A sintering furnace system for manufacturing battery cells

Abstract

The application discloses a sintering furnace system for manufacturing battery pieces, which comprises a sintering furnace body; in addition, it also comprises: a feeding conveying device arranged at the inlet side of the sintering furnace body to feed the battery pieces to be heated into the sintering furnace body through the inlet of the sintering furnace body, wherein the feeding conveying device at least comprises a first feeding conveying device and a second feeding conveying device arranged at different heights; a furnace belt assembly arranged at least partially in the sintering furnace body, the furnace belt assembly is arranged to move along the conveying direction of the battery pieces, and the furnace belt assembly comprises a furnace belt body and a supporting assembly extending from the furnace belt body in the height direction, the supporting assembly is arranged to at least hold the battery pieces at a first height corresponding to the first feeding conveying device and a second height corresponding to the second feeding conveying device; and a discharging conveying device arranged at the outlet side of the sintering furnace body.
