Abstract
This invention discloses a high-voltage lithium-ion battery electrolyte and its preparation method, belonging to the field of lithium-ion battery technology. First, a doped carbon-encapsulated mesoporous silica core-shell additive is prepared. Then, an ester-containing silanized imidazole ionic liquid is synthesized and subjected to free radical polymerization and ion exchange with ZIF-8 powder, azobisisobutyronitrile, and divinylbenzene to obtain an ionic liquid composite ZIF-8 powder. Finally, the doped carbon-encapsulated mesoporous silica core-shell additive and the ionic liquid composite ZIF-8 powder are added to a dual-salt electrolyte base composed of ethylene carbonate, methyl ethyl carbonate, propyl propionate, lithium hexafluorophosphate, and lithium difluorooxalate borate to obtain a high-voltage lithium-ion battery electrolyte. This significantly improves the long-term cycle stability, high-temperature storage performance, and interface structure stability of lithium-ion batteries.
