, for example. When the attracted portion 23 is a magnet, the attracted portion 34 may be a ferromagnetic material such as a steel plate. Instead of the embodiment in which the attracted portion 34 is provided at approximately the center in the vertical direction of the side door 30, a structure may be made in which it is provided on the lower side portion of the upper portion 31 or the upper side portion of the lower portion 35, which is the central side portion in the vertical direction of the side door 30. Or, a structure may be made in which the attracted portion 34 is provided on the lower side portion of the lower portion 35, which is the lower end side portion of the side door 30. In these cases, it is only necessary to make a structure in which the attracted portion 23 of the door rear end side cover portion 22 is provided at an appropriate position so as to be in a position corresponding to the attracted portion 34.
[0105] Shaft portions 37, 37 are provided on two rigid shaft members 36, 36, and the two rigid shaft members 36, 36 are inserted into respective shaft holding holes 32 that open at both ends in the door width direction of the side door 30 and are held. If such a structure is made, not only can at least the upper end side portion of the side door 30 be made to have a flexible structure, but also compared with the structure in which the shaft portions 37, 37 are integrally formed with the side door 30, the side door 30 can be stably opened and closed by the two rigid shaft members 36, 36. Thus, the long life of the side door 30 can also be achieved. In addition, since these shaft members 36, 36 are respectively provided on both sides in the door width direction, the disassembly and assembly of the side door 30 are not hindered.
[0106] The shaft holding holes 32 of the side door 30 are provided at the upper end of the upper side portion 31 of the side door 30. As Figure 5 shown in (a) therein, the shaft holding holes 32 are provided so as to penetrate the entire upper end of the upper side portion 31 in the door width direction.
[0107] The shaft members 36, 36 are strip-shaped in the door width direction. The length of these shaft members 36, 36 can also be 60 mm or more. If such a structure is made, even when the side door 30 is accidentally removed and the shaft members 36, 36 fall off from the shaft holding holes 32 of the side door 30, it is possible to prevent pets, infants, etc. from swallowing the shaft members 36, 36. The length of these shaft members 36, 36 can also be formed such that a part protrudes from the swallowing judgment gauge in a state of being disposed obliquely in the cylindrical portion of the swallowing judgment gauge specified by JIS C8513. The length of these shaft members 36, 36 can also be set to an appropriate length to avoid hindering the flexure of the upper side portion 31 when disassembling and assembling the side door 30. For example, it can also be 80 mm or less, preferably, it can also be 70 mm or less, and it can also be 65 mm ± 2 mm. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the length of these shaft members 36, 36 is set to approximately 1 / 3 of the width dimension of the side door 30.
[0108] The above-described spacer portions 36a are provided on the shaft members 36. In this example, spacer portions 36a, 36a are provided on the shaft members 36, 36 on both sides. It is also possible that the spacer portion 36a of the shaft member 36 on the front end side of the door is structured to ensure the gap between the surface of the tab portion 25a of the front end cover portion 25 of the door facing the rear end side of the door and the estimated contact surface of the longitudinal frame 42 on the front end side of the door facing the rear end side and the front end side end surface of the side door 30.
[0109] These shaft members 36, 36 are made to have the same structure as each other. In order to demarcate the shaft portions 37, 37 inserted into the rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the front-end side bearing portion 26 of the door and the held shaft portions 38, 38 inserted into the shaft holding holes 32, spacer portions 36a, 36a of these shaft members 36, 36 are provided at their boundary portions. If such a structure is made, even in the case of a structure in which the shaft holding holes 32 are provided across the entire door width direction of the sliding door 30, it is possible to prevent the shaft portions 37, 37 from entering the shaft holding holes 32.
