Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of mechanical equipment, and particularly discloses a bamboo shoot high-flux air-cooling quick-freezing device and process, which comprises a freezing tunnel chamber, a conveying mechanism and a high-flux circulating fan. Two ends of the freezing tunnel chamber are divided into two freezing cavities. Cold air spraying mechanisms are arranged in the two freezing cavities. Cold air entering mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the freezing tunnel chamber and correspond to the positions of the two freezing cavities. The conveying mechanism is arranged below the freezing tunnel chamber and is used for conveying bamboo shoots. A plurality of folded plates are arranged below the cold air spraying mechanisms in the freezing tunnel chamber. The plurality of folded plates are arranged above the freezing tunnel chamber through suspension rods at the corners of the folded plates.
