Abstract

The application discloses a type A frame pin shaft fixing device, which comprises a welded pin shaft assembly, a check ring A, a check ring B, a slotted positioning welding block, a clamping seat support and a fastening assembly; the welded pin shaft assembly is installed on the clamping seat support and connected with a type A frame bearing, the check ring A is sleeved on the welded pin shaft assembly between the clamping seat support and the type A frame bearing, the check ring B is sleeved on the other end of the welded pin shaft assembly and fixed with the clamping seat support through bolts, and meanwhile, the type A frame bearing and the welded pin shaft assembly are axially limited; the welded pin shaft assembly is welded by a pin shaft and an ear plate, the ear plate is embedded into the slotted positioning welding block matched with the ear plate, and the pressing plate of the fastening assembly is connected with the slotted positioning welding block through fastening bolts and abuts against the ear plate. The type A frame pin shaft fixing device solves the problems of existing technology, such as difficult assembly, easy cracking of the pin shaft assembly and short service life, has the advantages of convenient assembly, reliable structure and uniform stress, and can effectively improve the stability and service life of a wide-body dump truck suspension system.