[0110] The outer diameters of these spacer portions 36a, 36a are set to be larger than the inner diameters of the rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the front-end side bearing portion 26 of the door and the inner diameter of the shaft holding holes 32. The thickness dimension along the axial direction of these spacer portions 36a, 36a may also be about 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. These spacer portions 36a, 36a may also be provided integrally with the shaft members 36, 36, or may be externally fitted as individuals into annular grooves or the like of the shaft members 36, 36. Instead of or in addition to these spacer portions 36a, 36a, an appropriate resin washer or the like with good slidability may be provided. Further, instead of or in addition to the structure in which the spacer portions 36a, 36a are provided on the shaft member 36, 36 side, a structure in which flange-shaped spacer portions are provided on the rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the front-end side bearing portion 26 of the door may be made. Furthermore, a structure in which such spacer portions 36a, 36a are not provided may be made.
[0111] The outer diameters of the shaft portions 37, 37 are set to diameters corresponding to the inner diameters of the rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the front-end side bearing portion 26 of the door. The outer diameters of the shaft portions 37, 37 may also be approximately the same diameter as the inner diameters of the rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the front-end side bearing portion 26, or may be slightly smaller in diameter. The dimension along the axial direction of the shaft portions 37, 37 is set to a dimension corresponding to the depth of the rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the front-end side bearing portion 26 of the door. The dimension along the axial direction of the shaft portions 37, 37 may also be approximately the same dimension as the depth of the rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the front-end side bearing portion 26, or may be slightly smaller or slightly larger in dimension.
[0112] The dimension along the axial direction of the held shaft portions 38, 38 is set to be larger than the dimension along the axial direction of the shaft portions 37, 37, and is set to a length that occupies most of the length of the shaft members 36, 36. If such a structure is made, the shaft members 36, 36 are not easily detached from the shaft holding holes 32.
[0113] The outer diameters of the held shaft portions 38, 38 are set to diameters corresponding to the inner diameters of the shaft holding holes 32. The outer diameters of the held shaft portions 38, 38 may also be set to be approximately the same diameter as the inner diameters of the shaft holding holes 32 or slightly larger in diameter. If such a structure is made, the shaft members 36, 36 are not easily detached from the shaft holding holes 32.
[0114] These shaft members 36, 36 can also be formed of a suitable metallic material such as stainless steel.
[0115] As Figure 5 shown in (b) therein, when the side door 30 to be made into the above structure is installed in the side door holding frame 20 on the side of the panel main body 10, the upper side portion 31 of the side door 30 can also be flexed and the shaft portions 37, 37 can be respectively inserted into the door rear end side bearing portion 24 and the door front end side bearing portion 26 for installation.
[0116] When removing the side door 30 from the side door holding frame 20, the upper side portion 31 of the side door 30 can also be flexed to disengage the shaft portions 37, 37 from the door rear end side bearing portion 24 and the door front end side bearing portion 26 for removal.
[0117] Next, with reference to Figure 6 a modification example of the door panel and a modification example of the door device including the door panel will be described.
[0118] In the following modification examples and other embodiments described later, mainly the differences from the examples described above will be described. The same reference numerals are given to the same structures, and their descriptions are omitted or briefly described. In the following modification examples and other embodiments described later, the descriptions of the same effects as those of the examples described above are also omitted or briefly described.
[0119] As Figure 6 shown in (a) therein, the side door holding frame 20A of the door panel 1A in this modification example is mainly different in structure from the above example.
[0120] In this modification example, the side door holding frame 20A includes an extension portion 22d extending from the lower end portion of the door rear end side cover portion 22 toward the door front end side. In addition, a groove portion 22e communicating with the recess 22c and the guide groove 14 of the door rear end side cover portion 22 is formed in the extension portion 22d. If such a structure is made, as Figure 6 shown in (b) and (c) therein, in the structure having only one guide member 7A, not only can the size of the pull - out remaining portion at the fully - open position be reduced, but also the swing of the lower end side of the door panel 1A in the door thickness direction can be suppressed. That is, since the guide portion 7Aa of the guide member 7A can be received in the groove portion 22e of the extension portion 22d at the fully - open position, the size of the pull - out remaining portion can be reduced. In addition, the guide member 7A can be a fixed pin instead of a magnetic guide portion.
