[0022] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described based on the drawings.
[0023] In some of the figures, a part of the detailed reference numerals given to other figures is omitted.
[0024] In the following embodiments, the directions such as the up-down direction are described based on the state after construction of the door panel related to the embodiments and the door device including the door panel.
[0025] Figures 1 to 6 Figures showing an example and a modified example of the door panel related to the present embodiment, and an example of a sliding door device as a door device including the door panel schematically.
[0026] As Figure 1 shown, the door panel 1 related to the present embodiment includes a panel main body 10 provided with a pet passage opening 29 through which a pet can pass. If such a structure is adopted, even when the door panel 1 is closed, the pet can pass through via the pet passage opening 29. The pet passage opening 29 is provided on the lower end side of the panel main body 10 in a manner that allows a pet to pass through.
[0027] In the present embodiment, as Figure 4 shown in Figure (a), the pet passage opening 29 is provided at the lower end corner of the front end side of the panel main body 10 so as to open at the front end side and the lower side of the door. If such a structure is adopted, compared with a structure having a remaining part below the opening through which the pet passes, the pet does not need to step over, and the burden on the pet's body can be reduced. In addition, when the door panel 1 is used as a sliding door panel, even if the door panel 1 is moved to the open side during the pet's passage, since the pet passage opening 29 opens at the front end side of the door, the contact between the pet and the door panel 1 can also be reduced.
[0028] As Figure 3As shown in (a) to (c), the door panel 1 is provided with an emergency door 30 which is pivotally suspended and held on the panel main body 10 side with the upper end side as a fulcrum, and opens and closes the pet passage 29. With such a structure, even when the door panel 1 is in a closed state, the pet can push open the emergency door 30 and pass through, and the pet passage 29 can be closed by the emergency door 30.
[0029] On one of the end faces on the door rear end side of the emergency door 30 and the side face of the pet passage 29 facing the end face on the door rear end side of the emergency door 30 in the closed position, an attracting portion 34 is provided, and the attracting portion 34 attracts the attracted portion 23 provided on the other side by magnetic force. With such a structure, even in a structure without the above-mentioned remaining portion, the emergency door 30 can be maintained in the closed position by the attracting portion 34 attracting the attracted portion 23. That is, if the above-mentioned structure with a remaining portion is adopted, although it is also possible to consider providing an attracting portion and an attracted portion at the remaining portion and the lower end portion of the emergency door, even in a structure without a remaining portion, the attracting portion 34 and the attracted portion 23 can be provided. Thus, after the pet opens the emergency door 30 and passes through, the emergency door 30 that has displaced in a swinging manner can quickly stop at the closed position. An example of the specific structure of the pet passage 29 and the emergency door 30 will be described later.
[0030] As Figure 1 shown, in the present embodiment, the door panel 1 is slidably suspended and held on the upper rail 41 in the door width direction. That is, the door panel 1 constitutes a sliding door panel constructed in a suspended rail type.
[0031] At the lower end portion of the panel main body 10, a guide groove 14 for receiving the guide portions 7a, 8a provided on the floor side is provided so as to extend in the door width direction on the door rear end side with respect to the pet passage 29. With such a structure, not only can the pet pass through as described above, but also the lower end side of the door panel 1 suspended and held by the upper rail 41 can be inhibited from swinging in the door thickness direction by the guide portions 7a, 8a inserted in the guide groove 14.
[0032] In the guide groove 14, there is an attracting portion 14a that attracts the guide portions 7a and 8a that are buried in a buried state and can appear and disappear freely on the floor side by magnetic force. If such a structure is adopted, compared with the structure provided with a guide groove for a fixed pin, the effective opening width can be effectively increased, and the gap between the lower end of the side door 30 at the closed position and the floor side can be reduced. That is, when the size of the pull-out remaining portion of the door panel 1 (the size of the portion protruding toward the entrance 9 at the fully open position) is reduced and the side door 30 is located above the fixed pin, it is necessary to increase the gap between the lower end of the side door 30 and the floor side so that the side door 30 does not interfere with the fixed pin. According to the above structure, even when the size of the pull-out remaining portion of the door panel 1 is reduced and the side door 30 is located above the guide portion 7a, as long as the guide portion 7a passes through the part of the guide groove 14, the guide portion 7a will sink into the floor side, so the gap between the lower end of the side door 30 and the floor side can also be reduced. In addition, compared with the structure provided with a guide groove for a fixed pin, it is not necessary to increase the groove depth to absorb unevenness on the floor side, and the groove depth of the guide groove 14 can be effectively reduced.
[0033] The sliding door device A according to the present embodiment includes a door panel 1 and an upper rail 41 that guides the upper end side of the door panel 1. As Figure 2 shown in (a) and (c) in the figure, the sliding door device A includes: a first guide member 7 having a guide portion 7a inserted into the guide groove 14 of the door panel 1 at the closed position; and a second guide member 8 having a guide portion 8a inserted into the guide groove 14 of the door panel 1 at the open position. If such a structure is adopted, the effective opening width can be effectively increased, and the swing of the door panel 1 in the door thickness direction at the closed position and the open position can be suppressed by the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8. That is, since a pet passage 29 is provided at the lower end corner portion on the door front end side of the door panel 1, it is difficult to provide the guide groove 14 across the entire door width direction of the door panel 1 itself. For example, although it is also possible to consider a structure in which a single guide member guides the lower end side of the door panel 1 that moves between the closed position and the open position, in this case, it is necessary to increase the size of the pull-out remaining portion of the door panel 1. According to the above structure, the swing of the door panel 1 in the door thickness direction at the closed position and the open position can be suppressed by the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8. In addition, the pull-out remaining portion can be eliminated, and the effective opening width can be effectively increased.
[0034] The setting structure of the sliding door device A is provided with a wall body (first wall body) 3 on at least one side of the door thickness direction of the door panel 1 in the open position. If such a structure is made, the door panel 1 can be set in a side wall embedded (Japanese: 袖壁納め) or door pocket storage (Japanese: 戸袋納め) manner. In this setting structure, the second guide component 8 is set to be located closer to the rear end side of the door than the center of the wall width direction of the first wall body 3. If such a structure is made, the second guide component 8 can be used to guide the lower end side of the door panel 1 at the end of the movement from the closed position to the open position and the door panel 1 at the beginning of the movement from the open position to the closed position. In this setting structure, Figure 2 As shown in (b), the first guide member 7 is arranged so that, when the guide portion 8a of the second guide member 8 is located at the end of the guide groove 14 on the door rear end side, the guide portion 7a of the first guide member 7 is located at the end of the guide groove 14 on the door panel 1 on the door front end side. With such a structure, when the door panel 1 moves between the open position and the closed position, the guide portions 7a and 8a of both the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8 are inserted into the guide groove 14, so that the door panel 1 can be opened and closed smoothly. In addition, since the second guide member 8 is arranged to be located closer to the door rear end side than the center of the first wall body 3 in the wall width direction, the first guide member 7 is located on the first wall body 3 side in the opening width direction of the entrance 9, and the first guide member 7 is not likely to become an obstacle.
