Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of high polymer material modification, in particular to a modified polybenzimidazole alloy and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 15-40 parts of polybenzimidazole, 50-70 parts of low-melting-point polyaryletherketone, 0.1-8 parts of a compatilizer, 0-1.5 parts of an antioxidant, and 0-0.8 parts of a lubricant; the polybenzimidazole, the low-melting-point polyaryletherketone and the compatilizer are melt-blended, extruded and granulated respectively, then the remaining materials are mixed, melt-blended, extruded and granulated again to obtain the modified alloy; the low-melting-point polyaryletherketone with good processing fluidity is mixed in the polybenzimidazole to solve the problem that the polybenzimidazole is difficult to be hot-plastic processed and formed, and the obtained modified alloy has good mechanical properties and thermal stability.
