A new medicine cutter

Abstract

A novel medicine cutter includes a bottle body and a top cap, which are rotatably connected via a pivot. A bottle cap is mounted on the bottle body, and a lower cutter assembly is mounted on the bottle cap. An upper cutter assembly is installed inside the top cap. Both ends of the top cap are open. The lower cutter assembly and the upper cutter assembly are movably connected. The upper cutter assembly includes a pressing structure, an upper blade structure, a blade protective cover, and a protective latch structure. One end of the pressing structure is connected to the upper blade structure, and one end of the upper blade structure is movably connected to the blade protective cover. The protective latch structure is mounted on the blade protective cover. When the top cap rotates to close on the bottle body, pressing the pressing structure allows one end of the upper blade structure to pass through the blade protective cover and contact the lower cutter assembly. This utility model medicine cutter is equipped with an upper blade and a lower blade. The upper and lower surfaces of the medicine tablet are simultaneously subjected to the dividing force of the sharp blade, which avoids problems such as the medicine tablet breaking, cracking and deflection during the cutting process. It also has an automatic return and locking function, which, together with the protective buckle structure, can effectively avoid the risk of the sharp blade being accidentally exposed after the upper blade is opened, thus ensuring high safety.
