A type of Achromobacterium and its inoculant, and their application in constructed wetlands for treating thallium-containing wastewater.
By applying Achromobacterium QBM-4 and its inoculant to generate bio-manganese oxides in constructed wetlands, the problems of removal efficiency and stability in the treatment of thallium-containing wastewater by constructed wetlands were solved, achieving efficient and economical deep removal of thallium and meeting strict emission standards.

Abstract
This invention provides *Achromobacterium* and its inoculum, and their application in constructed wetland treatment of thallium-containing wastewater. The *Achromobacterium* strain is *Achromobacterium* QBM-4, deposited at the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC), accession number: CCTCC NO: M20211051, deposit date: August 18, 2021. The inoculum is obtained by fermentation of *Achromobacterium*. This invention utilizes this strain to catalyze the in-situ generation of "bio-derived manganese oxide (Bio-MnOx)" within a wetland system, achieving selective fixation of thallium. This results in a removal rate of >99% for low-concentration thallium-containing wastewater with extremely low operating costs, while simultaneously meeting the requirements of economy, high efficiency, and stability. It can be applied to the treatment of thallium-containing wastewater in constructed wetlands.
