Abstract

This invention provides a grouting device and a construction method for cast-in-place piles, belonging to the technical field of grouting devices. The device includes an outer grouting pipe and an inner grouting pipe: the outer and inner grouting pipes are coaxially arranged, with a pre-embedded part at one end of the outer grouting pipe, including a pipe head, a protective pipe, and a breakable component; the inner grouting pipe has multiple sets of second grout outlets at one end near the pre-embedded part, the pipe head is installed on the inner grouting pipe, and the two ends of the protective pipe are respectively sleeved on the inner grouting pipe and the pipe head, covering the second grout outlets for sealing and preventing blockage during pre-embedding; a first grouting cavity is formed between the outer and inner grouting pipes, and a second grouting cavity is formed inside the inner grouting pipe; multiple sets of first grout outlets are opened on the side wall of the outer grouting pipe; a grouting end cap is installed on the outer grouting pipe, with a detachable first plug and a second plug inside the grouting end cap, and a grouting port is opened on the grouting end cap; this improves the stability and reliability of the device during grouting construction and avoids rework due to channel blockage.
