A three-phase separation device and method for solidification and oil removal in cascade cyclone wastewater
By combining the structure of the cascade cyclone separator, the problem of insufficient accuracy in the three-phase cyclone separation of the existing technology is solved, and efficient oil-water-solid three-phase separation is achieved, which is suitable for the treatment of oily wastewater in petrochemical and chemical production.

Abstract
This invention relates to a three-phase separation device and method for solidification and oil removal in wastewater using a cascaded cyclone system. The device includes a tangential cyclone unit, a first-stage axial-flow cyclone unit, and a second-stage axial-flow cyclone unit. The device connects the tangential and axial-flow cyclone units into a combined core tube. Oily wastewater undergoes solid-phase separation and preliminary oil-water separation through the first-stage combined core tube. The less oily aqueous phase is further refined through the second-stage axial-flow cyclone unit, ultimately achieving solidification and oil removal. This invention is environmentally friendly, highly efficient, and requires simple operation and maintenance. It can achieve fine removal of solid particles, suspended oil, and dispersed oil from wastewater and is suitable for solidification and oil removal treatment of industrial wastewater.
