A drying control method and system

Abstract

This invention provides a drying control method and system, relating to the field of intelligent control technology. The method includes: acquiring drying equipment operation data and material status information; estimating the moisture content of the material at the outlet of key sections online based on the above data, calculating the compliance index that falls within the target range, and constructing the operating condition state vector of the current drying process; identifying and classifying the operating conditions based on the operating condition state vector, determining the operating mode, and generating a set of candidate control actions; performing fuzzy reasoning and comprehensive cost evaluation on each candidate action, aiming to determine the optimal control quantity while considering quality loss, capacity loss, and control stability; issuing the optimal control quantity to the actuator and tracking the process variable through the underlying feedback control loop; correcting the feedback loop online during the control process based on changes in operating conditions, deviations, and disturbances; and re-collecting data after execution and repeating the above process to form continuous closed-loop control.
