An intelligent detector for experimental animal extrapyramidal system reaction

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of animal behavior experiment instrument, and specifically relates to an experimental animal extrapyramidal system reaction intelligent detection instrument, which comprises a box body, a server, an infrared imaging module and a data processing module; the top of the box body is provided with an opening, and multiple partition plates divide the inside of the box body into multiple parallel channels; the server comprises a video acquisition module, the infrared imaging module and the data processing module; the infrared imaging module is used for detecting the heat field change of local tissues of a mouse to evaluate the blood supply of the tissues and organs; the data processing module is used for receiving the data of the video acquisition module and the infrared thermal imaging module, automatically identifying and counting the duration of rigidity, the number of standing, the moving distance, the moving speed, the residence time in the central area, the residence time in the peripheral area and the movement trajectory through the pre-built video tracking algorithm, and automatically generating an experimental report; the present application solves the problem of insufficient detection accuracy of the existing extrapyramidal system reaction detection instrument when detecting multiple mice.
