2. The dry pet food composition according to claim 1 further comprises protein, fat and carbohydrates.
3. The dry pet food composition of claim 2, wherein the protein is present in an amount of about 5% to about 70% by weight.
4. The dry pet food composition of claim 2, wherein the fat is present in an amount of about 5% to about 50% by weight.
5. The dry pet food composition of claim 2, wherein the carbohydrates are present in an amount of about 5% to about 60% by weight.
6. The dry pet food composition of claim 1, wherein the dry pet food composition is a complete and nutritionally balanced pet food.
7. The dry pet food composition of claim 1, wherein the dry pet food composition is formulated for use in felines.
