Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a housing and a charging station with such a housing.
[0002] With the increasing number of electric vehicles on the roads, an infrastructure for charging their energy storage devices must also be provided. Charging stations are being set up at gas stations, rest areas, and even in urban areas where electric vehicles can be charged. Especially in urban areas, charging stations can also be installed on lampposts and walls, with an additional housing for charging electronics being mounted on a lamppost or wall to form the charging station.
[0003] The installed charging stations must comply with the Technical Connection Requirements (TAB). These require, among other things, that two independent groups of people have access to the charging station: for example, employees of the company that operates the charging station and employees of the utility company that provides the electrical energy.
[0004] DE 602 07 485 T2 discloses a lockable door handle with two locks. DE 602 00 739 T2 discloses a locking device for a door handle with a built-in combination lock.
[0005] The invention is based on the object of creating a housing and a charging station which allow separate access for two groups of people.
[0006] The object is achieved according to the invention by a housing having the features of patent claim 1 and a charging station having the features of patent claim 9. Advantageous embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
[0007] In particular, a housing is provided, comprising a first housing part and a second housing part, and a locking device for mechanically locking the first housing part to the second housing part in a closed state of the housing, wherein the locking device has a first locking device and a second locking device, wherein the first locking device and the second locking device can be closed from an outside of the housing by means of different locking elements, and wherein each locking device can effect an unlocking of the housing independently of the other locking device.
[0008] Furthermore, a charging station for an electric vehicle is provided, comprising at least one such housing.
[0009] The inventive solution makes it possible for two groups of people to have independent access to the housing without these groups of people needing to have the same locking element, for example, the same key. The housing can be opened by both groups of people, each of whom can use their own locking element, so that, in particular, the charging electronics and the charging station are accessible to both groups of people independently of each other and can, in particular, be maintained and repaired. For example, in the case of a charging station, both employees of an operating company and employees of a utility company can open the housing and subsequently perform maintenance and / or repairs.
[0010] The housing serves in particular to accommodate charging electronics, in particular control electronics for controlling the charging process and / or consumption billing, of the charging station. In particular, it is provided that the first housing part and the second housing part, in a closed state, at least partially enclose charging electronics arranged in the housing. The housing can therefore have recesses in or on which electronic components, such as an interface and / or a display and / or operating device, are arranged. The housing is attached, for example, to a wall or a lamppost. The housing is made in particular of metal, but can in principle also be made partly or entirely of another material, for example of a suitable plastic.
[0011] The locking device can, for example, comprise at least one locking element. Such a locking element can, for example, be a latching element, such as a latching tongue, or a lock latch with an associated recess. The two locking devices are then designed, arranged, and mechanically connected to the locking elements in such a way that the locking element(s) can be moved from a locking position to an unlocking position by closing one of the two locking devices, thereby unlocking the housing parts. This can be made possible, in particular, by mutually independent mechanical operative connections with the two locking devices. Unlocking can then be carried out by both locking devices independently of one another, since each of the locking devices can effect the unlocking independently. For example, it can be provided that a locking tongue or a lock latch is moved and unlocked by a closing movement of one of the two locking devices. In the case of an inclined latch used as a lock latch, this inclined latch can, for example, be moved away from a recess by the closing movement of one of the two locking devices through a mechanical operative connection of the respective closing locking device, thereby unlocking the housing.
[0012] When using an inclined latch, it is also possible to provide mechanical spring elements which enable locking even when the housing is open but the locking devices themselves are in the locked state.
[0013] In addition to the examples mentioned, other designs of the locking device are also possible. In principle, the use of both mechanical and electromechanical and / or magnetic components is possible. For example, the locking devices can generate an electrical pulse upon closing, which controls a relay that, when activated, causes unlocking, for example, by moving a locking tongue or a lock latch or another locking element.
[0014] According to the invention, the first locking device is arranged in or on the first housing part and the second locking device is arranged in the second housing part. This allows for a space-saving distribution of the locking device between the two housing parts.
[0015] In a further embodiment, at least one of the two locking devices is designed as a lock, which can be locked using an associated key as a locking element. The lock can be connected, for example, to the at least one locking element via mechanical operative connections.
