In the using process, a plastic film is arranged on the first mounting frame, the plastic film is conveyed to the packaging table through the guide roller set and the conveying wheel to be packaged, and angle adjustment and height adjustment are conducted on the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame through the adjuster and the linear track structure. The momentum of the materials falling into the packaging bag can be obviously reduced, and then possible damage to the packaging bag is avoided.
