Crude diesel supply system and strategy, specific gravity ring selection method

Abstract

A crude oil and diesel supply system and strategy, and a specific gravity ring selection method are provided. The system includes a diesel generator set, a diesel supply circuit, a crude oil supply circuit, and a switching device. The diesel generator set includes multiple diesel engines. The diesel supply circuit is closably connected to the multiple diesel engines. The crude oil supply circuit, also closably connected to the multiple diesel engines, supplies processed crude oil to the diesel generator set. It includes an oil separator, an oil pump, a heater, a viscometer, and a water separator, all interconnected. The heater is configured to adjust its temperature based on viscosity data from the viscometer. The oil separator includes multiple replaceable specific gravity rings. The switching device allows each diesel engine to selectively switch between the diesel supply circuit and the crude oil supply circuit. This dual-circuit architecture, with the diesel and crude oil supply circuits running in parallel, enables the diesel generator set to switch between diesel and crude oil on demand and achieve stable combustion.
