The internal space 101S of the case 101 can be formed between the first case 1011 and the second case 1012. The flow path 1011V (refer to Figure 10 ) between the pair of partition walls 1011W and the flow path 1012V (refer to Figure 11 ) between the pair of partition walls 1012W can provide a passage 101V connecting the internal space 101S of the case 101 and the outside. Air can pass through the passage 101V. The inlet of the passage 101V can face the internal space 101S of the case 101, and the outlet of the passage 101V can be formed in the side surface of the case 101 and face the outside. The passage 101V can be referred to as a vent 101V.

[0108] The speaker frame 102F of the speaker unit 102 can be located in the support portion 1012S of the second case 1012. The support portion 1012S can be a groove formed along the speaker frame 102F. The speaker frame 102F can have a ring shape as a whole. The support portion 1012S can support the speaker frame 102F. The support portion 1012S can be located on the plurality of coupling portions 1011Pa, 1011Pb, 1011Pc, 1011Pd, 1011Pe (refer to Figure 10 ).

[0109] At least one coupling hole 102P can be formed in the speaker frame 102F to align with the plurality of coupling portions 1012P, 1011P. For example, the first coupling hole 102Pa and the second coupling hole 102Pb can be spaced apart from each other at an interval of 180 degrees.

[0110] Thus, the speaker frame 102F of the speaker unit 102 can be coupled with the second case 1012 and the first case 1011 detachably.

[0111] The case 101 can have a flat quadrangular box shape as a whole, can include a first side 101a, a second side 101b, a third side 101c, and a fourth side 101d. The first side 101a and the second side 101b can be opposite to each other, can be long sides. The third side 101c and the fourth side 101d can be opposite to each other, can be short sides. An outlet of the channel 101V can be formed at the first side 101a. An opening 101H can be adjacent to the channel 101V, can be formed at the first side 101a. The opening 101H can be referred to as a speaker hole 101H.

[0113] The first pressing portion 1012E1 can form a step that is lowered rearward from a front surface of the second case 1012. The first pressing portion 1012E1 can include a coupling portion 1012Ea and a recessed portion 1012Eb. The coupling portion 1012Ea can form a step that is lowered rearward from a front surface of the second case 1012, and the recessed portion 1012Eb can be recessed from a front surface of the coupling portion 1012Ea. The coupling portion 1012Ea can form an outer circumferential edge of the first pressing portion 1012E1, and the recessed portion 1012Eb can form an inner circumferential edge of the first pressing portion 1012E1. The coupling portion 1012Ea can have a first depth with respect to the front surface of the second case 1012, and the recessed portion 1012Eb can have a second depth that is greater than the first depth.

[0114] The coupling portion 1012Ea can be formed in an open-ring that is open toward the opening 101H of the box 101. The coupling portion 1012Ea can include a first section 1012Eaa, a second section 1012Eab, and a third section 1012Eac. The first section to the third section 1012Eaa, 1012Eab, 1012Eac can have a bulb shape as a whole. The first section 1012Eaa can be adjacent to the second side 101b of the box 101, and can extend along a semicircle of the speaker frame 102F. The second section 1012Eab can extend from one end of the first section 1012Eaa toward the first side 101a of the box 101. The third section 1012Eac can extend from the other end of the first section 1012Eaa toward the first side 101a of the box 101. In a direction in which the two ends of the first section 1012Eaa are spaced apart from each other, the distance between the second section 1012Eab and the third section 1012Eac can be smaller as it is closer to the first side 101a. At least a portion of the second section 1012Eab and at least a portion of the third section 1012Eac can be curved sections. The area between the second section 1012Eab and the third section 1012Eac can include a tapered region R1 that is smaller in width as it is closer to the opening 101H, and a straight region R2 that maintains a constant width.

