An emergency intelligent repair device for main wheel failure of an airplane

Abstract

The application discloses an airplane main wheel fault emergency intelligent repair equipment and belongs to the technical field of aviation ground service support equipment. The equipment mainly comprises an intelligent detection system, a bearing and lifting system, a clamping and lifting control system, an overall control system, a control system, a power supply system and a power system. The intelligent detection system integrates a depth camera and a lightweight YOLOv8 target detection model, can automatically identify a wheel model, a damage state and locate a three-dimensional coordinate; and the clamping and lifting control system realizes synchronous and accurate control of double electric cylinders based on a PID cross-coupling algorithm. Through intelligent sensing, self-adaptive clamping and closed-loop control, the application realizes full-automatic identification, positioning, docking and lifting of unknown model fault wheels, effectively solves the problems of poor universality, dependence on manual operation and low efficiency of existing equipment, and can be used as a temporary wheel for transferring with an airplane after repair, and significantly improves the automation level and safety of emergency repair.
