[0006] The present disclosure provides a drum washing machine, comprising:
[0007] a cabinet, which is formed with an accommodation cavity, and a clothes taking and placing opening is formed on the front side of the cabinet and communicates inside and outside of the accommodation cavity;
[0008] a drum assembly, which is arranged in the accommodation cavity, and the drum assembly comprises an outer drum, and the outer drum has an outer drum opening corresponding to the clothes taking and placing opening;
[0009] a door seal ring, which is arranged in communication between the clothes taking and placing opening and the outer drum opening, wherein the front end of the door seal ring is connected with the clothes taking and placing opening, the rear end of the door seal ring is connected with the outer drum opening, and the part of the door seal ring between the front end and the rear end forms an annular wrinkle section;
[0010] a door seal cleaning assembly for cleaning the door seal ring, comprising:
[0011] a water supply pipeline, wherein the water inlet end of the water supply pipeline is connected with a water source, and the water outlet end of the water supply pipeline extends towards the door seal ring;
[0012] a spray pipe, wherein the first end of the spray pipe is arranged on the door seal ring and connected with the water outlet end of the water supply pipeline, and the second end of the spray pipe is arranged on the inner side of the door seal ring and extends towards the top of the annular wrinkle section;
[0013] The first water outlet of the spray pipe is arranged on the top side of the second end of the spray pipe and faces the top of the annular pleat section.
[0014] In the above technical solution, the door seal cleaning assembly is additionally arranged on the inner side of the door seal ring of the drum washing machine, and the annular pleat section on the inner side of the door seal ring is cleaned by the spray pipe of the door seal cleaning assembly. The first water outlet and the second water outlet of the spray pipe have special positions and outlet orientations. The first water outlet sprays upward to clean the dirt directly above the inner side of the annular pleat section, and the second water outlet is arranged on the left and right sides of the second end of the spray pipe and corresponds to the upper left and upper right of the annular pleat section. After the corresponding positions are sprayed and cleaned, the spray liquid carrying the dirt can flow down along the inner side wall of the annular pleat section under the action of gravity, thereby achieving comprehensive cleaning of the door seal ring from top to bottom. The drum washing machine has a door seal self-cleaning function and can improve the user experience.
[0015] In some embodiments, branch pipes are arranged on the left and right sides of the second end of the spray pipe.
[0016] The first end of the branch pipe is connected to the second end of the spray pipe, the second end of the branch pipe is arranged to extend around the inner periphery of the annular pleat section, and the second water outlet is arranged on the second end of the branch pipe.
[0017] In the above technical solution, the first water outlet and the second water outlet of the spray pipe are kept at a certain interval by further optimizing the spray pipe, which can effectively prevent the liquid sprayed by the spray pipe from being too concentrated on the top inner side of the annular pleat section of the door seal ring, thereby affecting the spray cleaning effect of the spray pipe.
[0018] In some embodiments, third and fourth water outlets are additionally arranged on the branch pipe.
[0019] The outlet of the third water outlet faces the front inner side of the annular pleat section, and the outlet of the fourth water outlet faces the rear inner side of the annular pleat section.
[0020] In the above technical solution, the third and fourth water outlets are additionally arranged on the branch pipe to simultaneously spray and clean the front and rear parts of the inner side of the annular pleat section, thereby further improving the spray cleaning effect of the door seal ring.
[0021] In some embodiments, a fifth water outlet is arranged on the branch pipe.
[0022] The fifth water outlet is arranged along the radial direction of the door seal ring, and faces the inner side of the annular pleat section.
[0023] In the above technical solution, the annular pleat section corresponding to the top side of the branch pipeline can also not be covered by the first water outlet. After adding the fifth water outlet, the branch pipeline has multiple-angle water outlet directions, and the annular pleat section is fully cleaned from the top side and the front and rear sides.
[0024] In some embodiments, the central angle corresponding to the extension length of the branch pipeline is less than 90°.
[0025] In the above technical solution, after optimizing the length of the branch pipeline, the multiple water outlets of the branch pipeline with a certain extension length form a fan-shaped spray surface above the corresponding inner side of the door seal ring. The spray surface fully covers the upper part of the door seal ring, and the cleaning effect is improved.
[0026] In some embodiments, the door seal cleaning assembly further comprises an adapter for connecting the first end of the spray pipe and the water outlet end of the water supply pipeline.
