Abstract

The application discloses a stamping butt joint die for an air spring iron base, which comprises a bottom plate, an inner shrink core-pulling structure and an outer shrink clamping structure, the inner shrink core-pulling structure comprises a mounting seat, a core-pulling piece and a slider group, the core-pulling piece is provided with an inclined guide rail, and the top of the slider group is provided with a die groove; the outer shrink clamping structure comprises an upper die ring and a sliding insert, the upper die ring is provided with a conical ring wall, and the sliding insert is provided with a reverse clamping forming part; when stamping, the upper die ring moves downward to make the sliding insert gather, and the slider group moves along the guide rail to complete butt joint manufacturing; and the stamping butt joint die is provided with various auxiliary structures, such as elastic pieces and stripping plates, which are beneficial to stamping and demolding. The application can efficiently and accurately complete the butt joint stamping manufacturing of the air spring iron base, facilitates demolding, and improves the production efficiency and product quality.
