Abstract

The utility model provides a cover plate assembly and an air conditioner. The cover plate assembly comprises a first cover plate, a second cover plate and a connecting rod. The first cover plate comprises a first rotating shaft and a first connecting shaft which are arranged in parallel at an interval, and the first cover plate is configured to rotate around the first rotating shaft. The second cover plate comprises a second rotating shaft and a second connecting shaft which are arranged in parallel at an interval; the second cover plate is configured to rotate around the second rotating shaft; the connecting rod first end is hinged to the first connecting shaft, and the connecting rod second end is hinged to the second connecting shaft. The first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are both arranged in an air inlet of the air conditioner and are parallel to each other, so that when the connecting rod moves, the first cover plate and the second cover plate rotate relatively and open or close the air inlet of the air conditioner. The two ends of the connecting rod are hinged to the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft correspondingly, so that only one driving source is needed for relative rotation of the first cover plate and the second cover plate, parts in the air conditioner are reduced, the structure in the air conditioner is simplified, and then the maintenance difficulty of the air conditioner is lowered.
