A rotor permanent magnet tensioning spring rotary installation station

Abstract

This application belongs to the technical field of motor rotor assembly devices, and provides a rotor permanent magnet tensioning circlip rotation installation station, including: a mounting platform; a drive device disposed under the mounting platform; a drive mounting plate located above the mounting platform, the drive mounting plate being connected to the power output shaft of the drive device; a connecting plate disposed above the drive mounting plate; and a mounting block disposed above the connecting plate, the mounting block being used to install the rotor. During circlip installation, this application allows for continuous installation of each U-shaped circlip at its respective mounting position on the rotor by continuously rotating the rotor, greatly improving installation efficiency.