[0115] The recess 1012Eb can connect the coupling portion 1012Ea and the support portion 1012S, and can be formed in an open-ring shape opening toward the opening 101H. The recess 1012Eb can include a first portion 1012Eba, a second portion 1012Ebb, and a third portion 1012Ebc. The first portion 1012Eba can be connected to the first section 1012Eaa and can extend along an arc smaller than a semicircle of the speaker frame 102F. The groove 1012Eg can be formed in the first portion 1012Eba corresponding to the coupling portion in which the first fastening member Fa is coupled in the speaker frame 102F. The second portion 1012Ebb can be adjacent to one end of the first portion 1012Eba and can be connected to the second section 1012Eab. The third portion 1012Ebc can be adjacent to the other end of the first portion 1012Eba and can be connected to the third section 1012Eac. The first portion to the third portion 1012Eba, 1012Ebb, 1012Ebc can be located in a space between a portion of the coupling portion 1012Ea and a portion of the speaker frame 102F. A first recess 1012Sa can be formed between the first portion 1012Eba and the second portion 1012Ebb, and a first holder 102F1 protruding from the speaker frame 102F can be located in the first recess 1012Sa. A first hole can be formed in the first recess 1012Sa, and a tinsel wire connected to the coil 102e can pass through the first hole. A second hole can be formed in the second recess 1012Sb, and a tinsel wire connected to the coil 102e can pass through the second hole.

[0116] The second pressing portion 1012E2 can be located between the speaker frame 102F and the opening 101H and can form a step lowered rearward from the recess 1012Eb of the first pressing portion 1012E1. The support portion 1012S can form a step lowered rearward from the recess 1012Eb of the first pressing portion 1012E1 and the second pressing portion 1012E2. The speaker frame 102F can be located on the support portion 1012S and can form a step lowered rearward from the recess 1012Eb.

[0117] The third pressing portion 1012E3 can be located between the second pressing portion 1012E2 and the opening 101H and can form a step lowered rearward from the second pressing portion 102E2. The third pressing portion 1012E3 can be located in the notch 1011D.

[0118] Referring to Figure 14 andFigure 15 The speaker unit 102 can be located at the plurality of holes 1011H, 1012H of the case 101. The speaker unit 102 can include a speaker frame 102F, a yoke 102a, a magnet 102b, a plate member 102c, a bobbin 102d, a coil 102e, a diaphragm 102g, a damper 102h, and an edge 102i.

[0119] The yoke 102a can form one side of the speaker unit 102. The yoke 102a can be located at the hole 1011H of the first case 1011. The yoke 102a can have a cup shape that is open in a forward direction.

[0120] The magnet 102b can be disposed inside the yoke 102a. The magnet 102b can have a coin shape. The plate member 102c can be coupled to the magnet 102b and can have a shape corresponding to the magnet 102b.

[0121] The bobbin 102d can be located at an air gap between the plate member 102c and the yoke 102a and can have a hollow cylindrical shape. The coil 102e can be formed or wound around an outer circumferential surface of the bobbin 102d and can be referred to as a voice coil 102e.

[0122] The diaphragm 102g can be coupled in front of the bobbin 102d. The diaphragm 102g can have a flat disc shape. Alternatively, the diaphragm 102g can have a dome or a cone shape. The diaphragm 102g having a cone shape can be referred to as a cone paper 102g. The damper 102h having elasticity can be coupled to the speaker frame 102F and can be coupled to the diaphragm 102g or the bobbin 102d to support the diaphragm 102g.

[0123] The edge 102i can be located between the diaphragm 102g and the speaker frame 102F. The edge 102i can be coupled to an outer side surface of the diaphragm 102g and an inner side surface of the speaker frame 102F. The edge 102i can have elasticity and can support movement of the diaphragm 102g. The edge 102i can be referred to as a speaker edge 102i or a peripheral edge 102i.

[0124] If a magnetic line of force is formed in an air gap between the magnet 102b and the yoke 102a and an electric current flows in the coil 102e, a Lorentz force can be generated. The magnitude of the Lorentz force can be proportional to the magnitude of the magnetic line of force (magnetic flux density), the magnitude of the electric current, and the length of the coil wound, and the direction of the force can be perpendicular to a plane formed by the magnetic flux density and the electric current.

