Mounting bracket assembly and continuous damping control shock absorber

Abstract

This application relates to the field of automotive component technology, providing a mounting bracket assembly and a continuous damping control shock absorber. The mounting bracket assembly, used in the shock absorber, includes: a housing with a clamping cavity; an elastomer housed in the clamping cavity, the elastomer having a receiving groove, the inner wall of the receiving groove having a lug; an inner washer partially embedded in the receiving groove, the surface of the inner washer having a groove, the lug clamping in the groove; a hollow piston rod passing through and held by a through hole in the inner washer; and a cable channel assembled on the hollow piston rod and housing, the hollow piston rod and cable channel allowing a cable to pass through and extend out. This application, through the cooperation of components such as the housing, elastomer, inner washer, hollow piston rod, and cable channel, ensures the stability of the mounting bracket assembly, allowing the shock absorber to be stably mounted to the vehicle chassis, and provides reliable torsional resistance, preventing suspension sway from causing internal cable breakage; furthermore, the mounting bracket assembly of this application has a simple structure, is easy to assemble, and has a low cost.