[0016] In one embodiment, the first locking device and the second locking device each comprise at least one hook element, wherein the hook elements engage with one another in a locked state and thereby prevent the housing from opening. However, if one hook element is moved away from the other hook element so that the hook elements no longer engage with one another, the housing can be unlocked and opened. Since this is possible with both the one and the other hook element, the housing can be unlocked independently of one another by two different groups of people. In particular, one hook element is arranged on each housing part. This embodiment enables a simple design of the locking device.
[0017] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the two locking devices are each designed as a lock, which can be locked using associated keys as locking elements. The hook elements are each arranged on and connected to the locks in such a way that a rotational movement of the associated key can rotate the respective hook element from a locking position to an unlocking position. In particular, the hook elements are each directly connected to a rotatable locking cylinder of the locks, so that the rotational movement of the key directly causes a rotational movement of the hook element. The locking device can thus be designed to be particularly simple and compact.
[0018] In one embodiment, at least one lock is designed as a pin lock. However, in principle, other types of locks, such as disc locks or dimple locks, can also be used.
[0019] In a further embodiment, the housing parts are connected to one another via at least one hinge, so that the housing can be opened in an unlocked state. For example, the first housing part and the second housing part can be connected to one another at an upper side via the hinge. The locking device with the first and second locking devices is then arranged on an underside of the housing parts.
[0020] After unlocking, the housing can then be opened by folding the first housing part upwards from the second housing part. In particular, the first housing part remains connected to the second housing part even when unfolded, making closing the housing easier because the housing parts no longer need to be aligned with each other.
[0021] In an alternative embodiment, the housing has at least one welding stud. This welding stud is formed on one of the housing parts (first or second housing part) and engages in at least one recess formed on the other housing part (correspondingly, second or first housing part). When the housing is closed, the at least one welding stud and the at least one recess engage with each other. When the housing is opened, one housing part can be removed from the other housing part at a specific opening angle by unhooking the at least one recess from the welding stud.
[0022] In another alternative embodiment, the housing can also be designed without a hinge or weld studs. This has the advantage that the housing can be opened even when the charging plug is plugged in. This is particularly useful when the (automatic) locking and unlocking of the charging plug does not work, but access to the charging electronics is still desired. After unlocking, the second housing part can then be moved along the plugged-in charging plug without first removing the charging plug.
[0023] In one embodiment, the housing parts have guide elements that enable guided closing of the housing parts. The guide elements are arranged in particular in an area around the locking device or the first locking device and the second locking device, so that these are moved towards each other in a guided manner when the housing is closed and are not damaged by the closing. Furthermore, the guide elements ensure that the housing parts cannot be moved against each other in the closed state and the locking device is thus protected against mechanical stress. If, for example, hook elements are provided, the guide elements ensure that the hook elements are fixed in their position, so that secure locking and unlocking is possible at any time.
[0024] In a further embodiment, the guide elements are designed as a guide plate and a complementary recess. In particular, the guide plate is arranged on one of the housing parts, and the complementary recess is arranged on the other housing part. Several guide means can also be provided, each designed as a guide plate and a complementary recess.
[0025] In a further embodiment, it is provided that the at least one guide plate has rounded corners, which allow easier insertion of the at least one guide plate into the at least one recess when closing the housing.
[0026] The invention will be explained in more detail below using preferred embodiments with reference to the figures. Fig. 1 a schematic representation of an embodiment of the housing for accommodating charging electronics of a charging station for an electric vehicle; Fig. 2 a schematic representation of a subpage of the Fig. 1 shown embodiment of the housing; Fig. 3a is a schematic representation of an inside of the first housing part of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shown embodiment to illustrate the invention; Fig. 3b is a schematic representation of an outer side of the first housing part of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shown embodiment to illustrate the invention; Fig. 3c is a schematic representation of an inside of the second housing part of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shown embodiment to illustrate the invention; Fig. 3d a schematic representation of an outer side of the second housing part of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shown embodiment to illustrate the invention; Fig. 4 a schematic representation of the inner sides of the first and second housing parts in the assembled and locked state; Fig. 5a a schematic representation of an embodiment of a guide element in the form of a guide plate; Fig. 5b a schematic representation of an arrangement of the guide plate in an embodiment of the second housing part.
