Abstract
Description
[Technical field of the invention]
[0001] The present invention relates to a dual release actuator for a vehicle seat, more specifically a dual release actuator for a vehicle seat that releases a walk-in latch that prevents the seat from sliding back and forth and a folder lock latch that prevents the seat back from tilting. [Technical field of the invention]
[0002] Generally, in vehicles such as SUVs or RVs (camper vans) equipped with three or more rows of seats, the following two functions are provided: a walk-in function, which slides the second-row seats of each entire seat forward so that passengers can easily get in and out from the rear, and a folding function, which rotates and folds a seatback forward to load cargo.
[0003] To enable the walk-through and tilt-up functions, a general second-row seat is designed so that the seat can slide forward and backward on the seat rail, and the seatback can be tilted forward or backward. And then, when the seat slide and tilt adjustment are completed, since the seat and seatback are locked by a walk-through lock and a tilt-up lock, the seat slide position and seatback tilt angle are fixed.
[0004] That is, a walk-in lock and a hinged lock are built into the seat, allowing the seat to be moved and the seatback to be tilted after the walk-in lock and the hinged lock are released.
[0005] Inside the seat, a walk-in lock release actuator and a flip-up lock release actuator are separately installed, and the walk-in lock is connected to the walk-in lock release actuator by a cable, and the flip-up lock is connected to the flip-up lock release actuator by a cable.
[0006] When a user wants to use the walk-in function of a seat or the folding function of a seatback, a switch is pressed to drive an actuator from the walk-in lock release actuator and the fold-out lock release actuator. After that, a lock is unlocked by pulling a cable of any one of the walk-in lock release actuators and the fold-out lock release actuators. Then, the seat is slid back and forth or the seatback is tilted. When the switch is released, a cable of any one of the actuators is retracted to its original position by the elastic force of a spring provided in any one of the actuators, thereby returning any one of the locks to a locked state.
[0007] Recently, a dual release actuator is being developed which is provided with both cables, one cable connected to the walk-in lock and the other cable connected to the hinged lock.
[0008] As an example of the dual release actuator, KR 10 2020 0 062 734 A (hereinafter referred to as “state of the art”) discloses a “dual release actuator for a vehicle seat”.
[0009] The prior art includes the following parts: an actuator; a first gear that rotates through the actuator; a second gear that meshes with the first gear and rotates; a reduction part that outputs the rotational force of the second gear in a reduced state; a drum support in which a first guide line and a second guide line are formed so as to be spaced apart from each other along a circumferential direction and which is rotated by the reduction part; a first cable, one end of which is connected to a walk-in lock that selectively restricts walk-in movement of a seat, and the other end of which is arranged to be able to move along the first guide line, thereby moving the walk-in lock to the lock release position due to rotation of the drum support in the first direction;and a second cable, one end of which is connected to the hinged lock that selectively restricts a hinged movement of a seat, and the other end of which is arranged to move along the second guide line, thereby moving the hinged lock to the lock release position due to rotation of the second direction of the drum support;
[0010] However, when the prior art is installed in a vehicle that provides a function for simultaneously moving the walk-in lock and the hinged lock to the lock release position, a separate distributor is connected to one of the first cable and the second cable. Since the distributor is provided with two output cables, the two output cables are sequentially connected to the walk-in lock and the hinged lock. If the distributor is pulled while connecting one of the first cable and the second cable, the walk-in lock and the hinged lock can be released simultaneously.
[0011] Therefore, in the prior art, since the distributor must be separately provided so as to be installed in a vehicle that provides a function by which the walk-in lock and the flip-up lock are simultaneously moved to the lock release position, there is a problem that its installation work on the vehicle is cumbersome.
[0012] Furthermore, since in the prior art, a reduction part is composed of a sun gear, a ring gear, and a plurality of planetary gears and is provided with the drum carrier, there is still a problem that weights and costs have increased due to a plurality of components.
[0013] Furthermore, in the prior art, since the first cable and the second cable are provided together on one side of the drum support, there is a problem that twisting and slackening of the first cable and the second cable have occurred when the drum support is repeatedly rotated in one direction and in another direction. [State of the art]
[0014] Document DE 10 2017 204 679 A1 relates to a release actuator for a vehicle seat, which comprises a gear that can be rotated in one direction or in another direction by receiving a rotational force from a motor. The gear further comprises sliding grooves formed in both surfaces of the gear and having a predetermined length.
[0015] The publication KR 10 2021 0 140 928 A concerns a double release actuator for a vehicle seat.
