FUSED BICYCLIC HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS AS CCR4 MODULATORS

Abstract

This disclosure provides fused bicyclic heterocyclic compounds and their derivatives of Formula (I), which are therapeutically useful as CCR4 modulators. These compounds are useful in the treatment and / or prevention of diseases and / or disorders that respond to modulation of CCR4 activity. The compounds in this disclosure are especially useful for treating cancer and inflammatory diseases and disorders. This disclosure also provides processes for preparing the compounds and pharmaceutical formulations comprising at least one of the compounds in Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof.