[0035] In this setting structure, walls (first wall 3 and second wall 4) are provided on both sides of the door thickness direction of the door panel 1 in the open position to partition the door pocket (Japanese: 戸袋) 2. If such a structure is made, the door panel 1 can be set in a door pocket storage mode. In this setting structure, the second wall 4, which is one of the wall bodies 3 and 4, is provided with a door pocket inspection port 5 that allows inspection of the second guide member 8 and a cover body 6 that opens and closes the door pocket inspection port 5. If such a structure is made, even if the door pocket is made in a storage type, the second guide member 8 set in the door pocket 2 can be inspected by opening the cover body 6.
[0036] Specifically, if Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the installation structure is made into a structure in which one door panel 1 is installed in a door pocket storage manner in the shape of a single sliding door.
[0037] The door panel 1 is constructed and installed on a door frame including an upper frame 40 provided with an upper rail 41. The door frame may also be provided with a sliding door device A. The door frame includes: an upper frame 40; a door front end side longitudinal frame 42, whose upper end is joined to the door front end side end of the upper frame 40; a door rear end side longitudinal frame 44, whose upper end is joined to the door rear end side end of the upper frame 40; and a pair of intermediate longitudinal frames (center pillars) 45, 45, which define the door pocket. The entrance 9 opened and closed by the door panel 1 is defined by the upper frame 40 (upper rail 41) on the upper side, the door front end side is defined by the door front end side longitudinal frame 42, and the door rear end side is defined by a pair of intermediate longitudinal frames 45, 45. The lower side of the entrance 9 may also be defined by the floor, or may be defined by the lower frame as appropriate.
[0038] The upper frame 40 may also be fixed to an appropriate upper frame base constituting the top surface of the opening of a building such as a residence. In the illustration, an example is shown in which a vertical wall constituting a partition wall is provided on the upper side of the upper frame 40, but an embodiment in which the upper frame 40 is provided in an attached or embedded manner on the ceiling may be substituted for such an embodiment.
[0039] The upper rail 41 is fixed to the lower surface of the upper frame 40. The upper rail 41 may be fixed so that at least the upper portion thereof is received in a receiving groove formed on the lower surface of the upper frame 40. In the upper rail 41, a guide groove for guiding the runners 12, 12 constituting the guided member provided on the upper end side of the door panel 1 is provided so as to extend in the long side direction.
[0040] The door front end side vertical frame 42 and the door rear end side vertical frame 44 may be fixed to appropriate vertical frame bases which constitute the opposing inner side surfaces of the opening.
[0041] A receiving groove (door insertion groove) 43 for receiving the door front end side end portion of the door panel 1 is provided on the door front end side longitudinal frame 42 in a manner extending in the up-down direction (along the door height direction). The receiving groove 43 is provided in a manner opening toward the center side in the opening width direction of the entrance 9. The groove width dimension of the receiving groove 43 along the door thickness direction only needs to be set to an appropriate dimension corresponding to the door thickness dimension of the door front end side end so as to be able to receive the door front end side end portion of the door panel 1. In the example shown in the figure, the receiving groove 43 is formed in a tapered shape with the groove side walls on both sides in the groove width direction expanding toward the opening side (see also). Figure 5 (a)).
[0042] The door rear end side end of the door panel 1 in the fully opened state abuts or approaches the door rear end side longitudinal frame 44. A buffer body for the door rear end side end of the door panel 1 to abut or elastically contact may also be provided on the estimated contact surface (Japanese: 見込面) of the door rear end side longitudinal frame 44 on the central side of the opening width direction toward the entrance 9.
[0043] Alternatively, the upper ends of a pair of intermediate vertical frames 45, 45 may be fixed to an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 40, and their lower ends may be fixed to the floor.
[0044] The door pocket 2 is provided so as to open toward the entrance / exit 9 on one side in the door width direction, and constitutes a storage space for the door panel 1. The dimension of the door pocket 2 in the door width direction (storage direction) is set to a dimension corresponding to the door width dimension of the door panel 1 so that the door panel 1 can be stored. In the present embodiment, the dimension of the door pocket 2 in the door width direction is set to a dimension capable of storing the entire door panel 1. That is, the door panel 1 is arranged such that no pull-out remaining portion protruding toward the entrance / exit 9 is formed at the open position (fully open position). In the illustrated example, an example of a structure is shown in which the front end side end surface of the door panel 1 at the fully open position and the estimated contact surfaces of the intermediate vertical frames 45, 45 facing the center side in the opening width direction of the entrance / exit 9 are substantially flush.
[0045] The upper side of the door pocket 2 is delimited by the upper frame 40 (upper rail 41), the two sides in the door thickness direction are delimited by the first wall body 3 and the second wall body 4, and the inner side surface in the storage direction is delimited by the rear end side vertical frame 44 of the door. The lower side of the door pocket 2 may also be delimited by the floor.
[0046] The above-mentioned intermediate vertical frames 45, 45 are arranged along the respective ends on the entrance / exit 9 side of the first wall body 3 and the second wall body 4.
[0047] These first wall body 3 and second wall body 4 may be formed by arranging the wall base floor plates constituting the partition wall in a continuous string, may have a pair of wall portions in the form of side walls (in Japanese: sleeve wall shape) provided separately from the partition wall, or may be integrally formed in such a way as to form the door pocket 2. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the first wall body 3 and the second wall body 4 on both sides in the door thickness direction are respectively constituted by two wall base floor plates provided with appropriate spacers therebetween.
[0048] As Figure 2 shown in (a) of the figure, the door pocket inspection opening 5 is provided so as to penetrate the second wall body 4 in the wall thickness direction. As Figure 1 shown, the door pocket inspection opening 5 is provided at the lower end side portion of the second wall body 4. The height position, the dimension in the door width direction, and the dimension in the vertical direction of the door pocket inspection opening 5 may also be set to appropriate positions and dimensions in view of the maintainability of the second guide member 8 and whether a core head is provided or not.
[0049] The inner peripheral surface of the opening of the door pocket inspection opening 5 may also be constituted by a frame-like member that holds the cover body 6 in an openable and closable manner.