[0125] Thus, the diaphragm 102g can vibrate back and forth. In correspondence with the vibration of the diaphragm 102g, the internal air of the speaker box 101 can resonate to change the internal pressure.

[0126] The speaker frame 102F can include a support portion 102Fa and a recessed portion 102Fb. The support portion 102Fa can be located at the support portion 1012S. The recessed portion 102Fb can be formed recessed from the front surface of the support portion 102Fa. The edge 102i can include a first portion 102ia combined with the recessed portion 102Fb, a second portion 102ib combined with the diaphragm 102g, and a third portion 102ic having a wavy shape connecting the first portion 102ia and the second portion 102ib. The front surface of the first portion 102ia can be aligned with the front surface of the support portion 102Fa.

[0127] The plate body 104 can be located at the combined portion 1012Ea (refer to Figure 12 ) of the first pressing portion 1012E1, and can cover the front of the speaker unit 102. The plate body 104 can be spaced apart from the recessed portion 1012Eb (refer to Figure 12 ) of the first pressing portion 1012E1. The plate body 104 can include a metal material such as iron (Fe). The plate body 104 can have a wavy shape along the combined portion 1012Ea. The plate body 104 can have a bulb shape as a whole. The plate body 104 can be attached or bonded to the combined portion 1012Ea. Thus, the plate body 104 can be combined with the box 101.

[0128] The fixing portion 1012D (refer to Figure 13 ) can be located inside the bezel of the plate body 104. The fixing portion 1012D can be formed at the pressing portion 1012E. The front end of the fixing portion 1012D can be coplanar with the front surface of the combined portion 1012Ea. That is, the depth of the front end of the fixing portion 1012D can be the same as the depth of the front surface of the combined portion 1012Ea, or the depth of the front end of the fixing portion 1012D can be smaller than the depth of the front surface of the recessed portion 1012Eb, with respect to the front surface of the second box 1012. Thus, the plate body 104 can be located on the combined portion 1012Ea and the fixing portion 1012D.

[0129] The first fixing portion 1012Da (refer to Figure 13 ) can protrude forward from the recessed portion 1012Eb, and can have a fastening hole for a screw. The second fixing portion 1012Db (refer to Figure 13 ) can protrude forward from the second pressing portion 1012E2, and can have a fastening hole for a screw. The third fixing portion 1012Dc (refer to Figure 13) can protrude forward from the second pressing portion 1012E2, and can have a fastening hole for a screw. The first to third fixing portions 1012Da, 1012Db, 1012Dc can be located at the vertices of a triangle (refer to the dotted line). A plurality of fastening members F1, F2, F3 such as screws can be fastened to the first to third fixing portions 1012Da, 1012Db, 1012Dc by being inserted through the plate body 104. Alternatively, the plate body 104 can be attached to or joined to the first to third fixing portions 1012Da, 1012Db, 1012Dc. Figure 15

[0130] Thus, the plate body 104 can be firmly combined with the case 101, and as a result, the shaking of the plate body 104 can be minimized, thereby improving stability. In addition, the contact between the plate body 104 and the recessed portion 1012Eb can be minimized or prevented.

[0131] The diaphragm 102g of the speaker unit 102 can vibrate back and forth, and output sound toward the plate body 104 side. The plate body 104 can direct the sound of the speaker unit 102 toward the opening 101H side. The opening 101H can be an outlet of a chamber 101P between the speaker unit 102 and the plate body 104, and can be formed between the plate body 104 and the third pressing portion 1012E3. The chamber 101P can be referred to as a space 101P.