[0016] The document KR 10 2020 0 062 734 A aims to provide a double release actuator for a vehicle seat in order to simplify the walking and folding structure of the seat and to improve design freedom and space utilization.
[0017] The publication of the international patent application WO 2016 / 134746 A1 relates to an actuator configured for use in vehicles, which offers the user greater comfort when releasing a lock, while at the same time having good efficiency and offering flexibility with regard to the position where the actuating mechanism can be mounted. [Content of the invention][Technical problem]
[0018] An object of the present invention is to provide a dual release actuator for a vehicle seat that can release a walk-in latch and a flip-up latch simultaneously without connecting a separate distributor.
[0019] Another object to be achieved by the present invention is to provide a dual release actuator for a vehicle seat in which a minimum number of gears is used, thereby reducing weight and cost, and preventing twisting and sagging of cables since each cable is arranged separately on both sides of the worm gear.
[0020] The objects of the present invention are not limited to the objects mentioned above, and other objects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description. [Technical solution]
[0021] To achieve the above object, a dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention is composed of the following parts: a motor, a worm wheel, a worm gear, a first lock release cable, a second lock release cable, and a third lock release cable. The worm wheel is combined with a rotation axis of the motor. The worm gear meshes with the worm wheel. A first disc portion is protrudingly formed on the center of one side surface of the worm gear. A second disc portion is protrudingly formed on the center of the other side surface of the worm gear. The first lock release cable is wound or unwound on the outer peripheral surface of the first disc portion when the worm gear rotates in one direction. The second lock release cable is wound or unwound along with the first lock release cable onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disc member when the worm gear rotates in one direction. The third lock release cable is wound or unwound onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disc member when the worm gear rotates in another direction.
[0022] Furthermore, it has been recognized that an arcuate first sliding guide groove is formed on a side surface of the first disc part, and that an arcuate second sliding guide groove is formed on a side surface of the second disc part. The second cable tube may be arranged to project outwardly of the worm gear receiving portion. The second cable tube may guide the second lock release cable. An end portion of the third cable tube may be combined with the second output. The third cable tube may be arranged to project outwardly of the worm gear receiving portion. The third cable conduit can carry the third cable to release the lock.
[0031] In the dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention, a cable duct combination unit may be further constructed. In the cable duct combination unit, the first cable duct and the second cable duct may be installed at the first exit. The second cable sleeving combination part may be arranged parallel to the first cable sleeving combination part. An end portion of the second cable sleeving may be combined with an inner side of the second cable sleeving combination part.
[0032] A circular insertion groove of the first disc part and a linear third cable guide groove may be formed in the cover. An end part of the first disc part can be rotatably arranged by being inserted into the insertion groove of the first disc part. By having the third cable guide groove extend from the insertion groove of the first disc part to the first exit, the first lock release cable and the second lock release cable can be guided to the first exit. An insertion groove of the first projection can be formed in the center of the first disk part. The projection of the first rotation axis can be inserted into the insertion groove of the first projection. An insertion groove of the second projection can be formed in the center of the second disk part. The projection of the second rotation axis can be inserted into the insertion groove of the second projection. A rotation axis of the worm gear can be formed on the worm gear. One end of the rotational axis of the worm gear can be protruded from the center of the insertion groove of the first projection. One end of the rotational axis of the worm gear can be rotatably mounted by being inserted into the insertion groove of the first rotational axis. The other end of the rotational axis of the worm gear can be protruded from the center of the insertion groove of the second projection. The other end of the rotational axis of the worm gear can be rotatably mounted by being inserted into the insertion groove of the second rotational axis.
[0034] The first exit and the second exit can be opened in the same direction.
[0035] An annular spring insertion groove may be formed on one side surface of the worm gear, surrounding the first disc part. [0037] A stop groove can also be formed in the cover in the radial direction on the outside of the fastening groove of the first stop axis and the fastening groove of the second stop axis. An arcuate stop protrusion can also be formed on a side surface of the worm gear in the radial direction on the outside of the spring insertion groove. The stop protrusion can prevent rotation of the worm gear when the worm gear rotates at maximum speed in both directions by being inserted into the stop groove.
[0038] Further embodiments are contained in the detailed description and the drawings. [Effects of the invention]
[0039] In a dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention, there is an effect that since a first lock release cable and a second lock release cable are arranged on one side surface of a worm gear, and a third lock release cable is arranged on the other side surface of the worm gear, without connecting a separate distributor, the actuator can release a walk-in lock and a pop-up lock at the same time using the first lock release cable and the second lock release cable.
