Question and answer matching method and device, equipment, storage medium and program product

Abstract

This application provides a question-and-answer matching method, apparatus, device, storage medium, and program product. The method includes: acquiring multiple search texts corresponding to a question to be answered and attribute information of each search text; concatenating each search text, the attribute information of the search text, and the question to be answered into a concatenated text, resulting in multiple concatenated texts; performing multiple rounds of probability prediction on the multiple concatenated texts and the question to be answered, obtaining multiple output probability distributions for each round of probability prediction; determining a prediction probability result based on the multiple output probability distributions obtained in each round of probability prediction; and determining the answer to the question to be answered based on the prediction probability results of each round of probability prediction. This application can improve the accuracy of the answers to questions to be answered.