[0027] In Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of the housing 1 for accommodating charging electronics of a charging station for an electric vehicle. Fig. 2 shows a subpage 10 of the Fig. 1 shown embodiment of the housing 1. The housing 1 is mounted, for example, on a lamppost of a lantern or on a wall.
[0028] The housing 1 comprises a first housing part 2 and a second housing part 3. In the application case, charging electronics of a charging station are arranged in the housing 1. The charging electronics are protected by the housing 1, for example, against external tampering and / or against the weather. In the illustration shown, however, for the sake of clarity, the housing 1 is shown without such charging electronics. The first housing part 2 and the second housing part 3, when closed, at least partially enclose the charging electronics arranged in the housing 1. The housing 1 has a plurality of cutouts 4 on the first housing part 2, which are provided, for example, for a charging socket and / or a display and operating device, etc.
[0029] The first housing part 2 and the second housing part 3 are connected to one another at an upper side 15, for example via a hinge, so that the first housing part 2 can be folded away from the second housing part 3 and convenient access to the charging electronics is enabled without the first housing part 2 having to be completely removed from the second housing part 3.
[0030] Alternatively, the housing 1 can also be designed without a hinge. This has the advantage that the housing 1 can be opened even when the charging plug is plugged in. This is particularly useful when the (automatic) locking and unlocking of the charging plug does not work, but access to the charging electronics is still desired. After unlocking, the second housing part 2 can then be moved along the plugged-in charging plug without first removing the charging plug.
[0031] The housing 1 further comprises a locking device 5 for mechanically locking the first housing part 2 to the second housing part 3 when the housing 1 is closed. The locking device 5 comprises a first locking device 6 and a second locking device 7. The first locking device 6 and the second locking device 7 can be closed from an outside of the housing 1 using different locking elements. Each locking device 6, 7 allows the housing 1 to be unlocked independently of the other locking device 6, 7.
[0032] The Fig. 3a to 3d show the locking device 5 of the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 shown embodiment of the housing 1 in detail. Fig. 3a shows a schematic representation of an inner side 11 of the first housing part 2, Fig. 3b shows a schematic representation of an outer side 12 of the first housing part 2. Fig. 3c shows a schematic representation of an inner side 13 of the second housing part 3, Fig. 3d shows a schematic representation of an outer side 14 of the second housing part 3.
[0033] The first locking device 6 is designed as a lock and comprises a hook element 8, which can be rotated by a rotational movement of a key inserted into the lock. The second locking device 7 is also designed as a lock and also comprises a hook element 9, which can be rotated by a rotational movement of a key inserted into the lock. The locks can be designed, for example, as pin locks. The hook elements 8, 9 can both be rotated from a respective locking position to an unlocking position using the respective key.
[0034] In the closed state of the housing 1, i.e. when the first housing part 2 is plugged onto the second housing part 3, the hook elements 8, 9 are arranged complementarily to one another. This allows the hook elements 8, 9 to be brought into engagement with one another, enabling locking of the hook elements 8, 9, in particular by positive locking. The locked state is shown schematically in the Fig. 4, in which the inner sides 11, 13 of the first housing part 2 and the second housing part 3 are shown in the assembled state.
[0035] If the housing 1 is locked in the closed state, the housing 1 can be unlocked both by turning the hook element 8 of the first locking device 6 and independently by turning the hook element 9 of the second locking device 7. This allows two different groups of people to access the charging electronics arranged in the housing 1 without requiring them to have the same key as the locking element.
[0036] In Fig. 5a shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of a guide element 16 in the form of a guide plate 17. The Fig. 5b shows a schematic representation of an arrangement of the guide plate 17 in an embodiment of the second housing part 3.
[0037] The guide plate 17 has a circular recess 18 through which a locking cylinder 20 of the second locking device 7 projects when arranged in the second housing part 3.
[0038] The guide plate 17 has rounded corners 23 on an upper side 22. These rounded corners 23 are provided with a recess 21 (cf. Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b) of the first housing part 2. This allows for easier insertion of the at least one guide plate 17 into the at least one recess 21 when closing the housing.
