Abstract

This invention relates to a method for synthesizing quinoxalinone-modified γ-cyano ester / amide derivatives based on visible light induction. The method involves placing a quinoxalinone compound of formula (I), a brominated compound of formula (II), and an unactivated hexadione nitrile of formula (III) in an organic solvent system and reacting under visible light irradiation for 1-24 hours to construct the quinoxalinone-modified γ-cyano ester / amide derivative as shown in formula (IV) in a one-pot reaction. This invention uses visible light as an energy source and leverages the intrinsic photosensitivity of quinoxalinone to achieve a highly efficient three-component construction of quinoxalinone-modified γ-cyano ester / amide derivatives. The method is environmentally friendly, exhibits good selectivity, and has high atom economy.