[0027] The adapter is provided with a first fixing part, and the first fixing part and a second fixing part on the inner side of the box cooperate to fix the spray pipe.
[0028] In the above technical solution, the disassembly mode of the door seal cleaning assembly is optimized. The adapter is used to connect the spray pipe and the water supply pipeline at the corresponding position outside the door seal ring. When the door seal cleaning assembly needs to be replaced and maintained, it can be easily disassembled. In addition, this design not only fixes the door seal cleaning assembly and the box relative to each other by using the adapter, but also synchronously disassembles the door seal ring and the spray pipe, improving the flexibility of the maintenance operation of the whole machine components.
[0029] In some embodiments, the installation height of the second fixing part on the inner side of the box is adjustable.
[0030] The relative position of the water outlet of the spray pipe and the inner side wall of the annular pleat section is adjusted by adjusting the position of the second fixing part on the inner side of the box.
[0031] In the above technical solution, after the second fixing part is designed to have an adjustable installation height, the position of the spray pipe can be adjusted according to different water pressures of the washing machine or manual cleaning operations of the user, so that the spray pipe can fully spray the upper part of the inner side of the annular pleat section, and the incomplete cleaning of the door seal ring is avoided.
[0032] In some embodiments, the first fixing part is an adjustable insertion rod, and the second fixing part is configured as an insertion cylinder arranged along the height direction of the box body.
[0033] The relative position between the water outlet of the spray pipe and the inner wall of the annular pleat section is adjusted by adjusting the position of the adjustable insertion rod in the insertion cylinder.
[0034] In the above technical solution, the first fixing part is designed as an adjustable insertion rod and cooperates with the insertion cylinder on the box body, realizing another adjustable mode of the installation height of the spray pipe. The position of the spray pipe can be adjusted to enable it to fully spray the upper part of the inner side of the annular pleat section, avoiding the situation that the door seal ring is not completely cleaned.
[0035] In some embodiments, the water inlet end of the water delivery pipeline is connected to the water distribution plate of the drum washing machine.
[0036] In the above technical solution, the water distribution plate of the drum washing machine is directly used to supply water to the door seal cleaning assembly. When the drum washing machine is supplied with water, the door seal ring can be directly cleaned, avoiding the need to additionally set a water circulation assembly or introduce other water sources, simplifying the internal structure of the drum washing machine and reducing the overall cost of the machine. [0064] As part of the inventive concept of this disclosure, before describing the embodiments of this disclosure, it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the problem that existing drum washing machines affect the user experience due to dirt on the inner surface of the door seal structure, and obtain the technical solution of the embodiments of this disclosure through reasonable analysis.
[0065] In related technologies, there is a certain gap between the drum assembly and the casing of a drum washing machine. To ensure the sealing performance of the drum assembly, a door seal structure is required, which cooperates with the door of the drum washing machine to seal the drum assembly. However, during the use of a drum washing machine, due to the folds in the door seal structure, dirt such as lint, hair, detergent foam, or other clothing residue can accumulate inside the folded areas. After prolonged use, more and more dirt accumulates on the surface of the folded areas, causing the inner surface of the door seal to become increasingly dirty, which seriously affects the user experience.
[0066] To this end, the present disclosure provides a drum washing machine, and improvements are made to the drum washing machine, and a door seal cleaning assembly is additionally arranged on the inner side of the door seal. Based on the multi-angle water outlets arranged on the spray pipe in the door seal cleaning assembly, comprehensive cleaning of the upper part of the door seal is formed. After the spray liquid cleans the upper part of the door seal, the spray liquid can flow down along the inner wall of the annular pleat section of the door seal under the action of gravity, and the lower part of the door seal is cleaned again, so that comprehensive cleaning of the annular pleat section of the door seal is realized. The door seal cleaning assembly only arranges the spray pipe on the upper part of the inner side of the door seal, so that the structure is simple and small, the cost is low, and the replacement is convenient.
[0067] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below in combination with the drawings. The technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present disclosure described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
[0068] As Figures 1-3 shown, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a drum washing machine, which comprises a cabinet 10, a drum assembly 30, a door seal 40, and a door seal cleaning assembly 50. The drum assembly 30 is arranged in the cabinet 10, the door seal 40 is mounted between the drum port of the drum assembly 30 and the cabinet 10, and the inner side of the door seal 40 is sprayed and cleaned by the door seal cleaning assembly 50.
