Abstract

The application provides a diaphragm pump and a lithium battery production system, and belongs to the technical field of fluid conveying equipment. The diaphragm pump comprises a pump body, a liquid cavity is arranged in the pump body, a cavity wall of the liquid cavity is provided with a liquid discharge port, a diaphragm is used for driving the flow of liquid in the liquid cavity, a valve ball assembly is arranged at the bottom of the liquid cavity and is used for controlling the entry and exit of liquid into the liquid cavity, the valve ball assembly comprises a ball seat and a valve ball capable of moving above the ball seat, and the position of the liquid discharge port is higher than the upper surface of the ball seat and lower than the lowest point of diaphragm movement in the vertical direction. By additionally arranging the liquid discharge port on the pump body and making the position of the liquid discharge port higher than the upper surface of the ball seat and lower than the lowest point of diaphragm movement in the vertical direction, the residual slurry or cleaning liquid originally enclosed in the liquid cavity can be effectively discharged for collection, material waste is reduced, production cost is directly reduced, the downtime of equipment replacement and cleaning is shortened, the utilization rate of the equipment and the overall production efficiency are improved.
