A precision reshaping method of a special-shaped matching surface rotary assembly

Abstract

The application discloses a precision modification method for a special-shaped matching surface rotating assembly, reconstructs a stator assembly structure of a stator matching surface based on a scanning point cloud of the stator matching surface, calculates first cylindrical coordinates of the scanning point cloud of the stator matching surface under a stator reference coordinate system, extracts a measured outer contour of a stator rotating body by using the first cylindrical coordinates, and forms an ideal outer contour of a rotor rotating body by extrapolating the measured outer contour of the stator rotating body according to an assembly gap; a rotor assembly structure of a rotor matching surface is reconstructed based on a scanning point cloud of the rotor matching surface, the stator assembly structure and the rotor assembly structure are virtually assembled, and second cylindrical coordinates of the scanning point cloud of the rotor matching surface under the stator reference coordinate system are calculated; and the modification amount of the ideal outer contour of the rotor rotating body after the virtual assembly and the rotor matching surface at corresponding points is calculated; and the application can solve the problem of an assembly gap out-of-tolerance of the special-shaped matching surface rotating assembly.