[0069] Specifically, as Figures 1-8 shown, the cabinet 10 is formed with a receiving cavity, and a clothes taking and placing opening 101 is formed on the front side of the cabinet 10 to communicate the inside and outside of the receiving cavity. The drum assembly 30 is arranged in the receiving cavity and is used for treating clothes, and the drum assembly 30 comprises an outer drum having an outer drum port 301 corresponding to the clothes taking and placing opening 101. The door seal 40 is communicatively arranged between the clothes taking and placing opening 101 and the outer drum port 301, and cooperates with the door body 20 to seal the outer drum port 301 of the drum assembly 30. The front and rear sides of the door seal 40 are respectively formed with fixed mounting portions, wherein the front end 40A of the door seal is formed with a first mounting portion and is detachably connected with the clothes taking and placing opening 101, the rear end 40C of the door seal is formed with a second mounting portion and is detachably connected with the outer drum port 301, and the part of the door seal 40 between the front end and the rear end is formed with an annular pleat section 40B. The annular pleat section 40B can provide a movement allowance for the relative movement between the cabinet 10 and the drum assembly 30, and can ensure that the outer drum port 301 of the outer drum does not leak water. The door seal cleaning assembly 50 is arranged at the door seal 40 and is used for cleaning the door seal 40.
[0070] As Figures 6-8As shown, the door seal cleaning assembly 50 comprises a water supply pipe 502 and a spray pipe 501. The water inlet end of the water supply pipe 502 is connected to a water source, and the water outlet end of the water supply pipe 502 extends towards the door seal ring 40. The first end portion 501A of the spray pipe 501 penetrates the door seal ring 40 and is connected to the water outlet end of the water supply pipe 502. The second end portion 501B of the spray pipe 501 is located inside the door seal ring 40 and extends towards the top of the annular pleat section 40B, so that the second end portion 501B of the spray pipe 501 can be close to the inside of the top of the annular pleat section 40B.
[0071] The second end portion 501B of the spray pipe 501 is provided with a first water outlet 5011 on the top side thereof, which is directed towards the top of the annular pleat section 40B. The spray liquid sprayed through the first water outlet 5011 can wash the inside of the top of the annular pleat section 40B. The second end portion 501B of the spray pipe 501 is also provided with second water outlets on the left and right sides thereof. The second water outlets include a left water outlet 5012 directed towards the upper left portion of the annular pleat section 40B and a right water outlet 5013 directed towards the upper right portion of the annular pleat section 40B.
[0072] In this embodiment, the door seal cleaning assembly 50 is added to the door seal ring 40 of the improved drum washing machine. The spray pipe 501 in the door seal cleaning assembly 50 can clean the inside top of the annular pleat section 40B of the door seal ring 40. The first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlets of the spray pipe 501 have special positions and outlet directions. The first water outlet 5011 sprays upwards to clean the dirt above the inside of the annular pleat section 40B. The upper inside of the annular pleat section 40B can be regarded as a "C-shaped structure" with the opening directed downwards. The second water outlets are arranged on the left and right sides of the second end portion 501B of the spray pipe 501, which correspond to the upper left and right portions of the annular pleat section 40B. During the cleaning process of the door seal cleaning assembly 50, the spray liquid carrying dirt can flow down along the inside wall of the annular pleat section 40B under the action of gravity after the first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlets spray the corresponding positions, thereby washing the lower portion of the door seal ring 40. Thus, the door seal ring 40 is completely cleaned from top to bottom. The drum washing machine with the added door seal cleaning assembly 50 has a door seal self-cleaning function, which can greatly improve the user experience.
[0073] Optionally, the first water outlet 5011 is a slit structure arranged on the top side of the second end portion 501B of the spray pipe 501 along the front-rear direction of the door seal ring 40, i.e., a slit structure is formed as shown in FIG. 6B. Figure 7The first water outlet 5011 can form a large spraying surface to cover as much as possible the inner side of the annular pleat section 40B, thereby improving the spraying cleaning efficiency. Similarly, the second water outlet can also adopt the above-mentioned slit structure.
[0074] In some optional embodiments, considering that when the first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlet of the second end of the spraying pipe 501 are close to each other, the water flow sprayed by each water outlet can quickly converge and directly fall downward on the upper part of the door seal ring 40, which can result in that the inner side wall of the annular pleat section 40B cannot be cleaned completely. Therefore, the positions of the first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlet are further optimized.
