Abstract

The embodiment of the specification provides a device fault maintenance decision method and device, wherein the device fault maintenance decision method comprises the following steps: determining the corresponding relationship between each field replaceable unit in a to-be-maintained device and a maintenance point, and constructing an association matrix between the to-be-maintained device and the field replaceable unit based on the corresponding relationship and the number of each field replaceable unit; generating a spare part replacement matrix based on the association matrix, and performing initial assignment on the spare part replacement matrix based on the fault isolation information corresponding to the to-be-maintained device and the number of each field replaceable unit; hiding the to-be-maintained device of the field replaceable unit that has been associated in the spare part replacement matrix, and performing cyclic assignment on the related values of the remaining to-be-maintained device in the spare part replacement matrix based on the fault isolation information and the number of each field replaceable unit; and generating a device fault maintenance strategy based on the association information between the to-be-maintained device and each field replaceable unit contained in the spare part replacement matrix after the assignment is completed.
