Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of salt spray test, and provides a solution constant-concentration automatic liquid supplementing device for offshore wind power protective coating salt spray test.The device comprises a box body, a liquid level sensor, a salinity and PH monitor, a stirrer, an acid storage tank, a first pump body, an alkali storage tank, a second pump body, a salt spray tank, a water level switch and a third pump body.The liquid level sensor monitors the liquid level in the box body; the salinity and PH monitor monitors the salinity and PH value of the liquid in the box body; the stirring rod of the stirrer extends into the containing cavity and is arranged close to the bottom wall of the box body; the acid storage tank is in communication with a PH sampling inlet, and the first pump body is connected in series between the acid storage tank and the PH sampling inlet; the alkali storage tank is in communication with the PH sampling inlet, and the second pump body is connected in series between the alkali storage tank and the PH sampling inlet; the salt spray tank is in communication with an output port, the water level switch is arranged in the salt spray tank, and the third pump body is connected in series between the water level switch and the output port.The device provided by the present disclosure can improve the reliability of experimental results.