[0075] Exemplarily, as shown in Figure 13 The second end 501B of the spraying pipe 501 is provided with branch pipes 504 on the left and right sides. The first end of the branch pipe 504 is connected with the second end of the spraying pipe 501, and the second end of the branch pipe 504 extends around the inner periphery of the annular pleat section 40B, and the second water outlet is arranged at the second end of the branch pipe 504. In this embodiment, by optimizing the spraying pipe 501, the first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlet are kept at a certain interval, which can effectively prevent the liquid sprayed by the spraying pipe 501 from being too concentrated on the inner top of the annular pleat section 40B of the door seal ring 40, thereby affecting the spraying cleaning effect of the spraying pipe 501.
[0076] It should be noted that the specific interval distance of the first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlet can be determined according to the water supply pressure of the water source connected to the water supply pipe 502. In addition, if the first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlet adopt the above-mentioned slit structure, the interval distance of the first water outlet 5011 and the second water outlet also needs to be determined according to the length and width of the slit structure.
[0077] In some optional embodiments, in order to further ensure that the water outlets of the spraying pipe 501 cover more of the inner side wall of the upper part of the annular pleat section 40B, water outlets can also be arranged at the corresponding positions of the branch pipes 504.
[0078] Exemplarily, as shown in Figures 9-10As shown, the branch pipeline 504 is also provided with a third water outlet 5014 and a fourth water outlet 5015. The third water outlet 5014 is arranged to face the front side of the corresponding annular pleat section 40B, and the fourth water outlet 5015 is arranged to face the rear side of the corresponding annular pleat section 40B. In this embodiment, the third water outlet 5014 and the fourth water outlet 5015 are additionally arranged on the branch pipeline 504 to spray and clean the front side and the rear side of the inner side of the annular pleat section 40B, respectively, thereby further improving the spraying and cleaning effect on the door seal 40.
[0079] In some optional embodiments, when the door seal 40 is cleaned, if only one upward first water outlet 5011 is arranged, the inner side wall of the annular pleat section 40B of the door seal 40 may not be fully covered during the spraying and cleaning process. Based on this, as shown in the embodiment, the branch pipeline 504 is also provided with a fifth water outlet 5016. Figure 11 As shown, the fifth water outlet 5016 is arranged along the radial direction of the door seal 40 and faces the inner side of the annular pleat section 40B. After the fifth water outlet 5016 is additionally arranged, the branch pipeline 504 has multiple water outlet directions, and the top side and the front and rear sides of the upper part of the annular pleat section 40B are fully cleaned.
[0080] In some optional embodiments, considering that the spraying pipe 501 is arranged on the inner side of the door seal 40, in order to simplify the overall size of the spraying pipe 501 and the branch pipeline 504 as much as possible while ensuring the spraying and cleaning effect on the door seal 40, the extension length of the branch pipeline 504 is optimized.
[0081] For example, the extension length of the branch pipeline 504 corresponds to an angle of less than 90°. After the length of the branch pipeline 504 is optimized, the multiple water outlets of the branch pipeline 504 with the certain extension length form a fan-shaped spraying surface on the corresponding position on the inner side of the door seal 40, which fully covers the upper part of the door seal 40 and improves the cleaning effect.
[0082] Optionally, the extension length of the branch pipeline 504 corresponds to an angle in the range of 15°-45°. The spraying pipe 501 with the size range of the branch pipeline 504 facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the door seal 40. In addition, in order to improve the flexibility of the disassembly and assembly of the door seal cleaning assembly 50, the connection between the branch pipeline 504 and the spraying pipe 501 can be changed from the integrated structure to the detachable connection. Further optionally, the extension length of the branch pipeline 504 corresponds to an angle of 25°. The extension length of the branch pipeline 504 corresponding to the angle can meet the needs of most users to clean the door seal 40 by using the water pressure of the washing machine, and ensure the cleaning effect.
[0083] In some alternative embodiments, the structure of the door seal cleaning assembly 50 is further optimized to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the spray pipe 501 and the water supply pipeline 502. For example, as shown in Figures 7-8 the door seal cleaning assembly 50 further comprises an adapter 503 for connecting the first end 501A of the spray pipe 501 and the water outlet end of the water supply pipeline 502; wherein the adapter 503 is provided with a first fixing portion 5031, and the first fixing portion 5031 cooperates with a second fixing portion 602 on the inner side of the cabinet 10 to fix the spray pipe 501.
