Abstract
ABSTRACT A MACHINE WITH REPLACEABLE PARTS FOR PROCESSING OIL PALM PRODUCTS The present invention relates to a machine with replaceable parts for processing oil palm products. More specifically, it relates to a machine with replaceable parts for cutting, crushing, grinding, pulverizing, or shredding oil palm products such as palm fruits in the form of fresh fruit bunches. The machine comprises a motor (100); a gearbox (200) connected to the motor (100); a coupling means (300) connected to the gearbox (200); a bearing system (400) connected to the coupling means (300); and a processing means (500) connected to the bearing system (400), wherein the processing means (500) further comprises an inlet (501) for receiving the oil palm products; at least one outlet (502) for dispensing processed palm oil products;a housing (503) further comprising a cylindrical horizontal bore (504); at least one hollow cylinder (506) further comprising an inner wall and an outer wall, which is positioned horizontally within the housing (503) and in contact with a surface of the horizontal bore (504) of the housing (503); and a worm gear connected to the bearing system (400), positioned horizontally along the center of the processing means (500) and extending along the entire length of the processing means (500). Additionally, the surface of the horizontal bore (504) of the housing (503) comprises at least one tongue element (505); and the outer wall of the hollow cylinder (506) comprises at least one groove element (507) that complements the tongue element (505) of the surface of the horizontal bore (504) of the housing (503).
