------22 / 05 / 2569------(OCR)OCR09WP A process to increase the Oil Extraction Rate (OER) for standard palm oil mills, consisting of 8 steps: Step 1: Grading and sorting fresh palm fruit and palm bunches; Step 2: Cleaning palm fruit and fresh palm bunches to remove impurities such as soil and others using high-pressure water jets; Step 3: Stopping the free fatty acid formation reaction using a centrifuge; Step 4: Separating palm fruit from palm bunches; Step 5: Separating the components of the palm fruit using a 3-stage centrifuge, resulting in a thick liquid mixture consisting of water, oil, fiber, and palm pulp; Step 6: Removing palm fibers from the thick liquid; Step 7: Separating the oil from the thick liquid; Step 8: Cleaning and dehumidifying the oil. This process can increase the OER from the original 15-18% to 20-26%.

A process to increase the oil extraction rate (OER) for standard extraction plants consists of the following steps: Step 1: Grading and sorting of palm fruit and fresh palm bunches; Step 2: Cleaning palm fruit and fresh palm bunches with high-pressure water jets; Step 3: Inhibiting the free fatty acid formation reaction in palm fruit using heat selected from steam heating methods at temperatures of 100-140 degrees Celsius and pressures of 1-3.Step 4: Separating palm fruit from the palm bunch using a centrifuge. Step 5: Separating the palm fruit components from the bunch using a centrifuge. This process yields a thick liquid composed of oil, water, fiber, and palm flesh, mixed together homogeneously, using a centrifuge set at a temperature of 45-100 degrees Celsius and atmospheric pressure. Step 6: Extracting palm fibers from the concentrated liquid. Step 7: Separating the oil from the concentrated liquid using hot water at 80-90 degrees Celsius, at a ratio of 1 kg of concentrated liquid to 10 kg of hot water in a settling tank containing hot water at a temperature of 80-90 degrees Celsius. Step 8: Cleaning the oil and reducing moisture content using a vacuum evaporator, resulting in moisture and impurities not exceeding 0.1-0.2%, free fatty acid (FFA) not exceeding 0.25-5%, and DOBI not lower than 2.3-2.82%.The process for increasing the oil extraction rate (OER) for standard extraction plants, as per Patent 1, involves three steps in the separation of palm fruit components: Step 1: Separating the palm fruit using a centrifuge; Step 2: Removing the thick liquid containing oil, water, fiber, and palm pulp from the centrifuge; Step 3: Removing any remaining kernel and fiber from the centrifuge.
