Abstract

This invention discloses a method, system, device, and storage medium for automatically correcting erroneous serial numbers in documents, primarily relating to the field of document processing technology. The method includes: reading the document and splitting it into lines based on line breaks, filtering blank lines; matching the prefix of the serial number at the beginning of each line using a regular expression, which can recognize Arabic numerals, Chinese numerals, letters, circled numerals, multilevel numerals, parentheses, and structured serial numbers, and extracting the prefix; parsing the serial number type, using mapping relationships to convert Chinese numerals and circled numerals into sortable values, and multilevel numerals into numeric tuples; distinguishing between first-level and second-level serial numbers based on indentation, type, and adjacency features, and establishing hierarchical relationships; sorting the first-level and second-level serial numbers separately to generate continuous and uniformly typed correct serial numbers; recombining the correct serial numbers and content in their original order, and outputting the corrected document. The beneficial effects of this invention are: it achieves automatic correction of erroneous serial numbers, ensures standardized document serial numbers, and improves document editing efficiency.