[0050] The cover body 6 can also be detachable relative to the door pocket inspection opening 5, or one end thereof can be rotatably connected to the door pocket inspection opening 5. It is also possible that the sliding door device A includes a frame-shaped member and a cover body 6 that constitute the door pocket inspection opening 5.
[0051] In this example, the first guiding member 7 is disposed outside the door pocket 2. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which it is disposed near the door pocket opening. In this example, the first guiding member 7 is configured to be buried in the floor side and the guiding portion 7a is provided so as to be able to protrude and retract freely. If such a structure is adopted, it is not likely to become an obstacle even when the first guiding member 7 is disposed outside the door pocket 2.
[0052] The second guiding member 8 is disposed on the inner side (the side of the rear vertical frame 44 of the door) compared to the center in the door width direction of the door pocket 2. In this example, similar to the first guiding member 7, the second guiding member 8 is configured to be buried in the floor side and the guiding portion 8a is provided so as to be able to protrude and retract freely.
[0053] It is also possible that the first guiding member 7 and the second guiding member 8 are configured to hold the guiding portions 7a and 8a so as to be able to move up and down in the vertical direction relative to the housing buried in the floor side. It is also possible that each of the guiding portions 7a and 8a is made into a two-stage telescopic structure. In addition, a structure can also be adopted in which a attracted portion is provided on each of the guiding portions 7a and 8a, and the attracted portion is attracted by the attracting portion 14a provided on the guiding groove 14 side (refer to Figure 3 Figure (c)). That is, the first guiding member 7 and the second guiding member 8 can also be so-called magnetic guiding portions. In this case, magnets, ferromagnetic bodies, etc. constituting the attracted portion can also be buried in the upper end portions of the guiding portions 7a and 8a.
[0054] As Figure 1 shown, the door panel 1 is made into a substantially rectangular flat plate shape that is long in the vertical direction. It is also possible that the height dimension (length dimension) of the door panel 1 is set to a dimension corresponding to the opening height of the entrance 9 opened and closed by the door panel 1. For example, the height dimension of the door panel 1 can also be about 1800 mm to 2100 mm. When the opening height of the entrance 9 is substantially the same as the ceiling height from the floor to the ceiling, for example, the height dimension of the door panel 1 can also be about 2400 mm to 3000 mm. In addition, the width dimension of the door panel 1 can also be a dimension corresponding to the opening width of the entrance 9, for example, it can also be about 600 mm to 1200 mm. In addition, the thickness dimension of the door panel 1 can also be about 20 mm to 40 mm, for example.
[0055] On both sides in the door thickness direction at the front end side of the door of the door panel 1, door handles 11 are provided.
[0056] On both end portions in the door width direction at the upper end portion of the door panel 1, slide rails 12, 12 that are suspended and held by the upper rail 41 are provided. It is also possible to configure a rotating body such as a roller that rotates on a guiding piece provided on the upper rail 41 as these slide rails 12, 12.
[0057] In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a relatively small light-transmitting portion 13 is provided at the upper end portion on the door front end side of the door panel 1. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the light-transmitting portion 13 is substantially circular when viewed in the door thickness direction, but it may also be made square or other shapes, and may also be provided at other positions.
[0058] The panel main body 10 constituting the door panel 1 may also be, for example, a so-called smooth panel in which a surface member is pasted on a panel core material having a peripheral frame. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a mirror plate-shaped portion having a thickness smaller than that of its periphery is provided at the central portion of the panel main body 10, but it is also possible to make it flat over substantially the entire surface in the door thickness direction on both sides, or it may be made into various other structures.
[0059] The guiding groove 14 provided at the lower end portion of the panel main body 10 is provided so as to open downward and extend in the door width direction. The door front end side of the guiding groove 14 is provided so as to open in the inner side surface 15b of the opening facing the door front end side of the opening 15 constituting the pet passage 29 in the panel main body 10, and the door rear end side of the guiding groove 14 is provided so as to open at the door rear end side end surface of the panel main body 10. That is, the guiding groove 14 is provided over the entire door width direction of the lower end portion of the panel main body 10 on the door rear end side of the pet passage 29. Instead of such an embodiment, the guiding groove 14 may also be provided over substantially the entire door width direction of the lower end portion of the panel main body 10 on the door rear end side of the pet passage 29. When the guiding portions 7a, 8a are made into magnetic guiding portions as described above, the groove depth of the guiding groove 14 may also be set to about 5 mm to 10 mm. The groove widths at both end portions in the door width direction of the guiding groove 14 are set to be larger than the groove width at the central portion in the door width direction so as to easily receive the guiding portions 7a, 8a. As Figure 2 As shown in (a) therein, the first guiding member 7 is provided such that when the door panel 1 is in the closed position, the first guiding member 7 is in a position adjacent to the portion with a larger groove width at the door rear end side end of the guiding groove 14 on the central side in the door width direction. If such a structure is made, not only can it be configured to easily receive the guiding portion 8a, but also the shaking of the door rear end side portion on the lower end side of the door panel 1 in the closed position in the door thickness direction can be suppressed.
[0060] Alternatively, the guiding groove 14 may be demarcated by a groove member embedded in an embedding groove provided at the lower end of the panel body 10. As such a groove member, the following structure may also be adopted: at both end portions in the door width direction, magnets serving as attracting portions 14a for attracting the attracted portions of the guiding portions 7a and 8a (refer to Figure 3 (c) in the figure) are embedded, and at the central side portion in the door width direction, a ferromagnetic body such as a steel plate serving as an attracting portion 14a for attracting the attracted portions of the guiding portions 7a and 8a is embedded.
[0061] As shown in Figure 3 (a) in the figure and Figure 4 (a) in the figure, an upper side cover portion 21 for demarcating the upper side of the pet passage opening 29 and a door rear end side cover portion 22 for demarcating the door rear end side of the pet passage opening 29 are installed on the panel body 10. If such a structure is adopted, the upper side cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22 can be used to cover the inner top surface 15a and the inner side surface 15b of the opening 15, and the opening 15 constitutes the pet passage opening 29 provided at the lower end corner portion on the door front end side of the panel body 10 (also refer to Figure 5 (c) in the figure).
[0062] As shown in Figure 3 (a) and (c) in the figure, at the lower end portion of the door rear end side cover portion 22, a recess 22c is provided which opens downward to communicate the guiding groove 14 with the pet passage opening 29. If such a structure is adopted, not only can the inner top surface 15a and the inner side surface 15b of the opening 15 be covered as described above, but also the interference between the guiding portions 7a and 8a provided on the floor side and the door rear end side cover portion 22 can be suppressed. In addition, even when the guiding portions 7a and 8a which are set to be able to move in and out freely as described above are in the process of being submerged, their snagging on the door rear end side cover portion 22 can be suppressed.