[0040] Furthermore, since in the dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention, only two gears, ie, a worm wheel and a worm gear, are used as the operating gears for releasing the lock, there is another effect that weights and costs can be reduced.
[0041] Furthermore, in the dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention, there is still another effect that twisting and slackening of the first lock release cable, the second lock release cable, and the third lock release cable can be prevented because a first lock release cable and a second lock release cable are arranged on one side surface of a worm gear and a third lock release cable is arranged on the other side surface of the worm gear.
[0042] Furthermore, the dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention can be installed in various types of vehicles, wherein a first cable tube and a second cable tube are installed in the housing through the cable tube combination unit, since the first cable tube and the second cable tube in a suitable shape for a position of the walk-in lock and the flip-up lock can be used in combination with the cable tube combination unit.
[0043] The effects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned effects, and other effects not mentioned above can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Detailed description of the invention]
[0045] A dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings.
[0046] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a dual release actuator for a vehicle seat according to the present invention; Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the other side of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of Fig. 1; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the other side of Fig. 3.
[0047] Referring to the Fig. 1 to 4, a dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to the present invention can be installed on a seat frame provided in a vehicle seat and can release a walk-in latch and a pop-up latch described in the background of the invention. The dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to the present invention can include a motor 100 and a housing 200.
[0048] A motor 100 may be a drive source for the actuator 1. The motor 100 may be an electric motor powered by electrical energy. The motor 100 may be installed protruding from the outside of the housing 200.
[0049] The housing 200 may include a box 210 and a cover 220.
[0050] The worm gear 300 and the worm gear 400 can be housed inside the box 210. Here, the worm gear 300 can be combined with the rotational axis 110 of the motor 100, and the worm gear 400 can mesh with the worm gear 300.
[0051] The box 210 may include a worm gear receiving portion 210A that receives the worm gear 300 and a worm gear receiving portion 210B that receives the worm gear 400.
[0052] The motor 100 can be installed on the outside of the worm gear receiving part 210A. The motor 100 can be fixed to the worm gear receiving part 210A by a plurality of screws. A rotation axis 110 of the motor 100 can be rotatably installed inside the worm gear receiving part 210A. The rotation axis 110 of the motor 100 can be rotatably installed inside the worm gear receiving part 210A by means of a plurality of bearings. The worm gear 300 can be installed on an outer peripheral surface of the rotation axis 110 of the motor 100.
[0053] A plurality of gear teeth meshing with the worm gear 300 may be formed on the entire outer peripheral surface of the worm gear 400. However, a plurality of gear teeth meshing with the worm gear 300 may be formed along a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the worm gear 400. A gear engagement hole 212 may be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the worm gear receiving portion 210B, communicating with the inner peripheral surface of the worm gear receiving portion 210A. The gear teeth of the worm gear 300 received in the worm gear receiving portion 210A and the gear teeth of the worm gear 400 received in the worm gear receiving portion 210B may mesh with each other through the gear engagement hole 212.
[0054] One side of the worm gear receiving part 210B may be open. The worm gear receiving part 210B may be formed in a tubular shape with an open side. A cover 220 may cover the open side of the worm gear receiving part 210B. The cover 220 may be formed in a plate shape that covers an open side of the worm gear receiving part 210B.
[0055] A first lock release cable 500, a second lock release cable 550, and a third lock release cable 600 may be installed in the worm gear 400. Here, the first lock release cable 500 may be connected to the walk-in lock described in the background art, the second lock release cable 550 may be connected to the hinged lock described in the background art, and the third lock release cable 600 may be connected to the hinged lock. That is, when the walk-through lock is pulled by the first lock release cable 500, a lock on the seat's sliding back and forth can be released, and when the flip-up lock is pulled by the second lock release cable 550 or the third lock release cable 600, a lock on the seatback's folding can be released. Of course, the third lock release cable 600 can be connected to the walk-through lock. That is, the third lock release cable 600 can be connected to one of the walk-through lock and the flip-up lock.