[0121] Also, from the perspective of reducing the size of the retained part when pulling it open, or from the perspective of making the lower side of the pet passage opening 29 open over most of its area, etc., the extension dimension of the extension part 22d in the door width direction can be set to an appropriate size. For example, the extension dimension of the extension part 22d can also be set to less than 1 / 2 of the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29, and preferably 1 / 3 or less. In the illustrated example, an example is shown where the extension dimension of the extension part 22d is set to about 3 / 10 of the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29.
[0122] The extension part 22d can also be provided integrally with the door rear end side cover part 22, or can be fixedly attached to the door rear end side cover part 22 separately from the door rear end side cover part 22. The extension part 22d can also be formed by extending the groove member forming the guide groove 14 toward the pet passage opening 29, instead of the structure where the extension part 22d is provided on the side door holding frame 20A. In this case, appropriate surface decoration treatment can also be performed on the groove member constituting the extension part 22d by pasting, painting, etc. a decorative sheet of the same color as the side door holding frame 20A.
[0123] The height dimension of the side door 30 in the vertical direction is set to be smaller than the dimension in the above example to avoid interference with the extension part 22d. Instead of the above-described embodiment, it can also be configured to have a notch-shaped recess for receiving the extension part 22d at the corner of the lower end part on the door rear end side of the side door 30.
[0124] In the case where such an extension part 22d is provided, instead of the embodiment of providing the attracting part 34 on the end face on the door rear end side of the side door 30, or in addition to this embodiment, a structure can be made where the attracting part is provided at the lower end part of the side door 30 and the attracted part is provided on the extension part 22d.
[0125] For the sliding door device B, instead of the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8 constituted by the above-described magnetic guide part, it can also be provided with a single fixed pin-shaped guide member 7A. The guide member 7A can also be configured to include a fixing plate fixed to the floor and a pin-shaped guide part 7Aa fixed so as to protrude upward from the fixing plate. In the case where such a fixed pin-shaped guide part 7Aa is made, the groove depth of the guide groove 14 including the groove part 22e and the recess 22c can be set to be larger than that in the above example, and for example, it can also be set to about 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0126] In the installation structure of the sliding door device B according to this modification example, the guiding member 7A can also be configured such that its guiding portion 7Aa is always located within the guiding groove 14 of the door panel 1A that moves between the closed position and the fully open position, including the groove portion 22e and the recess 22c. The guiding member 7A is arranged such that its guiding portion 7Aa is located at the rear end side of the guiding groove 14 of the door panel 1A in the closed position and at the front end side of the groove portion 22e of the extending portion 22d of the door panel 1A in the fully open position. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the guiding member 7A is arranged between a pair of intermediate vertical frames 45, 45 that demarcate the pocket opening. In this case, the pocket inspection opening 5 or the cover body 6 may not be provided.
[0127] In this modification example and the above examples, an example is shown in which the pet passage opening 29 is provided to open toward the front side and the lower side of the door, but it can also be configured such that the pet passage opening is provided to open only toward the front side of the door. In this case, for example, the above-mentioned extending portion 22d can also be configured to reach the front end side of the panel main body 10.
[0128] In this modification example and the above examples, an example is shown in which the upper side cover portion 21 and the rear end side cover portion 22 of the door are provided, but it can also be configured such that these are not provided. In this case, the bearing portions 24, 26 on both sides can also be arranged at appropriate positions.
[0129] In this modification example and the above examples, an example is shown in which the attracting portion 34 is provided on the rear end side end face of the auxiliary door 30 and the attracted portion 23 is provided on the side face of the pet passage opening 29, but it can also be configured such that these are not provided.
[0130] In this modification example and the above examples, an example is shown in which the door panels 1, 1A are arranged in a pocket storage manner, but they can also be arranged in a side wall embedding manner or in various other storage forms.
[0131] In this modification example and the above examples, an example is shown in which the guiding groove 14 is provided at the lower end portion of the panel main body 10, but it can also be configured such that such a guiding groove 14 is not provided.
[0132] In this modification example and the above examples, an example is shown in which the door panels 1, 1A are configured to be suspended and held by the upper track 41, but it can also be configured as a downward load type in which rotators such as door wheels or casters for allowing the object to travel are provided on the lower end side of the door panels 1, 1A.