[0063] As shown in Figure 5 (c) in the figure, an attracting portion 34 or an attracted portion 23 for maintaining the side door 30 in the closed position is provided on the back side of the door rear end side cover portion 22. If such a structure is adopted, the attracting portion 34 or the attracted portion 23 provided on the side surface side of the pet passage opening 29 can be made less conspicuous by the door rear end side cover portion 22.
[0064] As shown in Figure 3As shown in (a) to (c) thereof, the suction part 34 or the part to be suctioned 23 provided on the end face on the door rear end side of the side door 30 is arranged at the central part in the vertical direction of the side door 30. If such a structure is adopted, compared with the structure in which the suction part 34 or the part to be suctioned 23 is provided at the lower end part of the end face on the door rear end side of the side door 30, it becomes a part with a higher center of gravity and a smaller amplitude. Therefore, the side door 30 that is displaced in a swinging manner can stop at the closed position more quickly. In addition, it is also possible to suppress the interference between the suction part 34 or the part to be suctioned 23 and the guiding parts 7a, 8a of the first guiding member 7 and the second guiding member 8 that are made into magnetic guiding parts.
[0065] As Figure 5 As shown in (a) thereof, a shaft part 37 is provided on one of the upper end part of the end face on the door rear end side of the side door 30 and the upper end part of the side face of the pet passage port 29, and a bearing part (door rear end side bearing part) 24 for receiving the shaft part 37 is provided on the other. At these shaft part 37 or door rear end side bearing part 24, a spacer part 36a for ensuring the gap between the end face on the door rear end side of the side door 30 and the side face of the pet passage port 29 is provided. If such a structure is adopted, even if the structure in which the suction part 34 and the part to be suctioned 23 are provided on the end face on the door rear end side of the side door 30 and the side face of the pet passage port 29 is adopted as described above, it is possible to suppress the situation that the end part on the door rear end side of the side door 30 comes into excessive contact with the side part of the pet passage port 29.
[0066] As Figure 5 As shown in (b) thereof, the side door 30 is made into a plate shape having flexibility at least in the upper end side part. By flexing the upper end side part of the side door 30, the shaft parts 37, 37 provided on the other can be disengaged from the bearing parts 24, 26 provided on one of the both ends in the door width direction of the side door 30 and the panel main body 10 side. If such a structure is adopted, the upper end side of the plate-shaped side door 30 rotates around the shaft parts 37, 37 to open and close. Thereby, compared with the structure in which the side door 30 is made into a cloth curtain or the like, it is not easily opened due to wind, the air pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, etc. In addition, it is difficult to be closed in the bent state, and the pet passage port 29 can be stably closed by its own weight. In addition, by flexing the upper end side part of the side door 30 in the door thickness direction, the side door 30 can be easily detached from the panel main body 10 side, and similarly by flexing it, the side door 30 can be easily mounted on the panel main body 10 side. Thereby, it is possible to set the state in which the side door 30 is detached before the pet gets used to opening the side door 30, or it is easy to perform maintenance by detaching the side door 30.
[0067] The shaft portions 37, 37 are provided at both ends in the door width direction of the side door 30, and the bearing portions 24, 26 are provided on the side of the panel main body 10. For example, if the shaft portions 37 are provided on the side of the panel main body 10, in the state where the side door 30 is removed, the shaft portions 37 may protrude into the pet passage opening 29, which may interfere with the pet. However, if the above structure is adopted, there is no such concern.
[0068] Specifically, the bearing portions 24, 26 are provided on the side door holding frame 20 including the above-mentioned upper side cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22. Among the bearing portions 24, 26, the door rear end side bearing portion 24 is provided on the door rear end side cover portion 22, and the door front end side bearing portion 26 is provided on the door front end cover portion 25 that covers the door front end side end face of the upper side cover portion 21. These door rear end side bearing portion 24 and door front end side bearing portion 26 are opened in a manner facing each other and along the door width direction. These door rear end side bearing portion 24 and door front end side bearing portion 26 are arranged in a position where they coincide (overlap) with each other when observed in the door width direction. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which these door rear end side bearing portion 24 and door front end side bearing portion 26 are provided at the center in the door thickness direction of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction, but they may also be provided at a position offset to one side in the door thickness direction.
[0069] As Figure 5 As shown in Fig. (c), the opening 15 of the panel main body 10 on which the side door holding frame 20 is installed is demarcated by the opening inner top surface 15a facing the lower side and the opening inner side surface 15b facing the door front end side, and is formed by cutting the lower end corner portion on the door front end side of the panel main body 10. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the inner corner portion where the opening inner top surface 15a and the opening inner side surface 15b intersect is formed into a concave curved surface shape. This opening 15 can also be formed by cutting or the like. In the case where the panel main body 10 is a smooth panel, appropriate lattice members may be provided at positions corresponding to the opening inner top surface 15a and the opening inner side surface 15b.
[0070] When observed in the door thickness direction, the side door holding frame 20 is substantially L-shaped along the opening inner top surface 15a and the opening inner side surface 15b of the opening 15.
[0071] As Figure 4 shown in Fig. (a) and Figure 5 shown in Fig. (a), the upper side cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22 are arranged to cover not only the opening inner top surface 15a and the opening inner side surface 15b of the opening 15, but also both sides in the door thickness direction near the opening inner top surface 15a and the opening inner side surface 15b of the panel main body 10.
[0072] In this example, these upper side cover portions 21 and door rear end side cover portions 22 include: first cover portions 21a, 22a that cover one surface of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction; and second cover portions 21b, 22b that cover the other surface of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction (also refer to Figure 5 (c) in the figure). In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the first cover portion 21a of the upper side cover portion 21 and the first cover portion 22a of the door rear end side cover portion 22 are formed as a continuous string, and the second cover portion 21b of the upper side cover portion 21 and the second cover portion 22b of the door rear end side cover portion 22 are formed as a continuous string, but they may also be formed separately.
[0073] As Figure 5 shown in (c) in the figure, the first cover portion 21a of the upper side cover portion 21 includes an upper side plate-shaped portion provided so as to cover the inner top surface 15a of the opening, and a front side plate-shaped portion provided so as to extend upward from one edge portion of the upper side plate-shaped portion in the door thickness direction, and the front side plate-shaped portion covers one surface of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction.