[0056] A rotational axis 110 of the motor 100 can be rotated in both directions. When the rotational axis 110 of the motor 100 rotates in one direction, the worm wheel 300 is rotated in one direction together with the rotational axis 110 of the motor 100, and the worm gear 400 is rotated by the worm wheel 300 rotating in one direction, and as a result, a lock can be released by pressing the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 together onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disk part 410 (see Fig. 6 and Fig. 7) are wound up, they pull the walk-in lock and the hinged lock simultaneously. In addition, when the rotational axis 110 of the motor 100 is rotated in the other direction, the worm wheel 300 is rotated in the other direction together with the rotational axis 110 of the motor 100, and the worm gear 400 is rotated in the other direction by the worm wheel 300 rotating in a different direction, and as a result, a lock can be released by pressing the third lock release cable 600 onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disk part 420 (see Fig. 8 and Fig. 9), it pulls the hinged lock and the walk-in lock simultaneously. This allows the weight of the worm gear 400 to be reduced because multiple grooves are formed on the side surfaces of the first disc part 410 and the second disc part 420, respectively.
[0057] A plurality of first fixing ribs 211 may be protruded on the outer peripheral surface of the worm gear receiving part 210B, and a plurality of second fixing ribs 221 corresponding to each of the plurality of first fixing ribs 211 may be protruded on the outer periphery of the cover 220.
[0058] The cover 220 can be fixed to the plurality of first fixing ribs 211 by the plurality of fixing bolts 5 that penetrate through the plurality of second fixing ribs 221, respectively. Specifically, the plurality of fixing bolts 5 can be fixed by penetrating through fixing holes (not indicated in the list of reference symbols) formed on the plurality of second fixing ribs 221, respectively, and then inserted into fixing grooves (not indicated in the list of reference symbols) formed on the plurality of first fixing ribs 211, respectively. Thus, the cover 220 can be combined with the worm gear receiving part 210B by covering an open side of the worm gear receiving part 210B.
[0059] The following describes in detail a structure by which the first lock release cable 500, the second lock release cable 550, and the third lock release cable 600 are installed in the worm gear 400, the cover 220, and the housing 200.
[0060] Fig. 5 is a cutaway perspective view of Fig. 1; Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of the Fig. 3 shown worm gear; Fig. 7 is a view of a side surface of the Fig. 6 shown worm gear.
[0061] With reference to Fig. 5 to 7, a first disc portion 410 may be formed protrudingly on the center of a side surface of the worm gear 400. An arcuate first sliding guide groove 411 may be formed on a side surface of the first disc portion 410.
[0062] The end of the first lock release cable 500 and the end of the second lock release cable 550 may be connected to a first slider 510 by die-casting. The first slider 510 may be movably disposed by inserting it into the first slide guide groove 411. Since the first slider 510 is formed in a cylindrical shape, noise generation can be minimized.
[0063] The first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 can be wound or unwound onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disk part 410 when the worm gear 400 is rotated in one direction. For example, as shown in Fig. 7, when the worm gear 400 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 are wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disc part 410, and when the worm gear 400 is rotated in the clockwise direction, the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 can be unwound onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disc part 410.
[0064] An arcuate first cable guide groove 412 may also be formed on a side surface of the first disc part 410. The first cable guide groove 412 may extend from one end of the first slide guide groove 411 to an outer peripheral surface of the first disc part 410. The first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 may be movably arranged by being inserted into the first cable guide groove 412. The first slider 510 cannot move inside the first cable guide groove 412 because it has a larger diameter than the first cable guide groove 412.
[0065] The first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 may come out at a position toward the outside of the circumference of the worm gear 400 that is closer to the other end of the first sliding guide groove 411 than to one end of the first sliding guide groove 411.
[0066] When the motor 100 is not actuated, the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 may be arranged in a state where they are wound on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the first disk part 410. This can prevent the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 from being twisted when the worm gear 400 rotates.
[0067] Fig. 8 is a perspective view of the other side of Fig. 6; Fig. 9 is a view of the other side surface of the Fig. 8 shown worm gear.
[0068] With reference to Fig. 5, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, a second disc portion 420 may be formed protrudingly on the center of the other side surface of the worm gear 400. An arcuate second sliding guide groove 421 may be formed on one side surface of the second disc portion 420.
[0069] A second slider 610 may be connected to the end of the third lock release cable 600 by a die-casting process. The second slider 610 may be movably mounted by inserting it into the second slide guide groove 421. Since the second slider 610 is formed in a cylindrical shape, noise generation can be minimized.
[0070] When the worm gear 400 is rotated in a different direction, the third cable can be wound or unwound onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disk part 420 to release the lock 600. For example, as shown in Fig. 9, when the worm gear 400 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the third lock release cable 600 can be wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disc part 420, and when the worm gear 400 is rotated in the clockwise direction, the third lock release cable 600 can be unwound onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disc part 420.
