Medical image structured report generation method, system, device and storage medium

Abstract

This application discloses a method, system, device, and storage medium for generating structured medical image reports, applicable to the fields of medical artificial intelligence and data processing technology. The method includes: acquiring medical image text information and structured measurement data; determining a corresponding structured report template based on the medical image text information; inputting the medical image text information and structured measurement data into a pre-trained language model to obtain fused intermediate data; generating candidate structured reports based on the fused intermediate data and the structured report template; detecting the candidate structured reports, medical image text information, and structured measurement data, and correcting the candidate structured reports according to the detection results until preset conditions are met, at which point a structured report is output. This application can constrain and verify the model output during the generation process, improving the accuracy and consistency of medical image structured report generation, and is applicable to various imaging examination scenarios.
