Lead-acid battery plate height stepped judgment fixture

Abstract

A stepped height determination fixture for lead-acid battery plates includes a fixture base. A receiving area for accommodating plates to be tested is tilted on the fixture base via a support assembly. The receiving area is a bent structure consisting of a plate surface support and a plate bottom support perpendicularly connected to the bottom of the plate surface support. The angle between the plate bottom support and the fixture base is acute. A blocking block is vertically connected to the top of the plate surface support. The lower surface of the blocking block is opposite to the upper surface of the plate bottom support, and the lower surface of the blocking block has a stepped height detection surface. This invention allows multiple plates to be placed in the receiving area for testing at once, improving testing efficiency. The tilted design of the receiving area ensures that, under gravity, the plate surface of the plate contacts the plate surface support, and the bottom of the plate contacts the plate bottom support, making it more convenient to use and improving testing efficiency.
