A continuous punching device for carton production

Abstract

The application relates to a continuous punching equipment for carton production, which comprises a frame body, a processing table for placing the carton arranged on the frame body, a sliding table arranged on the frame body, a moving seat arranged on the sliding table, a driving member, a punching unit and a top flattening unit oppositely arranged at the bottom of the moving seat, the punching unit comprising a cylinder arranged on the moving seat, a punching head connected with a piston rod of the cylinder, the top flattening unit comprising a lifting piece arranged on the moving seat, a flattening plate connected with the lifting piece, and a through hole located directly below the punching head arranged on the flattening plate, and a clamping unit. The application can firmly clamp the two sides of the carton through the clamping unit, effectively prevents the carton from moving during the punching process, can apply pressure to the whole punching surface of the carton through the lifting piece and the flattening plate, keeps the punching surface flat, and makes the punched hole position accurate and the edge neat.