[0132] The cushion pad 103 can be located between the speaker frame 102F of the speaker unit 102 and the plate body 104. The cushion pad 103 can be opposite the opening 101H. The cushion pad 103 can extend along the first portion 1012Eba of the recessed portion 1012Eb, and can have an arc shape. The cushion pad 103 can be curved. The cushion pad 103 can have a curvature. The back of the cushion pad 103 can be in contact with the speaker frame 102F. The back of the cushion pad 103 can be adhered to the speaker frame 102F. The back of the cushion pad 103 can be adhered to the support portion 102Fa of the speaker frame 102F and the first portion 102ia of the edge 102i. The front of the cushion pad 103 can be in contact with the plate body 104. The front of the cushion pad 103 can be adhered to the plate body 104. If an external force is applied in the thickness direction of the cushion pad 103, the cushion pad 103 can be compressed in the thickness direction. If the external force is removed, the cushion pad 103 can return to its original state. The original thickness of the cushion pad 103 can be greater than the interval between the speaker frame 102F and the plate body 104. The cushion pad 103 can be pressed by the plate body 104. For example, the cushion pad 103 can include an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) material.

[0133] Thus, the cushion 103 can occupy a portion of the cavity 101P between the speaker unit 102 and the board body 104. The cushion 103 can reduce vibration of the board body 104.

[0134] With reference to Figure 16 and Figure 17 , the center line CL can extend along a radial direction of the diaphragm 102g via a center of the diaphragm 102g of the speaker unit 102. The center line CL can intersect with a sound output direction SD of the speaker 100. The sound output direction SD can be a direction in which sound output from the speaker unit 102 is guided by the board body 104 (refer to Figure 15 ) and output to the outside through the opening 101H. The sound output direction SD of the first speaker 100A (refer to Figure 8 ) can be a left side of the first speaker 100A, and the sound output direction SD of the second speaker 100B (refer to Figure 8 ) can be a right side of the second speaker 100B. If the sound output direction SD is parallel to a horizontal direction, the center line CL can be parallel to a vertical direction.

[0135] The recessed portion 1012Eb can form a step that rises in a forward direction from the support portion 1012S provided with the speaker frame 102F. The recessed portion 1012Eb can be closer to the board body 104 than the speaker frame 102F but spaced apart from the board body 104. The first portion 1012Eba can be located between the center line CL and the second side 101b of the cabinet 101, and can have an arc shape smaller than a semicircle. The second portion 1012Ebb and the third portion 1012Ebc can be located between the center line CL and the first side 101a of the cabinet 101.

[0136] Thus, the recessed portion 1012Eb can occupy a portion of the cavity 101P between the speaker unit 102 and the board body 104 between the speaker frame 102F and the coupling portion 1012Ea. On the other hand, the third portion 1012Ebc can include a groove corresponding to the coupling portion in which the second fastening member Fc is coupled.

[0137] The second portion 1012Ebb can include straight sides 1012Ebbs that extend along the sound output direction SD toward the cavity 101P between the second and third pressing portions 1012E2, 1012E3 and the plate body 104. The third portion 1012Ebc can include straight sides 1012Ebcs that extend along the sound output direction SD toward the cavity 101P between the second and third pressing portions 1012E2, 1012E3 and the plate body 104. The intervals between the straight sides 1012Ebbs, 1012Ebcs can be constant. The intervals between the straight sides 1012Ebbs, 1012Ebcs can be the same as the width of the straight region R2.

[0138] The width Wa of the opening 101H can be the same as the width of the straight region R2. At the center line CL, the two ends of the first section 1012Eaa of the coupling portion 1012Ea can be separated from each other by a predetermined distance Wb. The width Wa can be smaller than the distance Wb. The width of the speaker unit 102 can correspond to the distance Wb. The width of the speaker unit 102 can be equal to or slightly smaller than the distance Wb.

[0139] Thus, the width Wa of the opening 101H can be smaller than the width of the speaker unit 102. The plate body 104 can have a first width W11 corresponding to the distance Wb (see Figure 15 ), and can have a second width W12 corresponding to the width Wa (see Figure 15 ). The second width W12 can be smaller than the first width W11.