[0071] An arcuate second cable guide groove may also be formed on a side surface of the second disc part 420. The second cable guide groove may extend from one end of the second slide guide groove 421 to an outer peripheral surface of the second disc part 420. The third lock release cable 600 may be movably arranged by being inserted into the second cable guide groove. The second slider 610 cannot move inside the second cable guide groove because it has a larger diameter than the second cable guide groove.
[0072] The third lock release cable 600 may come out at a position toward the outside of the circumference of the worm gear 400 that is closer to the other end of the second sliding guide groove 421 than to one end of the second sliding guide groove 421.
[0073] The second sliding guide groove 421 may be positioned on the opposite side of the first sliding guide groove 411. That is, the first sliding guide groove 411 and the second sliding guide groove 421 may be positioned opposite each other.
[0074] A direction in which the third lock release cable 600 is wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disk part 420 may be an opposite direction to that in which the first lock release cable 500 is wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disk part 410. That is, a direction in which the first lock release cable 500 is wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disk part 410 and a direction in which the third lock release cable 600 is wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disk part 420 may be opposite to each other.
[0075] When the motor 100 is not actuated, the third lock release cable 600 may be arranged in a state where it is wound on a part of the outer peripheral surface of the first disk part 410. This can prevent the third lock release cable 600 from being twisted when the worm gear 400 rotates.
[0076] Meanwhile, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, when the worm gear 400 is rotated counterclockwise by the driving force of the motor 100, the first lock release cable 500 is wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disc part 410. At this time, the second slider 610 of the third lock release cable 600 is moved along the second slide guide groove 421 and can prevent the third lock release cable 600 from being twisted. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, when the worm gear 400 is rotated clockwise by the driving force of the motor 100, the third lock release cable 600 is wound onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disc part 420. At this time, the first slider 510 of the first lock release cable 500 is moved along the first slide guide groove 411 and can prevent the first lock release cable 500 from being twisted.
[0077] Referring to the Fig. 6 to Fig. 9, an annular spring insertion groove 430 surrounding the first disc part 410 may be formed on a side surface of the worm gear 400. An annular coil spring 800 may be inserted into the spring insertion groove 430. Since when the worm gear 400 is rotated in both directions by the driving force of the motor 100, the coil spring 800 is compressed by the first stop axis 460 and the second stop axis 470, an elastic force can be generated, and when the motor 100 is stopped, the elastic force can rotate the worm gear 400 back to its original position.
[0078] An arcuate guide hole of the first stop axis 431 and an arcuate guide hole of the second stop axis 432 may be formed in the spring insertion groove 430. The guide hole of the first stop axis 431 may pass through the other side surface of the worm gear 400. The guide hole of the second stop axis 432 may be located on the opposite side of the guide hole of the first stop axis 431 based on the center of the worm gear 400. That is, the guide hole of the first stop axis 431 and the guide hole of the second stop axis 432 may be located on the opposite sides of the center of the worm gear 400.
[0079] The first stop shaft 460 can penetrate the spring insertion groove 430, the coil spring 800, and the first stop shaft guide hole 431. Both ends of the first stop shaft 460 can be fixed to the worm gear receiving part 210B of the box 210 and the cover 220, respectively. The first stop shaft 460 can stop the rotation of the worm gear 400 when the worm gear 400 is rotated to the maximum in both directions. Furthermore, the first stop shaft 460 can generate the elastic force by compressing the coil spring 800 when the worm gear 400 is rotated to the maximum in both directions.
[0080] The second stop shaft 470 can penetrate the spring insertion groove 430, the coil spring 800, and the second stop shaft guide hole 432. Both ends of the second stop shaft 470 can be fixed to the worm gear receiving part 210B of the box 210 and the cover 220, respectively. The second stop shaft 470 can stop the rotation of the worm gear 400 when the worm gear 400 is rotated to the maximum in both directions. Furthermore, the second stop shaft 760 can generate the elastic force by compressing the coil spring 800 when the worm gear 400 is rotated to the maximum in both directions.
[0081] Fig. 10 is an enlarged view of the Fig. 4 shown cover, and Fig. 11 is an enlarged view of the Fig. 3 box shown.
[0082] With reference to Fig. 3 to 5 and Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, a first exit 215, which is an exit for the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550, and a second exit 216, which is an exit for the third lock release cable 600, can be formed in the worm gear receiving part 210B of the box 210. The first exit 215 and the second exit 216 can be opened in the same direction.