[0133] Figure 7 and Figure 8 FIG. schematically shows an example of a door panel according to the second embodiment and an example of a door device including the door panel.
[0134] In this embodiment, as Figure 7 shown, the door panel 1B is different from the above example mainly in the structure of the panel main body 10A and the side door holding frame 20B. In this embodiment, the door device is made into a side-hinged door device C. That is, the door panel 1B constitutes a side-hinged door panel. The side-hinged door device C may also include a door frame having an upper frame 40A, a longitudinal frame 42A on the door front end side, and a longitudinal frame 44A on the hanging portion side.
[0135] The panel main body 10A is made into a two-frame shape with a mirror plate portion 16 provided between the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides in the door width direction.
[0136] The longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides in the door width direction are made into substantially rectangular flat plates that are long in the door height direction. These longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A are provided across the entire door height direction of the panel main body 10A. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the width dimensions of these longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A are made to be substantially the same as each other. That is, the mirror plate portion 16 is provided at substantially the central portion in the door width direction of the panel main body 10A.
[0137] On both sides in the door thickness direction of the longitudinal frame portion 15A on the door front end side, there are provided handles 11A that are operated when opening and closing the door panel 1B. In the illustrated example, an example of the handle 11A made into a rod shape is shown, but it may also be made into other shapes such as a knob (round button) shape or a push handle shape.
[0138] At the hanging portion side end of the longitudinal frame portion 15A on the hanging portion side, a rotary connection member 12A that is rotatably connected to the longitudinal frame 44A on the hanging portion side is provided. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a plurality (two in the illustrated example) of rotary connection members 12A, 12A are provided at intervals in the door height direction on the longitudinal frame portion 15A on the hanging portion side. As the rotary connection member 12A, it is not limited to the hinge in the shape of a leaf hinge as in the illustrated example, and various structures such as a concealed hinge or a sliding hinge may also be used.
[0139] The mirror plate portion 16 is made into a substantially rectangular flat plate that is long in the door height direction, and the thickness dimension is set to be smaller than the thickness dimensions of the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides. The mirror plate portion 16 is provided separately from the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides. It is also possible that the both ends in the door width direction of the mirror plate portion 16 are inserted into the insertion grooves formed at the opposing inner ends of the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides to be joined to the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides.
[0140] The mirror plate portion 16 may also constitute a light-transmitting portion. The mirror plate portion 16 may also be formed of a synthetic resin-based material such as acrylic or polycarbonate, or a light-transmitting material such as glass. The mirror plate portion 16 is not limited to being substantially colorless and transparent, and may also be colored transparent or translucent. The mirror plate portion 16 is not limited to having a light-transmitting structure, and may also be an opaque structure.
[0141] The dimension of the mirror plate portion 16 in the door height direction is set to be smaller than the dimensions of the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides in the door height direction, so that the pet passage frame 20B that divides the pet passage opening 29A can be arranged on the lower side thereof. That is, the door panel 1B is configured such that the pet passage frame 20B that divides the pet passage opening 29A is arranged between the lower end portions of the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides. In other words, the width dimension of the mirror plate portion 16 exposed between the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides is set to a dimension corresponding to the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29A. The lower end portions of the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides are connected by being fixed to their respective pet passage frames 20B.
[0142] As Figure 8 As shown in (a) and (b) therein, the pet passage frame 20B is provided so as to surround the periphery of the pet passage opening 29A. The pet passage frame 20B includes: an upper frame portion 21A that divides the upper side of the pet passage opening 29A; side frame portions 22A, 22A that divide both sides in the width direction of the pet passage opening 29A; and a lower frame portion 25A that divides the lower side of the pet passage opening 29A. The opening of the panel main body 10A that constitutes the pet passage opening 29A is demarcated by the lower end surface of the mirror plate portion 16 and the inner end surfaces of the lower end portions of the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides that face each other.
