Disclosed herein are personal care compositions. According to one aspect, there is provided a personal care composition comprising: (a) a surfactant system comprising at least one anionic surfactant and at least one amphoteric surfactant; and (b) at least one tear film protectant, wherein the personal care composition has a pH ranging from about 4.0 to about 6.0.