[0140] A stepped portion 1012T can be formed between the second pressing portion 1012E2 and the third pressing portion 1012E3. The stepped portion 1012T can form an obtuse angle with respect to the front surface of the third pressing portion 1012E (see Figure 14 ). The stepped portion 1012T can be referred to as a beveled portion 1012T.

[0141] Referring again to Figure 8 , the speaker 100 can occupy a relatively small area due to the battery B or the like mounted to the frame 13. That is, the box 101 of the speaker 100 can have a relatively small volume.

[0142] Referring to Figure 18 , in order to cover the relatively small volume of the speaker box 101, the speaker unit 102 of the speaker 100 can have a predetermined level of bass playback band. The speaker 100 can be a full-range speaker. For example, the bass playback band can be a band of about 270 to 300 Hz or less, and the treble playback band can be a band of about 1 kHz or more.

[0143] Referring to Figures 12 to 17 etc., the speaker 100 has the above-described cushion 103 and the recess 1012Eb, thereby being able to reduce the space between the speaker unit 102 and the plate body 104. In this case, compared with the case where the cushion 103 and the recess 1012Eb are not provided (refer to the dashed curve of FIG. 10), it is possible to improve the high sound characteristic of the speaker 100 (refer to the solid curve of FIG. 10). Figure 18 Figure 18

[0144] Referring to Figures 12 to 17 etc., the speaker 100 can have the above-described step portion 1012T. In this case, compared with the case where the step portion 1012T is not provided (refer to the dashed curve of FIG. 11), it is possible to improve the sound quality of the speaker 100 (refer to the solid curve of FIG. 11). Figure 18 Figure 18

[0145] Referring to Figure 12 together with Figure 19 , a coupling portion 110 can be formed at one side of the speaker box 101. A first coupling portion 110A can be formed at the third edge 101c of the speaker box 101, and a second coupling portion 110B can be formed at the fourth edge 101d of the speaker box 101. The coupling portion 110 can include a base 111, a protrusion 112, and a plurality of stoppers 113, 114. The base 111 can be formed at one side of the speaker box 101, and can be flat. The protrusion 112 can protrude forward from the base 111. The plurality of stoppers 113, 114 can be formed at the end of the protrusion 112, and can be spaced apart from each other. The plurality of stoppers 113, 114 can have a hook shape.

[0146] The holder 120 can include a main body 120c, a neck portion 120a, and a head portion 120b. The holder 120 can have elasticity. The holder 120 can include a soft material such as rubber, silicone, etc. The main body 120c can be located at the base 111, and the neck portion 120a can protrude forward from the main body 120c. The head portion 120b can protrude from the end of the neck portion 120a toward the radial direction of the neck portion 120a. A plurality of protrusions 120P in a serration shape can be formed at the side surface of the neck portion 120a. A plurality of protrusions 120Q in a serration shape can be formed at the side surface of the head portion 120b. The protrusion 112 can penetrate the main body 120c, the neck portion 120a, and the head portion 120b, and the holder 120 can be caught by the stoppers 113, 114. Thus, the holder 120 can be coupled with the coupling portion 110. A first holder 121 can be coupled with the first coupling portion 110A, and a second holder 122 can be coupled with the second coupling portion 110B.

[0147] Referring to Figure 20 and Figure 21 , the fixing portion 130 can be formed to press the rear from the front of the frame 13. The fixing portion 130 can be referred to as a molding portion 130. The first fixing portion 130A and the second fixing portion 130B can be spaced apart from each other. The fixing portion 130 can include a fixing body 131 and a fixing hole 132. The fixing body 131 can include an inclined portion 131a, a horizontal portion 131b, and a vertical portion 131c. The inclined portion 131a can protrude from the rear of the frame 13 toward the rear, and can be smaller in diameter the farther it is from the rear. The horizontal portion 131b can be curved from the end of the inclined portion 131a toward the inside of the inclined portion 131a, and can have a ring shape parallel to the rear of the frame 13. The vertical portion 131c can be curved from the end of the horizontal portion 131b toward the rear of the frame 13. The horizontal portion 131b and the vertical portion 131c can form the boundary of the fixing hole 132.