[0143] The upper frame portion 21A, the side frame portions 22A, 22A, and the lower frame portion 25A include an inner peripheral side plate-shaped portion formed to constitute the inner peripheral surface of the pet passage opening 29A, and a surface side plate-shaped portion provided so as to extend from both side edges in the door thickness direction of the inner peripheral side plate-shaped portion toward the outer peripheral side.
[0144] As Figure 8 As shown in (b) therein, the surface side plate-shaped portion of the upper frame portion 21A is provided so as to be located on both sides in the door thickness direction of the lower end portion of the mirror plate portion 16.
[0145] The surface side plate-shaped portions of the side frame portions 22A, 22A are provided so as to cover both surfaces in the door thickness direction of the inner end portions of the lower end portions of the longitudinal frame portions 15A, 15A on both sides.
[0146] These upper frame parts 21A, side frame parts 22A, 22A, and lower frame part 25A are substantially the same as described above. Inner peripheral side plate parts can also be provided on each of the front side plate parts on both sides in the door thickness direction, and the overlapping dimensions of these inner peripheral side plate parts can be adjusted.
[0147] On both sides in the door thickness direction at the lower end of the mirror plate part 16, there are provided gap filling members 27A, 27A for filling the gaps between the mirror plate part 16 and the front side plate parts on both sides in the door thickness direction of the upper frame part 21A. Appropriate sheet-like members or porous members of dark colors such as black can also be used as these gap filling members 27A, 27A.
[0148] At the upper ends of the side frame parts 22A, 22A on both sides in the door width direction, there are provided bearing parts 24A, 24A substantially the same as described above.
[0149] The lower frame part 25A is provided such that its lower end face is substantially flush with the lower end faces of the longitudinal frame parts 15A, 15A on both sides. The dimension of the lower frame part 25A in the vertical direction can be set to an appropriate size, for example, about 10 mm to 30 mm, so that pets can easily step over it and also from the perspective of strength.
[0150] In the present embodiment, an attracting part 39 is provided at the lower end of the service door 30A, which is one of the lower ends of the lower frame part 25A and the service door 30A, and a attracted part 23A attracted by the attracting part 39 by magnetic force is provided on the lower frame part 25A, which is the other. It is configured such that attracting parts and attracted parts are not provided at both ends in the door width direction of the service door 30A and the side frame parts 22A, 22A.
[0151] In the illustration, an example is shown in which attracting parts 39, 39 are provided at both ends in the door width direction at the lower end of the service door 30A, and attracted parts 23A, 23A are provided at both ends in the door width direction of the lower frame part 25A so as to be directly below these attracting parts 39, 39. The attracting parts 39, 39 are provided in such a manner as to be held by hook-shaped piece parts on both sides in the door thickness direction at the lower end of the service door 30A as described above. The attracted parts 23A, 23A are substantially the same as described above, and can also be provided on the back side of the inner peripheral side plate part disposed on the inner peripheral side of the lower frame part 25A.
[0152] In addition, in the present embodiment, a locking portion 28 for suppressing the opening of the side door 30A in the closed position is provided in the side door holding frame 20B. The locking portion 28 includes: an operation portion provided in the lower frame portion 25A and exposed on the surface side of the lower frame portion 25A; and a locking piece that is displaced between a locked position and an unlocked position by the operation of the operation portion. The locking portion 28 may also be structured such that its locking piece is inserted into a groove provided at the lower end portion of the side door 30A to reach the locked position. The locking portion 28 is not limited to such a structure and may be made into various other structures.
[0153] The width dimension of the side door 30A is set to a dimension corresponding to the dimension between the side frame portions 22A, 22A, and the height dimension is set to a dimension corresponding to the dimension between the upper frame portion 21A and the lower frame portion 25A.
[0154] Similar to the above, the side door 30A is made into a plate shape having flexibility at least in the upper end side portion. Similar to the above, by flexing the upper end side portion of the side door 30A, the shaft portions 37, 37 at one end in the door width direction of the side door 30A and on the side of the panel main body 10A can be disengaged from the bearing portions 24A, 24A provided on the other side.
[0155] Figure 9 It is a diagram schematically showing an example of a door panel related to the third embodiment and an example of a door device including the door panel.