[0074] The second cover portion 21b of the upper side cover portion 21 includes an upper side plate-shaped portion provided so as to cover the upper side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 21a, and a front side plate-shaped portion provided so as to extend upward from the other edge portion of the upper side plate-shaped portion in the door thickness direction, and the front side plate-shaped portion covers the other surface of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction.
[0075] That is, it is configured such that the upper side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 21a and the upper side plate-shaped portion of the second cover portion 21b overlap vertically to cover the inner top surface 15a of the opening. In addition, it is configured such that the front side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 21a and the front side plate-shaped portion of the second cover portion 21b sandwich the panel main body 10 from both sides in the door thickness direction to cover both surfaces in the door thickness direction near the inner top surface 15a of the opening.
[0076] The first cover portion 22a of the door rear end side cover portion 22 includes a door rear end side plate-shaped portion provided so as to cover the inner side surface 15b of the opening, and a front side plate-shaped portion provided so as to extend toward the door rear end from one edge portion of the door rear end side plate-shaped portion in the door thickness direction, and the front side plate-shaped portion covers one surface of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction.
[0077] The second cover portion 22b of the door rear end side cover portion 22 includes a door rear end side plate-shaped portion provided so as to cover the door rear end side plate-shaped portion of the first cover portion 22a, and a front side plate-shaped portion provided so as to extend toward the door rear end from the other edge portion of the door rear end side plate-shaped portion in the door thickness direction, and the front side plate-shaped portion covers the other surface of the panel main body 10 in the door thickness direction.
[0078] That is, the door rear end side plate-like portion of the first cover portion 22a and the door rear end side plate-like portion of the second cover portion 22b overlap in the door width direction to cover the inner side surface 15b of the opening. In addition, the front surface plate-like portion of the first cover portion 22a and the front surface plate-like portion of the second cover portion 22b sandwich the panel main body 10 from both sides in the door thickness direction to cover both surfaces in the door thickness direction near the inner side surface 15b of the opening.
[0079] At the lower end portions of the door rear end side plate-like portions of the first cover portion 22a and the second cover portion 22b of the door rear end side cover portion 22, the above-mentioned recess 22c is provided so as to open downward and penetrate in the door width direction. The dimension along the door thickness direction and the dimension along the up-and-down direction of the recess 22c may also be dimensions corresponding to the groove width and the groove depth of the guide groove 14.
[0080] It is also possible that the upper side cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22 can be applied to panel main bodies with different door thickness dimensions by adjusting the overlapping dimensions of the upper side plate-like portions and the door rear end side plate-like portions of the first cover portions 21a, 22a and the second cover portions 21b, 22b.
[0081] It is also possible that these upper side cover portion 21 and door rear end side cover portion 22 are installed on the panel main body 10 by using appropriate fixing tools such as adhesives, adhesives, threaded members, etc. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which spacer portions 25c, 27 are provided between the upper side plate-like portion of the first cover portion 21a of the upper side cover portion 21 and the inner top surface 15a of the opening. The spacer portions 25c, 27 are provided so as not to interfere with the upper side cover portion 21 at the inner corner portion of the inner top surface 15a and the inner side surface 15b formed in the concave curved surface shape as described above. In other words, they are provided so that the door rear end side cover portion 22 can abut against the inner side surface 15b of the opening. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the spacer portion 25c on the door front end side is provided on the door front end cover portion 25 and the spacer portion 27 on the door rear end side is provided on the upper side plate-like portion of the first cover portion 21a.
[0082] On the rear end side cover portion 22 of the door, a attracted portion 23, which is one of the attracting portion 34 and the attracted portion 23, is provided. The attracted portion 23 can be a ferromagnetic material such as a steel plate attracted by a magnet as the attracting portion 34, or can be a magnet. In the illustrated example, the attracted portion 23 is formed into a thin plate shape with its thickness direction being the door width direction. The attracted portion 23 is provided in such a manner as to be along the back surface of the inner side surface 15b of the opening facing the second cover portion 22b of the rear end side cover portion 22 of the door. It is also possible that the attracted portion 23 is fixed to the back surface of the second cover portion 22b by an adhesive, an adhesive member, etc. In the first cover portion 22a of the rear end side cover portion 22 of the door, a notch-shaped recess for receiving the attracted portion 23 is provided. Instead of the embodiment in which the attracted portion 23 is provided on the back surface side of the second cover portion 22b, it is also possible to form a structure in which the attracted portion 23 is provided so as to be exposed on the surface side of the rear end side cover portion 22 of the door facing the door front end side.
[0083] The rear end side bearing portion 24 of the door is provided at the upper end portion of the rear end side cover portion 22 so as to open toward the door front end side. In the illustrated example, the rear end side bearing portion 24 of the door is provided so as to penetrate the second cover portion 22b and the first cover portion 22a of the rear end side cover portion 22 in the door width direction which is their thickness direction. In the case where the overlapping dimension of the rear end side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 22a and the second cover portion 22b can be adjusted as described above, the rear end side bearing portion 24 of the first cover portion 22a can also be elongated in the door thickness direction.
[0084] The door front end cover portion 25 is provided such that the door front end side surface facing the door front end side is substantially flush with the door front end side end surface of the panel main body 10.
[0085] As Figure 3 shown in (b) and Figure 5 shown in (c), the door front end cover portion 25 includes a portion covering the door front end side end surfaces of the upper side plate-shaped portions of the first cover portion 21a and the second cover portion 21b of the upper side cover portion 21, and a portion covering the door front end side end surfaces of the surface side plate-shaped portions on both sides in the door thickness direction. The portion covering the door front end side end surfaces of the surface side plate-shaped portions includes standing piece portions 25b, 25b standing along the two side edges in the door thickness direction of the door front end side end surface of the panel main body 10. It is also possible to provide chamfered portions along the two side edges in the door thickness direction of the door front end side end surface of the panel main body 10 at these standing piece portions 25b, 25b.
[0086] As Figure 5As shown in (a), the dimension of the front door cover portion 25 in the door thickness direction is set to the dimension obtained by adding the thickness dimension of the panel main body 10 and the thickness dimensions of the front and rear side plate-like portions on both sides of the upper side cover portion 21 in the door thickness direction. The groove width at the bottom of the receiving groove 43 of the front door side vertical frame 42 described above is set to a dimension corresponding to the thickness dimension of the panel main body 10 to suppress the swing of the front door side of the door panel 1 in the door thickness direction. Therefore, the front door cover portion 25 is formed such that the dimension in the door thickness direction on the front door side thereof is a dimension corresponding to the groove width at the bottom of the receiving groove 43, and the dimension in the door thickness direction increases as it goes toward the rear door side.