[0148] The diameter Da of the neck portion 120a of the holder 120 can be equal to or smaller than the diameter Dh of the fixing hole 132. The diameter Db of the head portion 120b of the holder 120 can be greater than the diameter Dh of the fixing hole 132. The distance D20 between the main body 120c and the head portion 120b, which is the length of the neck portion 120a, can be equal to or greater than the length Lac of the vertical portion 131c. If the neck portion 120a and the head portion 120b are inserted into the fixing portion 130 through the fixing hole 132, the neck portion 120a can be positioned in the fixing hole 132, the main body 120c can be caught by the horizontal portion 131b, and the head portion 120b can be caught by the vertical portion 131c.

[0149] Thus, as the holder 120 is coupled to the fixing portion 130, the speaker 100 to which the holder 120 is coupled can be mounted to the frame 13.

[0150] The second case 1012 of the speaker 100 and the plate body 104 can face the rear of the frame 13 (refer to Figure 17 ). The plurality of front pads 100F (refer to Figure 17 ) can be coupled or attached to the second case 1012 and the plate body 104, and can be spaced apart from each other.

[0151] The first case 1011 of the speaker 100 can face the front of the rear cover 15 (refer to Figure 2 ) (refer to Figure 9 ). The plurality of rear pads 100R (refer to Figure 9 ) can be coupled or attached to the first case 1011, and can be spaced apart from each other.

[0152] Referring again to Figure 8The bracket 16 can extend along the circumference of the frame 13, and can be coupled to the rear surface of the frame 13.

[0153] Referring to Figure 22 and Figure 23 The frame 13 can include a flat portion 13a, a pressing portion 13b, and a curved portion 13c. The flat portion 13a can form most of the frame 13, and can be formed flat. The pressing portion 13b can be formed adjacent to the circumference of the flat portion 13a, and can be pressed rearward from the front surface of the flat portion 13a. The curved portion 13c can be curved forward from the pressing portion 13b, and can form the edge of the frame 13.

[0154] The outer hole 14P can be formed in the vertical portion 14V of the outer frame 14 in correspondence with the sound output direction SD of the speaker 100. That is, the sound of the speaker 100 can be provided to the outside through the outer hole 14P.

[0155] The end of the plate body 104 of the speaker 100 can face the stepped portion 13d between the flat portion 13a and the pressing portion 13b. That is, the end of the plate body 104 of the speaker 100 can be close to the vertical portion 14V of the outer frame 14 until being interfered by the stepped portion 13d.

[0156] The bracket 16 can include a first portion 161 and a second portion 162. The first portion 161 can be coupled or fixed to the rear surface of the pressing portion 13b. The second portion 162 can be curved from the first portion 161, and can be located between the vertical portion 12Fa of the front cover 12F and the vertical portion 14V of the outer frame 14.

[0157] The inclined portion 163 can form a part of the first portion 161, and can be located between the speaker 100 and the vertical portion 14V of the outer frame 14. The inclined portion 163 can be inclined toward the opening 101H of the speaker 100 outside the speaker 100. The inclined portion 163 can be inclined toward the outlet of the passage 101V outside the speaker 100. The length L3 of the inclined portion 163 can be greater than the sum of the width of the opening 101H and the width of the outlet of the passage 101V. The inclined portion 163 can be inclined with respect to the pressing portion 13b. The thickness of the inclined portion 163 can be smaller as it is closer to the speaker 100. The end 164 of the inclined portion 163 can be formed with a curvature.

[0158] The latch 165 can be formed in the first portion 161. The latch 165 can be spaced apart from the inclined portion 163. The rear cover 15 can be latched to the latch 166.

[0159] Thus, the sound of the speaker 100 can be smoothly provided to the outer hole 14P. The characteristics of the midrange and treble sound range of the sound of the speaker 100 can be improved. The sound quality of the speaker 100 can be improved.