[0083] The cover 220 may further cover an open side of the first exit 215 and an open side of the second exit 216.
[0084] An exit determination groove 225 and an exit determination projection 226 may be formed in the cover 220.
[0085] The exit determining groove 225 can determine the first exit 215 by being formed in a part covering an opened side of the first exit 215.
[0086] The exit designating protrusion 226 may be formed in a part covering an opened side of the second exit 216, and by being inserted into an opened side of the second exit 216, it may designate the second exit 216.
[0087] The first exit 215, which is determined by the exit-determining groove 225, may be closer to the cover 220 than the second exit 216, which is determined by the exit-determining projection 226.
[0088] Each end portion of the first cable sleeve 520 and the second cable sleeve 570 may be combined with the first outlet 215. A first combination groove may be formed on outer peripheral surfaces of each end portion of the first cable sleeve 520 and the second cable sleeve 570, and a first combination protrusion may be formed on the inner side surface of the first outlet 215 to be inserted into the combination groove and combined therewith. However, in this embodiment, the first cable sleeve 520 and the second cable sleeve 570 are installed at the first outlet 215 through the cable sleeve combination unit 900, but they may also be installed directly at the first outlet 215 without the cable sleeve combination unit 900.
[0089] The first cable conduit 520 and the second cable conduit 570 may be arranged to project outward from the worm gear receiving portion 210B. The first cable conduit 520 may carry the first cable for releasing the lock 500, and the second cable conduit 570 may carry the second cable for releasing the lock 550.
[0090] The first cable conduit 520 can extend toward the walk-in lock and can be configured in a straight line or arcuate shape. The second cable conduit 570 can extend toward the hinged lock and can be configured in a straight line or arcuate shape.
[0091] An end portion of the third cable sleeve 620 may be combined with the second exit 216. A second combination groove may be formed on an outer peripheral surface of an end portion of the third cable sleeve 620, and a second combination protrusion may be formed on the inner side surface of the second exit 216, which is inserted into the combination groove and combined therewith. The third cable sleeve 620 may be formed to protrude outward from the worm gear receiving portion 210B. The third cable sleeve 620 may guide the third cable for releasing the lock 600. The third cable sleeve 620 may extend toward the hinged lock or the walk-in lock and may be formed in a straight line shape or an arc shape.
[0092] An insertion groove of the first disc part 223 and a third cable guide groove 224 may be formed in the cover 220.
[0093] An end portion of the first disc portion 410 of the worm gear 400 may be rotatably mounted by being inserted into the first insertion groove of the first disc portion 223. The first insertion groove of the first disc portion 223 may be circular.
[0094] By extending the third cable guide groove 224 from the insertion groove of the first disc part 223 to the first exit 215, the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 can be guided to the first exit 215. Therefore, the third cable guide groove 224 can prevent the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 from twisting when the worm gear 400 is rotated. The third cable guide groove 224 can be formed in a straight line shape.
[0095] An insertion groove of the second disc part 213 and a fourth cable guide groove 214 may be formed in the worm gear receiving part 210B of the box 210.
[0096] An end portion of the second disc portion 420 of the worm gear 400 can be rotatably mounted by being inserted into the insertion groove of the second disc portion 213. The insertion groove of the second disc portion 213 can be circular.
[0097] By extending the fourth cable guide groove 214 from the insertion groove of the second disc part 213 to the second output 216, the third lock release cable 600 can be guided to the second output 216. Thus, the fourth cable guide groove 214 can prevent the third lock release cable 600 from being twisted when the worm gear 400 rotates. The fourth cable guide groove 214 can be formed in a straight line shape.
[0098] A fastening groove of the first stop shaft 229A and a fastening groove of the second stop shaft 229B may be formed in the cover 220. One end of the first stop shaft 460 may be inserted and fixed into the fastening groove of the first stop shaft 229A. One end of the second stop shaft 470 may be inserted and fixed into the fastening groove of the second stop shaft 229B. A fastening groove of the third stop shaft 219A and a fastening groove of the fourth stop shaft 219B may be formed in the worm gear receiving part 210B of the box 210. The other end of the first stop shaft 460 may be inserted and fixed into the fastening groove of the third stop shaft 219A. The other end of the second stop shaft 470 may be inserted and fixed into the fastening groove of the fourth stop shaft 219B.
[0099] In the cover 220, a stop groove 229 may be formed further outward from the fastening groove of the first stop axis 229A and the fastening groove of the second stop axis 229B in the radial direction.