[0087] The front door cover portion 25 is provided with a tab portion 25a that protrudes downward from a portion covering the front end face on the front door side of the upper side cover portion 21, and a front door side bearing portion 26 is provided. The front door side bearing portion 26 is provided so as to open toward the rear door side. The front door side bearing portion 26 is formed as a bottomed hole such that it does not open on the front door side face of the tab portion 25a facing the front door side.
[0088] As Figure 3 shown in (b), at least the two corner portions in the door thickness direction at the lower end portion of the tab portion 25a are chamfered. If such a structure is formed, it is possible to prevent a pet from getting caught on or injured by the corner portion of the tab portion 25a. The two corner portions in the door thickness direction at the lower end portion of the tab portion 25a may be C-chamfered, may be R-chamfered, or may also be such that the entire lower end portion is in a polyhedral shape or a protruding curved surface shape.
[0089] Regarding the dimension of the tab portion 25a in the vertical direction, in addition, from the viewpoint of strength, etc., it may be made into an appropriate dimension so as to be able to hold the shaft portion 37 described later in the front door side bearing portion 26. The dimension of the tab portion 25a in the vertical direction from the lower surface of the upper side cover portion 21 may also be about 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0090] The dimension of the tab portion 25a in the door width direction may also be set to be substantially the same as the groove depth dimension of the receiving groove 43 of the front door side vertical frame 42.
[0091] The spacer portion 25c of the front door cover portion 25 may also be installed on the panel main body 10 by fixing tools such as appropriate adhesives, adhesives, threaded members, etc. Instead of the structure in which the front door cover portion 25 is provided separately from the upper side cover portion 21, a structure in which they are integrally provided may also be made.
[0092] The front door cover portion 25, the upper side cover portion 21, and the rear door side cover portion 22 may be made of a hard synthetic resin such as ABS or may be made of metal.
[0093] As the side door holding frame 20 for holding the side door 30, it is not limited to the above structure, and various other structures can also be adopted.
[0094] As Figure 4 As shown in (a) of [reference], when the door panel 1 is in the closed position, the upper and lower sides of the pet passage opening 29 are demarcated by the upper cover portion 21 and the floor, and the two sides in the door width direction are demarcated by the front side vertical frame 42 of the door and the rear side cover portion 22 of the door. The height dimension along the vertical direction and the width dimension along the door width direction of the pet passage opening 29 can also be set to appropriate dimensions to enable the pet to pass through. The height dimension of the pet passage opening 29 can also be set to a dimension corresponding to small dogs and cats that tend to be kept indoors. For example, it can also be set to about 250 mm to 400 mm. Similarly, the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29 can also be set to a dimension corresponding to small dogs and cats. For example, it can also be set to about 150 mm to 300 mm. The height dimension and the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29 are not limited to the dimensions corresponding to small dogs and cats, and can also be set to dimensions corresponding to medium-sized dogs, etc.
[0095] As Figure 3 As shown in (a) of [reference], the height dimension along the vertical direction and the width dimension along the door width direction of the side door 30 for opening and closing the pet passage opening 29 are set to dimensions corresponding to the height dimension and the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29.
[0096] It is also possible that the height dimension of the side door 30 is set to be smaller than the height dimension of the pet passage opening 29. If such a structure is adopted, since the guiding portion 7a appears and disappears freely as described above, the lower end of the side door 30 tends not to interfere easily. Even in the case where the retraction is not smooth or the opening speed of the door panel 1 is relatively fast, interference can be suppressed. The height dimension of the side door 30 can also be set such that its lower end is located slightly above (for example, about 2 mm to 10 mm) the lower end surface of the panel main body 10. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the side door 30 is made to have a height dimension such that its lower end is approximately at the same height as the bottom of the guiding groove 14 (more specifically, slightly below the bottom). Instead of such an embodiment, the height dimension of the side door 30 can also be set such that its lower end is at the same height as the lower end surface of the panel main body 10, etc.
[0097] It is also possible that the width dimension of the side door 30 is slightly smaller than the width dimension of the pet passage opening 29, so that the two ends of the side door 30 in the door width direction do not interfere with the front side vertical frame 42 of the door and the rear side cover portion 22 of the door.
[0098] The lower side portion 35 of the side door 30 is harder than the upper side portion 31 including the upper end side portion. If such a structure is made, the upper side portion 31 including the upper end side portion can be made into a flexible structure, and since the lower side portion 35, which has a tendency to have more contact with the pet, is hard, damage to the lower side portion 35 can be suppressed, and in addition, a structure that is easy to wipe and clean can be made.
[0099] As Figure 3 shown in (c) and Figure 5 shown in (b), the upper side portion 31 has flexibility to flex moderately when the pet opens the side door 30 to pass through or when disassembling and assembling the side door 30 with respect to the side door holding frame 20. The upper side portion 31 may also have moderate flexibility so that the user can flex it with the force of the hand when disassembling and assembling the side door 30. The upper side portion 31 may also be made of a soft acrylic resin such as a soft acrylic polymer or a soft synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin. The Shore A hardness of the upper side portion 31 measured using a Type A durometer in accordance with JIS K7215 may also be about 70° to 90°, preferably about 70° to 85°.
[0100] The lower side portion 35 only needs to be harder than the upper side portion 31 and may also be made of a hard synthetic resin such as ABS. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which hook-shaped piece portions are provided at the lower end portion of the lower side portion 35 so as to bulge to both sides in the door thickness direction, and the hook-shaped piece portions define a groove opening downward, but it is not limited to such a shape. These upper side portion 31 and lower side portion 35 may also be formed of an opaque resin or may be formed of a transparent or translucent resin.
[0101] The thickness dimensions of these upper side portion 31 and lower side portion 35 may also be about 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, for example.
[0102] In this example, these upper side portion 31 and lower side portion 35 are joined at the joint portion 33 at approximately the central portion in the vertical direction of the side door 30. The upper side portion 31 and the lower side portion 35 may also join by fitting a fitting convex portion provided on one of the lower end portion of the upper side portion 31 and the upper end portion of the lower side portion 35 constituting the joint portion 33 into a fitting concave portion provided on the other, and using an appropriate adhesive or the like. Instead of the embodiment in which the lower side portion 35 is made harder than the upper side portion 31, the lower side portion 35 may be made to have the same degree of hardness as the upper side portion 31. In addition, the lower side portion 35 and the upper side portion 31 may be formed of the same raw material into a continuous string shape.
