The method captures multi-service system monitoring data streams in real time through a distributed data collection agent, carries out noise filtering and format standardization processing to generate standardized monitoring data sequences, automatically identifies monitoring elements in the service system based on the standardized sequences by using a pattern recognition algorithm, encapsulates each element as a monitoring entity, dynamically generates monitoring strategy rules according to the characteristics and correlation of the monitoring entities, saves the monitoring strategy rules to a monitoring strategy knowledge graph, analyzes the logical relationship of the strategy rules in the knowledge graph, uses a graph calculation engine to build a monitoring strategy dependency graph, carries out structural integrity checking and performance optimization on the dependency graph to ensure the executability of the dependency graph, deploys monitoring executors to target service systems according to the optimized dependency graph to start an automatic monitoring process, and collects monitoring executor return data in real time to generate a monitoring analysis report.