[0100] On one side of the worm gear 400, an arcuate stop projection 490 (see Fig. 6 and Fig. 7) that is inserted into the stop groove 229 of the cover 220 further outward from the spring insertion groove 430 in the radial direction. The stop protrusion 490 can prevent rotation of the worm gear 400 when the worm gear 400 rotates to its maximum in both directions.
[0101] Referring to the Fig. 5 to 11, a projection of the first rotation axis 227 may be protruded on the center of the insertion groove of the first disc part 223 of the cover 220, in which an insertion groove of the first rotation axis 227A is formed.
[0102] On the center of the insertion groove of the second disk part 213 of the worm gear receiving part 210B of the box 210, a projection of the second rotation axis 217 may be protruded, in which an insertion groove of the second rotation axis 217A is formed.
[0103] On the center of the first disc part 410 of the worm gear 400, an insertion groove of the first projection 415 may be formed, into which the projection of the first rotation axis 227 of the cover 220 is inserted.
[0104] On the center of the second disc part 420 of the worm gear 400, an insertion groove of the second projection 425 may be formed, into which the projection of the second rotation axis 217 of the cover 220 is inserted.
[0105] A worm gear rotation axis 450 may be formed in the worm gear 400. One end portion of the worm gear rotation axis 450 may be rotatably disposed to protrude from the center of the insertion groove of the first protrusion 415 and be inserted into the insertion groove of the first rotation axis 227A of the cover 220. The other end portion of the worm gear rotation axis 450 may be rotatably disposed to protrude from the center of the insertion groove of the second protrusion 425 and be inserted into the insertion groove of the second rotation axis 217A of the box 210.
[0106] Meanwhile, referring to the Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the first cable tube 520 and the second cable tube 570 are combined with the housing 200 by the cable tube combination unit 900. This will be explained below with reference to the Fig. 12 to Fig. 14 described.
[0107] Fig. Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing a state in which a first cable sleeve and a second cable sleeve inserted into the Fig. 1 to 4 are installed at the first outlet formed in the worm gear receiving part of the box through the cable hose combination unit. Fig. 13 is a perspective view of the Fig. 12 shown cable conduit combination unit. Fig. 14 is an exploded perspective view of the Fig. 12 shown cable conduit combination unit.
[0108] Referring to the Fig. 1 to 4 and Fig.11 to 14, a cable duct combination unit 900 may also be installed at the first outlet 215 of the worm gear receiving part 210B of the box 210. The first cable duct 520 and the second cable duct 570 may be installed at the first outlet 215 through the cable duct combination unit 900. That is, in the cable duct combination unit 900, the first cable duct 520 and the second cable duct 570 may be installed at the first outlet 215.
[0109] On one side of the cable sleeving combination unit 900, a box combination part 910 may be protruded, and on the other side of the cable sleeving combination unit 900, a first cable sleeving combination part 920 and a second cable sleeving combination part 930 may be protruded. Here, the first cable sleeving combination part 920 and the second cable sleeving combination part 930 may be arranged parallel to each other and formed in the same size and shape.
[0110] The box combination part 910 can be combined with the inner side of the first exit 215. For this purpose, combination grooves 911 can be continuously formed in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the box combination part 910, and combination protrusions (not shown in the list of reference numerals) can be formed on the inner side surface of the first exit 215, which are inserted into the combination grooves 911.
[0111] The first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 may be movably arranged by being inserted into the box combination part 910.
[0112] In the first cable sleeve combination part 920, an end portion of the first cable sleeve 520 may be combined with the inner side. For this purpose, combination grooves 521 may be continuously formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first cable sleeve 520 in the circumferential direction, and combination protrusions (not shown in the list of reference numerals) may be formed on the inner side surface of the cable sleeve combination unit 900, which are inserted into the combination grooves 521.
[0113] One end part of the first cable sleeve 520 may be arranged inside the first cable sleeve combination part 920, and the other end part of the first cable sleeve 520 may be arranged to project to the outside of the first cable sleeve combination part 920.
[0114] In the second cable sleeve combination part 930, an end portion of the second cable sleeve 570 may be combined with the inner side. For this purpose, combination grooves 571 may be continuously formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second cable sleeve 570 in the circumferential direction, and combination protrusions (not shown in the list of reference numerals) may be formed on the inner side surface of the cable sleeve combination unit 900, which are inserted into the combination grooves 571.
