Isolator knife drive shaft for multi-station operation

Abstract

This utility model discloses a multi-station operating isolating knife drive shaft, relating to the field of power equipment technology. It includes a base plate and a right plate: a right plate is provided on one side of the base plate, a first through shaft is embedded in the middle of the right plate, and an internal hexagon screw threaded through the bottom corner of the right plate and connected to the base plate; a left plate is provided on the other side of the base plate, corresponding to the right plate; and a main drive shaft passes through the middle of the right and left plates. The multi-station operating isolating knife drive shaft fixes the right plate to one side of the base plate using internal hexagon screws. The left plate is positioned opposite the right plate, with the main drive shaft passing through the middle of both. Three sets of positioning seats are fitted onto the main drive shaft through through holes and fixed with flange bolts and spring washers, thus connecting and fixing the positioning seats to the main drive shaft. When the main drive shaft rotates, it drives the fixed positioning seats to rotate, causing the swing arms welded to the positioning seats to swing accordingly. This, in turn, drives the knife switch to move through the fastening bolts at the top of the swing arms, realizing multi-station operation of the knife switch.
