Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials, and discloses a high-barrier flexible heating carbon crystal protective film and a preparation method thereof. The high-barrier flexible heating carbon crystal protective film comprises a base material, the one side of the base material is coated with an adhesion layer, the surface of the adhesion layer is coated with a composite EVA hot melt adhesive layer, the base material is formed into a film through co-extrusion and composite cooling of a modified PA layer and a PE layer, and the modified PA layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: PA6 resin 70-90 parts, micro powder 10-20 parts, MAH-g-PE 3-5 parts, modified heat stabilizer 4-6 parts, wear-resistant additive 5-10 parts, antioxidant 1010 0.3-0.5 parts, silane coupling agent KH-550 1-2 parts, and nano calcium carbonate 2-4 parts. The high-barrier flexible heating carbon crystal protective film adopts the composite film base material of the modified PA layer and the PE layer, has excellent mechanical properties, is not easy to break the film under the condition of curling and bending, and has good heat stability, wear resistance and barrier property.