[0115] One end part of the second cable sleeve 570 may be arranged inside the second cable sleeve combination part 930, and the other end part of the second cable sleeve 570 may be arranged to project to the outside of the second cable sleeve combination part 930.
[0116] The cable sleeving combination unit 900 may be formed from two pieces 940 and 950. That is, the cable sleeving combination unit 900 may include a first piece 940 and a second piece 950. One half of the box combination part 910 may be formed on one side of the first piece 940, and the other half of the box combination part 910 may be formed on one side of the second piece 950. At the same time, half of the first cable sleeving combination part 920 and half of the second cable sleeving combination part 930 may be formed on the other side of the first piece 940, and the other half of the first cable sleeving combination part 920 and the other half of the second cable sleeving combination part 930 may be formed on the other side of the second piece 950.
[0117] Hook grooves 945 may be formed on both opposite sides of the first piece 940, and hook protrusions 955 may be formed on opposite sides of the second piece 950, which are combined in a hooking manner with the hook grooves 945. Since the hook protrusions 955 on both sides are combined in a hooking manner with the hook grooves 945 on both sides, the first piece 940 and the second piece 950 can be combined with each other.
[0118] Each position of the walk-in latch and the flip-up latch, respectively installed on the vehicle seat frame, may vary depending on the vehicle type. Accordingly, the first cable tube 520, the second cable tube 570, and the third cable tube 620 may be formed in a straight line shape or arcuate to extend to the position of the walk-in latch or the flip-up latch. Since the cable tube combination unit 900 is composed of a first piece 940 and a second piece 950 that are hooked together, the first cable tube 520 and the second cable tube 570 can be easily replaced, having a suitable shape for each position of the walk-in latch and the flip-up latch, respectively installed on the vehicle seat frame. In addition, a dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention can be installed in other vehicle models by easily modifying a cable tube combination unit 900 in which only one of the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 is installed.
[0119] The following describes the operation of the dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above.
[0120] First, when a rotational axis 110 of the motor 100 is rotated in one direction during driving of a motor 100, the worm gear 400 is rotated in one direction because the worm wheel 300 rotates in one direction. Accordingly, a lock can be released by winding the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disc part 410, pulling the walk-in lock and the hinged lock. At this time, the third lock release cable 600 is unwound from the outer peripheral surface of the second disc part 420, but the third lock release cable 600 is not twisted because the second slider 610 provided at the end of the third lock release cable 600 moves along the second slide guide groove 421.
[0121] Conversely, when a rotational axis 110 of the motor 100 is rotated in a different direction during the driving of a motor 100, the worm gear 400 is rotated in a different direction because the worm gear 300 rotates in a different direction. Accordingly, a lock can be released by pulling the walk-through lock or the hinged lock by winding the third lock release cable 600 onto the outer peripheral surface of the second disc part 420.At this time, although the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 are unwound onto the outer peripheral surface of the first disk part 410, the first lock release cable 500 is not twisted because the first slider 510 provided at the end of the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 moves along the first slide guide groove 411.
[0122] As described above, since the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 are arranged on one side surface of a worm gear 400 and the third lock release cable 600 is arranged on the other side surface of the worm gear 400, the dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention can release a walk-in lock and a pop-up lock simultaneously using the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 without connecting a separate distributor.
[0123] Furthermore, since only two gears, ie, a worm gear 300 and a worm gear 400, are used as the lock release operating gears in the dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention, weights and costs can be reduced.
[0124] Furthermore, the dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention can prevent twisting and slack of the first lock release cable 500, the second lock release cable 550, and the third lock release cable 600 because the first lock release cable 500 and the second lock release cable 550 are arranged on one side surface of a worm gear 400 and a third lock release cable 600 is arranged on the other side surface of the worm gear 400.
[0125] Furthermore, the dual release actuator 1 for a vehicle seat according to the present invention can be installed in various types of vehicles, and since a first cable tube 520 and a second cable tube 570 are installed in the housing through the cable tube combination unit 900, the first cable tube 520 and the second cable tube 570 in a suitable shape for a position of the walk-in lock and the flip-up lock can be used in combination with the cable tube combination unit 900.
[0126] It may be understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention relates that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without changing its technical spirit or essential characteristics. Therefore, it should be understood that the above-described embodiments are illustrative and not restrictive in all respects. The scope of the present invention is indicated by the following claims rather than by the above detailed description, and all changes or modifications that come within the meaning and scope of the claims and equivalent concepts thereof should be construed as being included within the scope of the present invention.
