Abstract

This invention relates to a paper-plastic processing technology that reduces dust shedding after hot pressing, comprising five process steps S1-S5. This process uses an adhesive diffusion method to form a 2–10 μm continuous transparent protective film, effectively sealing the ends of paper fibers and surface micropores, maintaining a natural texture while achieving a high dust shedding rate. No secondary cleaning is required upon unpacking, preventing dust contamination of precision products such as lenses or chips. Furthermore, the addition of nano-silica or fluorocarbon surfactants to the adhesive gives the surface a high contact angle, achieving hydrophobicity and stain resistance, making it less prone to fingerprints and oil stains. Combined with low surface energy to reduce electrostatic adsorption and inhibit the adhesion of environmental dust, it achieves dual surface functions of dustproofing and stain resistance. In addition, a water-based system and low-temperature curing are used, avoiding the use of solvent-based coatings or high-temperature lamination. The protective film is transparent and colorless, preserving the original texture of the paper-plastic composite and avoiding affecting embossed details and matte texture.
