Abstract

A method for reconstructing the air boundary for dynamic oxygen supply mismatch in fuel cell systems belongs to the field of fuel cell technology. The method includes: S1, constructing a dynamic air supply characterization platform, collecting multi-source dynamic data, and establishing a coupled database; S2, constructing a parameterized characterization system for the dynamic air boundary at the stack cathode inlet, and defining the oxygen supply mismatch characterization quantity between the ideal oxygen supply boundary and the real effective air boundary; S3, proposing a mechanism-constrained dynamic boundary reconstruction model (MCDBR) to achieve online inverse reconstruction of the effective air boundary field at the stack cathode inlet; S4, outputting the reconstructed boundary field and oxygen supply mismatch index to the system modeling, control, and health management modules, and continuously correcting based on the stack's external response to form a closed-loop update mechanism. This invention realizes the transformation from traditional average boundary setting to dynamic high-dimensional air boundary field reconstruction, which can significantly improve the realism, interpretability, and engineering usability of the oxygen supply characterization at the stack cathode inlet under wide operating conditions and strong dynamics.
