This utility model claims protection for an intelligent operation and maintenance system for charging piles, comprising: log boxes installed in each charging pile; data storage and analysis units in each log box connected to an operation and maintenance platform; a charging message acquisition unit connected to the charging module of the charging pile; a vehicle-mounted message acquisition unit connected to the charging gun of the charging pile; a log acquisition unit connected to the main control board of the charging pile; an analysis unit connected to the log acquisition unit for analyzing whether the charging pile is faulty and transmitting the analysis results to the operation and maintenance platform; and a data storage unit obtaining and storing data from the charging message acquisition module, the vehicle-mounted message acquisition module, and the log acquisition unit, and transmitting it to the operation and maintenance platform on demand or triggered. The analysis unit in the log box performs fault analysis using a local edge model algorithm based on the log acquisition unit, thereby improving the accuracy and timeliness of fault diagnosis and changing the current situation of relying on manual experience to judge faults.