[0103] As Figure 4 shown in (b), the attracting portion 34 attracted by the attracting portion 23 of the door rear end side cover portion 22 is provided at approximately the central portion in the vertical direction in this example. As Figure 3As shown in Fig. (b), the above-mentioned attracted portion 23 is arranged such that when the door 30 is in the closed position, it coincides with the attracting portion 34 when viewed in the door width direction. The attracting portion 34 is provided on the end face of the door rear end side of the engaging portion 33. The attracting portion 34 can also be arranged to be embedded in a recess provided in the engaging portion 33 and opening toward the door rear end side, or can be arranged to be buried. The attracting portion 34 can be, for example, a magnet such as a neodymium magnet. In the case where the attracted portion 23 is a magnet, the attracting portion 34 can also be a ferromagnetic body such as a steel plate. Instead of the embodiment in which the attracting portion 34 is provided at approximately the center in the vertical direction of the access door 30, a structure can be made in which it is provided at the lower side portion of the upper side portion 31 or the upper side portion of the lower side portion 35, which are the center side portions in the vertical direction of the access door 30. Alternatively, a structure can be made in which the attracting portion 34 is provided at the lower side portion of the lower side portion 35, which is the lower end side portion of the access door 30. In these cases, a structure only needs to be made in which the attracted portion 23 of the door rear end side cover portion 22 is provided at an appropriate position so as to be in a position corresponding to the attracting portion 34.
[0104] Shaft portions 37, 37 are provided on two rigid shaft members 36, 36, and the two rigid shaft members 36, 36 are inserted into respective ones of shaft holding holes 32 opening at both ends in the door width direction of the access door 30 and are held. If such a structure is made, not only can at least the upper end side portion of the access door 30 be made to have a flexible structure, but also compared with the structure in which the shaft portions 37, 37 are integrally formed with the access door 30, the access door 30 can be stably opened and closed by the two rigid shaft members 36, 36. Thereby, the long life of the access door 30 can also be achieved. In addition, since these shaft members 36, 36 are respectively provided on both sides in the door width direction, the disassembly and assembly of the access door 30 are not hindered.
[0105] The shaft holding holes 32 of the access door 30 are provided at the upper end of the upper side portion 31 of the access door 30. As Figure 5 shown in Fig. (a), the shaft holding holes 32 are provided so as to penetrate the entire upper end of the upper side portion 31 in the door width direction.
[0106] The shaft members 36, 36 are elongated in the door width direction. The length of these shaft members 36, 36 can also be 60 mm or more. If such a structure is adopted, even when the side door 30 is accidentally removed and the shaft members 36, 36 fall off from the shaft holding holes 32 of the side door 30, it is possible to prevent pets, infants, etc. from swallowing the shaft members 36, 36. The length of these shaft members 36, 36 can also be formed such that a part protrudes from the swallowing judgment gauge when they are arranged in an inclined state inside the cylindrical portion of the swallowing judgment gauge specified by JIS C8513. The length of these shaft members 36, 36 can also be set to an appropriate length to avoid interfering with the flexure of the upper side portion 31 when disassembling and assembling the side door 30. For example, it can be 80 mm or less, preferably 70 mm or less, and can also be 65 mm ± 2 mm. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the length of these shaft members 36, 36 is set to approximately 1 / 3 of the width dimension of the side door 30.
[0107] The above-mentioned spacer portions 36a are provided on the shaft members 36. In this example, the spacer portions 36a, 36a are provided on the shaft members 36, 36 on both sides. It is also possible that the spacer portion 36a of the shaft member 36 on the door front end side is structured to ensure the gap between the surface of the tab portion 25a of the door front end cover portion 25 facing the door rear end side and the estimated contact surface of the door front end side vertical frame 42 facing the door rear end side and the door front end side end surface of the side door 30.
[0108] These shaft members 36, 36 are made to have the same structure. In order to demarcate the shaft portions 37, 37 inserted into the door rear end side bearing portion 24 and the door front end side bearing portion 26 and the held shaft portions 38, 38 inserted into the shaft holding holes 32, the spacer portions 36a, 36a of these shaft members 36, 36 are provided at their boundary portions. If such a structure is adopted, even when the shaft holding holes 32 are provided across the entire door width direction of the side door 30, it is possible to prevent the shaft portions 37, 37 from entering the shaft holding holes 32.
[0109] The outer diameters of these spacer portions 36a, 36a are set to be larger than the inner diameters of the door rear-end side bearing portion 24, the door front-end side bearing portion 26, and the shaft holding hole 32. The thickness dimension of these spacer portions 36a, 36a along the axial direction may also be about 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. These spacer portions 36a, 36a may also be integrally provided with the shaft members 36, 36, or may be externally fitted as individuals into annular grooves or the like of the shaft members 36, 36. Instead of or in addition to these spacer portions 36a, 36a, an appropriate resin washer or the like with good slidability may be provided. Further, instead of or in addition to the structure of providing the spacer portions 36a, 36a on the shaft member 36, 36 side, a structure in which flange-shaped spacer portions are provided on the door rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the door front-end side bearing portion 26 side may be formed. Furthermore, a structure in which such spacer portions 36a, 36a are not provided may be formed.
[0110] The outer diameters of the shaft portions 37, 37 are set to diameters corresponding to the inner diameters of the door rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the door front-end side bearing portion 26. The outer diameters of the shaft portions 37, 37 may also be approximately the same as the inner diameters of the door rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the door front-end side bearing portion 26, or may be slightly smaller. The dimension of the shaft portions 37, 37 along the axial direction is set to a dimension corresponding to the depth of the door rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the door front-end side bearing portion 26. The dimension of the shaft portions 37, 37 along the axial direction may also be approximately the same as the depth of the door rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the door front-end side bearing portion 26, or may be slightly smaller or slightly larger.
[0111] The dimension of the held shaft portions 38, 38 along the axial direction is set to be larger than the dimension of the shaft portions 37, 37 along the axial direction, and is set to a length that occupies most of the length of the shaft members 36, 36. If such a structure is formed, the shaft members 36, 36 are not easily detached from the shaft holding hole 32.
[0112] The outer diameters of the held shaft portions 38, 38 are set to diameters corresponding to the inner diameter of the shaft holding hole 32. The outer diameters of the held shaft portions 38, 38 may also be set to be approximately the same as the inner diameter of the shaft holding hole 32 or slightly larger. If such a structure is formed, the shaft members 36, 36 are not easily detached from the shaft holding hole 32.
[0113] These shaft members 36, 36 may also be formed of an appropriate metallic material such as stainless steel.
[0114] As Figure 5 shown in (b) of the figure, when the side door 30 having the above-described structure is installed on the side door holding frame 20 as the panel main body 10 side, the upper side portion 31 of the side door 30 may be flexed and the respective shaft portions 37, 37 may be respectively inserted into the door rear-end side bearing portion 24 and the door front-end side bearing portion 26 for installation.