[0084] In the present embodiment, the spray pipe 501 and the water supply pipeline 502 are connected at the corresponding positions outside the door seal ring 40 by means of the adapter 503. When the door seal cleaning assembly 50 needs to be replaced or repaired, the spray pipe 501 or the water supply pipeline 502 can be separately disassembled from the adapter 503, which facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the part of the door seal cleaning assembly 50 that needs to be repaired.
[0085] In addition, the adapter 503 is connected with the cabinet 10, i.e. the adapter 503 is arranged on the inner side wall of the cabinet 10. This design not only enables the door seal ring 40 and the spray pipe 501 to be disassembled and assembled simultaneously, but also enables the door seal cleaning assembly 50 to be fixed relative to the cabinet 10 by means of the adapter 503, thereby improving the flexibility of the maintenance operation of the whole machine components and enabling the door seal cleaning assembly 50 and the door seal ring 40 to maintain a stable relative position.
[0086] In some alternative embodiments, the installation height of the second fixing portion 602 on the inner side of the cabinet 10 is adjustable; wherein the relative position of the water outlet of the spray pipe 501 and the inner side wall of the annular pleated section 40B is adjusted by adjusting the position of the second fixing portion 602 on the inner side of the cabinet 10.
[0087] After the second fixing portion 602 is designed to have an adjustable installation height, the position of the spray pipe 501 can be adjusted to enable it to fully spray onto the upper part of the inner side of the annular pleated section 40B, thereby avoiding incomplete cleaning of the door seal ring 40, in cooperation with the different water pressure of the water supply of the washing machine or the manual cleaning operation of the user.
[0088] Further alternatively, when adjusting the position of the spray pipe 501, a lifting motor 601 can be arranged on the inner side of the front panel of the cabinet 10 and connected with the second fixing portion 602, and a control button on the panel of the drum washing machine can be used to control the lifting motor 601. For example, Figure 12As shown, since the second fixing part 602 is connected with the first fixing part 5031 of the adapter 503, at this time, the position height of the adapter 503 and the spray pipe 501 connected therewith can be adjusted through the control button on the panel of the drum washing machine, so that the relative distance between the water outlet on the spray pipe 501 and the inner side wall of the annular pleat section 40B of the door seal ring 40 is changed, and the drum washing machine realizes dynamic cleaning of the door seal ring 40, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
[0089] In another alternative, the first fixing part 5031 is an adjustable insertion rod, and the second fixing part 602 is configured as an insertion cylinder arranged along the height direction of the cabinet 10; wherein the relative position between the water outlet of the spray pipe 501 and the inner side wall of the annular pleat section 40B is adjusted by adjusting the position of the adjustable insertion rod in the insertion cylinder.
[0090] In the embodiment, the insertion cylinder on the cabinet 10 guides the insertion rod in the vertical direction, and the first fixing part 5031 is designed as an adjustable insertion rod and cooperates with the insertion cylinder on the cabinet 10, so that another adjustable mode of the installation height of the spray pipe 501 is realized. The position of the spray pipe 501 can be adjusted to enable the spray pipe 501 to fully spray the upper part of the inner side of the annular pleat section 40B, so that the incomplete cleaning of the door seal ring 40 is avoided.
[0091] Optionally, for the movement control of the insertion rod in this design, a knob can be used for manual adjustment. Specifically, an operation opening for manual insertion of a user is formed on the cabinet 10, and a lifting knob is arranged on one side of the insertion cylinder to control the height of the insertion rod. After the user inserts his hand into the operation opening, the lifting knob can be manually adjusted to adjust the position of the insertion rod in the insertion cylinder, and the distance between the spray pipe 501 and the inner side wall of the annular pleat section 40B of the door seal ring 40 is controlled, so that the door seal ring 40 can also be dynamically cleaned.
[0092] In some optional embodiments, the water inlet end of the water supply pipeline 502 is connected to the water distribution plate of the drum washing machine. In the embodiment, the water distribution plate of the drum washing machine is directly used to supply water to the door seal cleaning assembly 50. When the drum washing machine is supplied with water, the door seal ring 40 can be directly cleaned, and additional water circulation assembly or other water source is avoided, so that the internal structure of the drum washing machine is simplified, and the overall cost of the machine is reduced.
