Abstract

The application relates to a single-side demolding structure of a bent pipe, which comprises a mold body, a first demolding assembly and a second demolding assembly arranged on the mold body, the first demolding assembly comprises inclined guide plates arranged on both sides of the mold body, a connecting block connected with the two inclined guide plates and a sliding block arranged on the bottom surface of the connecting block, a bent pipe structure is arranged in the mold body, the bent pipe structure comprises a core and a bent pipe, the core is fixed with the sliding block, the second demolding assembly comprises a demolding oil cylinder, a connecting plate, a rack, a gear, a rotating disc and a sliding plate, the connecting plate is connected with the output end of the demolding oil cylinder and the rack, the rack and the gear are engaged, the gear and the rotating disc are coaxially fixed, the rack is slidably connected in the sliding plate, the rotating disc and the gear are rotatably connected on the upper side and the lower side of the sliding plate respectively, and the bent pipe is fixed on the rotating disc; a jacking block is arranged on the rack, and the jacking block is used for abutting against the sliding plate to drive the sliding plate to move towards the direction close to the demolding oil cylinder. The application has the effect of reducing the cost of the mold of the bent pipe structure.
