A device for treating condensate water from an oxygen chamber air conditioner

Abstract

This invention provides a condensate treatment device for an oxygen chamber air conditioning system, comprising a pressure relief system, a condensate evaporation system, and a control system. The pressure relief system includes a water collection pipe and a pressure-reducing throttling device. The input end of the water collection pipe can introduce condensate generated by the air conditioning system inside the chamber. The pressure-reducing throttling device is installed on the water collection pipe and is configured to allow condensate to pass through while maintaining the pressure at the input end of the water collection pipe. This oxygen chamber air conditioning condensate treatment device connects to the high-pressure oxygen chamber via the water collection pipe. The water collection pipe, in conjunction with the pressure-reducing throttling device, can depressurize the condensate generated by the air conditioning system inside the chamber and guide it into a water collection box. A water vapor conversion device converts the water in the water collection box into water vapor, which is then discharged through an internal air vent, thus treating the air conditioning condensate. The condensate evaporation system can be started and stopped according to the water level in the water collection box to achieve fully automatic treatment of the air conditioning condensate, avoiding the inconvenience of manually emptying the condensate.