[0115] When removing the side door 30 from the side door holding frame 20, the upper side portion 31 of the side door 30 can also be flexed to disengage the shaft portions 37, 37 from the door rear end side bearing portion 24 and the door front end side bearing portion 26, thereby removing it.
[0116] Next, with reference to Figure 6 a modification example of the door panel and a modification example of the door device including the door panel will be described.
[0117] In the following modification examples, mainly the differences from the previously described examples will be described. The same reference numerals are given to the same structures, and their descriptions are omitted or briefly described. In the following modification examples, the descriptions of the same effects as those of the previously described examples are also omitted or briefly described.
[0118] As Figure 6 shown in (a) of [], the structure of the side door holding frame 20A of the door panel 1A in this modification example is mainly different from that of the above example.
[0119] In this modification example, the side door holding frame 20A includes an extension portion 22d extending from the lower end portion of the door rear end side cover portion 22 toward the door front end side. Further, it is configured such that a groove portion 22e communicating with the recess 22c of the door rear end side cover portion 22 and the guide groove 14 is provided in the extension portion 22d. With such a structure, as Figure 6 shown in (b) and (c) of [], in the structure in which only one guide member 7A is provided, not only can the size of the pull - out remaining portion at the fully open position be reduced, but also the swing of the lower end side of the door panel 1A in the door thickness direction can be suppressed. That is, since the guide portion 7Aa of the guide member 7A can be received in the groove portion 22e of the extension portion 22d at the fully open position, the size of the pull - out remaining portion can be reduced. In addition, the guide member 7A can be a fixed pin instead of a magnetic guide portion.
[0120] Also, from the viewpoint of reducing the size of the pull - out remaining portion, the viewpoint of opening the lower side of the pet passage 29 over most of it, etc., the extension dimension of the extension portion 22d in the door width direction can be set to an appropriate dimension. For example, the extension dimension of the extension portion 22d can also be set to less than 1 / 2 of the width dimension of the pet passage 29, and preferably 1 / 3 or less. In the illustrated example, an example in which the extension dimension of the extension portion 22d is set to about 3 / 10 of the width dimension of the pet passage 29 is shown.
[0121] The extension part 22d can also be integrally provided with the door rear end side cover part 22, or can be separately fixed to the door rear end side cover part 22. The extension part 22d can also be formed by extending the groove member forming the guide groove 14 toward the pet passing port 29 side, instead of the structure in which the extension part 22d is provided on the side door holding frame 20A. In this case, appropriate surface decoration treatment can also be performed on the groove member constituting the extension part 22d by pasting, painting, etc. a decorative sheet of the same color as the side door holding frame 20A.
[0122] The height dimension of the side door 30 in the vertical direction is set to be smaller than the dimension in the above example to avoid interference with the extension part 22d. Instead of the above embodiment, it can also be configured to have a notch-shaped recess for receiving the extension part 22d at the corner of the lower end part on the door rear end side of the side door 30.
[0123] In the case where such an extension part 22d is provided, instead of the embodiment of providing the attracting part 34 on the door rear end side end surface of the side door 30, or in addition to this embodiment, it can be configured to have an attracting part provided at the lower end part of the side door 30 and a attracted part provided on the extension part 22d.
[0124] For the sliding door device B, instead of the first guide member 7 and the second guide member 8 constituted by the above magnetic guide part, it can also be provided with a guide member 7A in the shape of a fixed pin. The guide member 7A can also be configured to include a fixing plate fixed to the floor and a pin-shaped guide part 7Aa fixed so as to protrude upward from the fixing plate. In the case where such a pin-shaped guide part 7Aa is formed, the groove depth of the guide groove 14 including the groove part 22e and the recess 22c can be set to be larger than that in the above example, for example, it can be set to about 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0125] In the installation structure of the sliding door device B related to this modification example, it can also be configured such that the guide member 7A is provided so that the guide part 7Aa is always located in the guide groove 14 including the groove part 22e and the recess 22c of the door panel 1A that moves between the closed position and the fully open position. The guide member 7A is provided such that its guide part 7Aa is located at the door rear end side end of the guide groove 14 of the door panel 1A in the closed position and at the door front end side end of the groove part 22e of the extension part 22d of the door panel 1A in the fully open position. In the illustrated example, an example of providing the guide member 7A between a pair of intermediate vertical frames 45, 45 that demarcate the pocket opening is shown. In this case, the door pocket inspection opening 5 or the cover body 6 can also not be provided.
[0126] In each of the above examples, an example of providing the upper cover portion 21 and the door rear end side cover portion 22 is shown, but a structure in which they are not provided may also be adopted. In this case, a structure in which the bearing portions 24 and 26 on both sides are provided at appropriate positions may also be adopted.
[0127] In each of the above examples, an example of providing the attracting portion 34 on the door rear end side end surface of the side door 30 and providing the attracted portion 23 on the side surface of the pet passage opening 29 is shown, but a structure in which they are not provided may also be adopted.
[0128] In each of the above examples, an example of providing the door panels 1 and 1A in a door pocket storage manner is shown, but they may also be provided in a side wall embedding manner, and in addition, they may be provided in various storage forms.
[0129] In each of the above examples, an example of providing the shaft portions 37 and 37 on the shaft members 36 and 36 provided separately from the side door 30 is shown, but a structure in which they are integrally provided on the side door 30 may also be adopted.
[0130] In each of the above examples, an example of providing the shaft portions 37 and 37 on the side door 30 side and providing the bearing portions 24 and 26 on the side door holding frames 20 and 20A (panel main body 10) side is shown, but a structure in which they are provided on the opposite side may also be adopted. That is, a structure in which the bearing portions are provided on the side door 30 side and the shaft portions are provided on the side door holding frames 20 and 20A (panel main body 10) side may also be adopted.
[0131] In each of the above examples, an example of detaching the shaft portions 37 and 37 from the bearing portions 24 and 26 by flexing the upper end side portion of the side door 30 so that the side door 30 can be removed is shown, but it may also be set so that it cannot be removed. In this case, instead of a structure in which at least the upper end side portion of the side door 30 has flexibility, the entire side door 30 may be made of a rigid synthetic resin or the like, and various other structures may also be adopted. Furthermore, a structure in which the side door 30 that can close the pet passage opening 29 is not provided may also be configured.
[0132] As the specific structures of the door panels 1 and 1A and the respective parts and components of the sliding door devices A and B including the door panels 1 and 1A, they are not limited to the above structures, and various other deformations can be made.
